I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice and explore other options. First and foremost, their customer service was abysmal. Whenever I tried to reach out for assistance or ask questions about my booking, I was met with unhelpful and rude staff members. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism and seemed disinterested in resolving any issues I had. Furthermore, the booking process itself was unnecessarily complicated and confusing. I encountered numerous technical glitches on their website, which made it difficult to complete my reservation. The website's interface was outdated and difficult to navigate, adding to my frustration. To make matters worse, the accommodations they provided fell far short of expectations. The room I was given was dirty, with stained bedding and a foul odor. It was evident that no effort had been made to properly clean or maintain the premises. I immediately requested a room change, but the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and offered no solutions. During my trip, I encountered several logistical issues that Millwoods Travels failed to address. My transportation arrangements were consistently delayed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. When I raised my concerns with their representatives, they were dismissive and unapologetic. The lack of transparency and honesty from Millwoods Travels was alarming. They failed to provide accurate information about the itinerary, and as a result, I missed out on important activities and sightseeing opportunities. It felt like they were more interested in making a profit than ensuring customer satisfaction. Lastly, I was shocked by the overall poor value for money. The package I purchased was exorbitantly priced compared to similar offerings from other travel agencies. Given the subpar quality of service and accommodations, I felt cheated and regretful of my decision to book with Millwoods Travels. In conclusion, my experience with Millwoods Travels was utterly disappointing. Their unprofessional customer service, technical glitches, inadequate accommodations, logistical issues, lack of transparency, and poor value for money make them a travel agency to avoid at all costs. I strongly advise potential customers to explore other reputable options that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver on their promises.

I had a fantastic experience and their customer service & pricing is too good. My tickets were handled by Sakshi Khanna. She is brilliant and has better understanding on client requirements. Initially booked tickets for three weeks and then changed the dates and extended my trip to four weeks. She is very helpful and always gave me the best route and price. I dealt with many travel companies and agents before but I can say that these people are very professional and customer focused.
