I first visited the store and had a great experience. Purchased baby adidas sneakers for my nephew. The ladies that helped me were great. However, the size did not fit, so my sister had to go back and return it. My sister is a new mom, had to find someone to watch my nephew, and then had to take the subway from her place all the way down to the city to return it. Apparently they were doing reno's that day, and refused to open the door and let her do the exchange. The lady she spoke to (might of been the owner), was SUPER RUDE. Literally talking to my sister on the phone as my sister was standing outside the store, refusing to let my sister do the exchange. In my opinion, it was literally a simple transaction, and she could of just run downstairs, gotten the correct size and that would of been it. Instead, my sister had to make the trip down the next day to find someone to watch her baby again. SUPER Disappointed. As the customer service the first 2 associates provided me was amazing. But will never be going back. My sister has shopped there before but will not be returning either. Such a disappointment.

Do not bother to go to the store “ it is a show room only drove 2 hours to store and could not buy anything Explained I was going out of town next morning and wanted to take with me as a gift If the website had been been clear could have ordered online if I knew you can’t buy in store The manager was very unhelpful and would not let me purchase anything Asked the poor sales girl if she get yelled at by lots of unhappy customers needless to say she does I was very disappointed that they would do nothing to help. Good news is there are lots of good children’s store around so I will not be back and will spend my money at a store where they actually want to assist customers not just want to make their top priority to keep inventory to a minimum

I ordered a gift online at Mini Mioche for a friend that will be giving birth in a few days. I live in Montreal and she’s in Toronto, so I was a bit worried the gift might not get to her in time. I also added a gift wrapping and they offered to include a card free of charge, which I did of course! My friend received the gift 2 days later and sent me some pictures! I was amazed by the quick service and the great online service. It almost looks like I sent her a gift directly from home ;) Thanks @minimioche! Continue your great work!!

I have never been to the physical store but have made many purchases through their website. The pyjamas last really long, they are of excellent quality and our son always outgrows them before they rip or zippers/buttons break. We use to buy the cheaper stuff but it never lasted plus Mini Mioche makes all their stuff in Canada and ensure to treat their employees well and consider the environment. Well worth the price and the cotton is so soft as well.

I went here to purchase a few presents for relatives and for my own baby. I was in the store about 10 minutes, looking at things and trying to find sizes (only one size is out for each item). The sales lady spent the entire time talking to another woman about how she wants to make music videos instead if working there. I would have loved some help but she didn't even acknowledge me. I gave 2 stars because it's nice that they are still Canadian-made.

Awesome customer service, cool and great quality clothing and different items. This is my go-to place every time I need a creative gift for my friends’ kids. I also had to do an exchange and Mini Mioche team was incredible accommodating my needs. They didn’t disappoint me. Highly recommended!

Cute place after the renovation but be careful because now it's just a showroom so you wont be able to purchase most of the clothes..you can pick what you would like to buy but then they order it online for you.I needed a present for that day but because of this I had to go somewhere else.

Really cute store. Simple layout, big classy selection of organic cotton kids clothes. Bought these two rompers for my nieces. Staff asked me if they were for twins and turns out they give 10% discount for twins! Was super happy! Such good stuff. They also stock toys as well as clothes.

I love the idea of Canadian made clothes and the way mini mioche clothes look on my kids. The styles and colours are flattering and I really appreciate how soft and comfortable the fabrics feel. But kids grow fast and it can sure get expensive to dress them in quality clothes.

Great place for kids clothing that is organic and locally made. Maybe one of the only places to find hip unisex clothing for babies. They don't always have the sizes I need but two locations (call ahead if you are coming for something specific).

A cute baby store with toys, clothes, and other baby stuffs. The staff are very friendly. You can find discount codes via Biko or other sources. It's a small shop so some specific things may not be in stock. Better to call ahead.

The best children's clothing a parent can ask for. I appreaciate the simplicity in their clothing designs and that this business takes many opportunities to give back to our community.
