Quick and easy self service. Only giving this place 2star as one woman claiming to be manager but does know basic business law is the rudest person I’ve ever had the miss fortune to come across. I sent my 15 almost 16 year old to do her laundry as she is very sensible for her age and well knows how to use a washing machine as basic as the ones provided here its like going to an arcade pick your settings put the money in , bobs-your-uncle, done! This one an only staff member on this occasion to one ask my daughters age and decline her access to the machines. My daughter calls to inform me of the situation and I attend after a long winded debate with said rude person (its not what you say its how you say it that matters). She states she needs to be 16 to utilise the machines even though there’s no mention of age restrictions on the website or in the shop, but fine! Rules are rules. My daughter returned alone as she’s now 16 years old , the woman decided to challenge her age again. My daughter who for her size is very timid. Calls me in distress as she doesn’t do confrontation. So i attend again. After a long winded invasive questioning of both myself and my daughter the same rude woman states she will have to take my word for it! (Again attitude uncalled for) i then say no other staff member carriers on this way, its only you that i have to go through this ordeal with. As she’s pointing to a sign that says children not to be unsupervised in the shop or climb on the machines. Which i point out thats not a sign that states conditions of service. But a polite notice. She states if you don’t like it go somewhere else. Then goes on to say she’ll speak to management about signs, if they say 16 17 or 18 then that will be the requirement. Again the passive, aggressive and patronising tone and facial expressions all unnecessary. I will be making an official complaint to management and having read through some of the feedback/reviews on here i can only imagine we all had the unfortunate encounter with the same woman. Given this is a very community oriented area and word of goes along way its just bad business to have rude staff.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service, no, actually I think it was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced of all time at any laundry I’ve ever been to. I went to this laundry over the weekend and there was a delightful and extremely nice lady–I thought she was absolutely brilliant and a blessing that needs to be acknowledged for her customer service as it is hard to find good service these days. The laundry’s where I’ve been to the people working at them do not possess such fantastic presentation, she presented herself extremely well and from the moment I stepped into the door until I left with nicely washed and folded clothes. I will definitely be sending a thank you note to the laundry as such talent should not go unnoticed.

well I have never been abused or insulted so much in all my life. usually the staff are normally friendly and helpful . but the lady today was really rude for no reason She was rude,antagonising me to argue with her. then she tells me I am not welcome back in the shop as I was being abusive!!!!!. she.proceeded to tell me the conversation was recorded . I am a mature pensioner not a kid. I never at any point raised my voice to her or said anything abusive to her. I will be making an official complaint. this is no way to treat ppl. never mind customers. I am very upset i have never been so badly treated. Good job I am not intimidated,,but some poor pensioner might be.

We are on holiday and found this place on Google. The machines were in good condition and easy to use. Cost us 5£ for the wash and 1£ for 6 minutes of drying time. We got everything dry for 4£. So the total cost for us was 9£. They even had blue baskets, so after your items were washed, you could easily move them to a dryer. The "black lady", as the reviews call her, which in itself I'm not sure I care for, but she was VERY helpful. She welcomed us in and showed us how to use the machines. Made the process a lot less stressful for us. Street parking is available if you can find a spot. We lucked out, and one was open right in front of the building.

RUDE OWNER! This is my local laundry and I go in for the quality of the machines but the owner or the manager of this place is really making me feel as if I'm getting my clothes dried for free. She makes personal comments about me to other customers 'if she has a big load she should have been here earlier. Does she not realise we pay for the service she needs to provide with a better attitude?? I am appalled and upset by her behaviour! I am only writing a review on here because she has been repeating this bad service over 3 weeks.

My machine packed up and we’d just come back from a trip and with a pile of washing tat needed immediate attention. I’d never used a laundrette and was worried about cleanliness of the facilities and machines. I came across this place after my hubby spotted it whilst driving past. The member of staff was happy to answer my questions and queries because I’d never used a laundrette before. I cracked on with the washing, drying and was done in super quick time.

Great friendly place , the machines are brilliant it took half the time it normally takes me at a launderette. It was a Friday and the staff were finishing when I stupidly went over my machine time by 10 mins, staff couldn't of been more friendly and helpful, I offered to take my clothes out of the machine and they refused and allowed me to dry my clothes, really appreciated this as I know people are eager to be home on a Friday. Will deffo be back :)

Superb clean launderette. Organised and efficient establishment. Lovely lady on counter who was always at hand if I required her assistance or advice. Arrived Sunday morning 1030am and left by 1pm. I had lots of dust sheets which had not been washed for last 10 years. Worth the visit and worth the money. Will use this launderette in the future and definitely recommend to friends and family.

Supposed to close at 17:00, however is 16:06 and it's already shut. As I travelled for the sole purpose of using this service, I have to say that I am very disappointed that the owner cannot be bothered to update the timings accordingly, especially knowing that who is looking for a laundrette looks for it on Google!

Very handy, only being up the road from where I live. Well priced and lovely welcoming staff. The downside is the closing hours, it used to be open until 9pm Monday to Thursday which I found more suitable for myself who works until 6 and is able to pop to the laundrette to do washing or drying.

Great staff (they know me well now). Affordable laundry service wash. They are quick, mostly your laundry will be ready, if not the same day, definitely the next day. They offer an ironing service (which I've not had as yet ...), I can definitely recommend Miracle Laundry in Kings Heath.

Does this laundromat no longer open on Sundays?? Second time I’ve shown up and they’re not open. At least put up a sign somewhere. Your google status shows you’re open but you’re actually not. I tried calling the number as well and was unable to reach anyone. Do better.

clean tidy and professional business. This is the only laundrette i trust and used many in the area. I usually leave my clothes for service washes and they always come back beautifully clean, nicely folded and returned with a smile! They have very good prices too

It’s a great local, friendly, efficient laundry. I take my parents’ laundry in for a service wash & dry most weeks. The laundry is ready on time, beautifully folded, and the price is reasonable. All of the staff are so helpful. Thank you to all of you!

Clean tidy, machines worked well, fast and drained all water out of blanket. They have a note changing machine so don't need to go out and look for change. Lovely lady to help if need assistance all in all a lovely experience definitely go again 10/10

Miracle Laundry is a great place to do your washing and drying. Came in over the weekend, the member of staff was very pleasant and helpful . I noticed how the place is kept very clean. I will be coming in again to use these facilities.

Lost three pieces of my mom's clothing, and included someone else's with hers. Place seems rather disorganised. UPDATE 23/10/2017 They've now apologised and sent a cheque in recompense... So fair play. Back to 5 stars...

Brand new washing machines In a new super clean brand new launderette. Excellent highly recommend . Reasonable prices . Run as a social enterprise by Jericho foundation so get your washing done and help a good cause business.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help and the laundrette is always clean and tidy smells amazing in there. Not like other laundrettes all the rest I’ve been to smell like damp clothes and never a staff member in site

This is the best laundrette that I have ever used amazing modern new machines staff are so helpful and friendly a great value laundrette plus the jericho project are a great organisation to support.

When you take your dirty washing and pay for it to be washed by them ,they make you first empty all your washing out into a bag for every one to see and have a good look at your smalls and underwear

Really bad service the staff are really disgusting for customer specially one of the black lady so nasty behaviour. I did email management nobody bothered me so I don't use this laundry any more.

Excellent launderette. Always clean, friendly staff, change always available and the machines do an excellent job. Plus it is part of the Jericho Foundation which is a great community asset.

Should have displayed on your website you are closed over Easter weekend. Your google info says you’re open but you’re not. I actually paid an Uber to get here so that was disappointing

We go here when our laundry has built up to the extent it would take days go through. We use the bigger machines. Its really clean, well priced and the staff are super friendly! :)

Appears a tidy clean establisment but be aware it is not manned after 5 so you cannot collect laundry left once the staff have left so not usefull if you work

Still the best launderette I have ever been to. Really clean and modern machines cost has gone up slightly but only to be expected due to the energy crisis.

Fine laundrette when the change machine works, which is rarely ever. Last couple of weekends imposible to do laundry, staff not too helpful either.
