No one has ever given me a hard time at the car wash on 4th st and today the new manager that’s at this site was being awful I told them my window didn’t get washed right she wanted to inspected the window haha really if a customer say there freaking window we’re not clean then let them thu to get clean right and then the guy that was at the entrance when you first go in and I asked him to spray my windows he said yeah yeah sure and just pushed me through didn’t spray none of my windows he sprayed the left-hand side of my tires but not my windows what is what’s wrong with the right side of the car they’re not include wow anyway don’t ask to go back around if your car is not properly clean because you will have to explain why ! And still my windows are not done right but I don’t feel like arguing with this little girl that took on a task that she can’t handle if you want to be a manager customers are always right ! Do you job like a real manager would do the manager that was here before every one loved him !

Took a white vehicle through the car wash there...the rubber and equipment put marks all over my suv. The lady told me it was bc touch up paint rubbed off the car, I went to a body shop and got video of the marks being scrapped off, I new it was not touch up paint bc it's brand new car and the marks are all over the body, she called me back tellinge she reviewed the footage and saw the marks were already there, I hired a private investor to pull the footage from there corporate office, and the footage is to far away to tell and the marks aren't even big enough to see from that distance, we then got the footage from family dollar and surrounding businesses and it that footage you can tell there are no marks before pulling in and then you can see the marks when I pull out. Now when I call trying to settle the matter or figure put who to send my small claims too they never answer, this 8 grand worth of damages, my car looks like leopard. Be aware of this place, they do not take responsibility for there mistakes.

Long ago, before it was a Mister Car Wash, a "turbo wash" was $5. Then it was raised to $6. And now it's a Mister Car Wash, and a regular wash is $7. But that is merely one issue. First, just going through the menu options takes longer because you are spammed, over and over, to purchase some ridiculous add-on. Second, you are no longer given a complimentary wiping towel. This was once a great perk as it allowed you to, you know, clean the INSIDE of your car. Third, the lights that tell you when to put your car in neutral or even when you are safe to drive off no longer function. Fourth, all of a sudden the track has become INCREDIBLY bumpy. Fifth, they cut down the number of vacuums by HALF and I actually had to go to three different spots until I found one with ACTUAL SUCTION. These folks absolutely destroyed a decent car wash. No more "Mr." Nice Guy, I suppose.

"These scratches are not consistent with our brushes", said the manager, after I showed him several scratches above the driver's door, albeit they were somewhat faint and one had to look closely, yet THEY WERE STILL THERE! I have not used any other car wash in Albuquerque that could be even remotely responsible. I've gone through 3 or 4 different owners/operators of the 4th Street Mister Car Wash and this group seem to be less in quality and commitment than their predecessors. I like it because it's convenient and back in the day it was $1.00 cheaper AND you got moistened towelette to do you interior while you went through the wash tunnel. I'm a native New Mexican and would like to stand up to these inadequate entrepreneurs that take up space in our economy with no responsibility. "These scratches are not consistent with our brushes", Yeah, right.

Horrible place, for the price. My vehicle went through and definitely didn't look like it, had to go over my car with a damp rag to get the dirt that was not washed during actual pass. I went I guess late, even though still had an hour of daylight? Tried to vacuum the inside of my car and the vacuum hose did not have any power to pick up and debris that was on the floor mats. I talked to a worker what happened? He asked me what I meant, I know he's just the worker. But it seems tome that the company stopped putting money to the business but still charging the high price car wash. Place was nice when opened but place has gone down, don't know because of the location? A lil advice, if you like Mister go to the one on Paseo and San Pedro, clean and nice atmosphere. To me the one on 4th has become real ghetto.

Mister Carwash came in like a storm and took over many of the north valley car washes. They do the trick as far as cleaning is concerned with a decent automatic washer, strong vacuum suction(no full service at this location), compressed air for cleaning places a vacuum can't reach, available spaces to park, etc. But their prices are a bit high and they no longer provide extra amenities like a deodorizer scent and wet towel. I wish there wasn't the shady push for a subscription all the time or the semi-bullyish attitude from the staff. But then again, I don't know what it's like to manage a carwash so maybe this attitude is a defense that I just don't understand. Overall this place is decent at cleaning vehicles.

I cancelled BOTH unlimited wash memberships today on the truck and the suv we had set up to take there. We bought a 2015 Ford Escape on Saturday (which was in pristine condition when it left the dealership) and my girlfriend decided to have it washed at this location this afternoon. When it came out of the tunnel it had scratches and damage to the roof. Now we’re told we’ll have to up to 72 hours to see the “video” to see if the car wash caused the damage. I have my own pictures of our suv taken before we left the dealership, and the shift manager didn’t want to see them. Will not come back to this place ever again. I may pay more but I’ll go to Octopus and get it hand washed.

The last few times I’ve come in staff has asked if I’d like to add a tip to the transaction which is a new feature for the car wash service and every time I am really confused because I’ve never had anyone provide a service like help with vacuuming or drying or wiping down of windows. And so it sort of seems like management is passing the buck to the customer for not adequately compensating their employees for the job they do. I’m all for tipping for a service provided. As someone that’s 9 months pregnant I’m happy to tip someone $5, $10 for wiping down my car and vacuuming it but that’s not a service provided here. So I’m a little baffled.

Edit : Came back a second time, paid full price for another "Platinum" wash. My jeep is, yet again, NOT CLEAN. Still covered in dirt. I've added a couple pictures this time. Original : Paid $26 for the Platinum wash and tip, but my Grand Cherokee was still dirty. The back had barely been touched except for a light spray of water so it was covered in brown muddy streaks; all the windows had a dirt ring around the perimeter; the bottom 6" of the windshield was entirely untouched. The wheel wells and bottom side trim looked like I'd driven through mud puddles. I've gotten better results from $7.00 gas station washes. Save your money.

I absolutely love this location! The people are friendly, the quality of service is great, the car wash actually gets your car clean (sometimes some places the brushes don't always touch the car all the way so they don't clean great), the workers keep the area clean, and there is never an issue I have had. I have nothing bad to say about this business, especially this specific location. Then, to top it off, one of the workers there, her name is Alexis, is the most helpful, sweetest, caring person you could ever come across. I highly recommend stopping by here if you would like to get a car wash and like hospitality!!!

I have a membership here and wash my car as often as possible. Its a pretty busy place, however its set up to accommodate a steady flow of cars, I almost never have a wait especially in the membership line. Washes are awesome! I love the different colors in the car wash it makes it more interesting and its the first place I've seen do that. The vacuums all work pretty well and they are free. The service is always great, always friendly and helpful. I won't go anywhere else. I could only recommend that there be a deal or option for multiple vehicles with the membership instead of one car per membership.

The last few times I went to get my vehicle cleaned my windows were smeared my vehicle was not properly vacuumed there was still stuff on my seats I had to go back and wait for them to re-vacuum it out front the doors were not cleaned ( panels) so there was still dust. There was spray splattered all over my glove compartment, panel and dash. The people there are nice friendly it’s a great atmosphere they are in just in too much of a hurry! I paid too much money to not get my vehicle cleaned properly as I do not go there that often and have/had a membership. I was disappointed each time..

This place used to be great when it was clean machine. Now that its mister it is really awful. They turned down the power on the vaccums and compressed air. They dont give you a wet wipe or an air freshener anymore and they try to tell me how much better Mister is. Lies, awful establishment. **Addition June 10, 2019 Canceling the service was an awful experience too. The reps I spoke to on the phone were very nice but despite them saying they cancelled it, I was charged two more time before I finally got it cancelled. I was reimbursed so that's a plus. Just saying, geeeez mister.

A great robo car wash. They now let you leave a tip and I did but that seems kind of lame as there was only one person in the tunnel and he really didn't do anything to the car. The really nice thing about this place is they have really good vacuum cleaners and you get to vacuum out your car and take as long as you want to there's no extra charge for vacuum. They also have high pressure hoses to blow areas where you can't get in with them vacuum. In a sink where you can rinse a cloth if you want to wash other things of the interior of the car.

I recently switched my membership from platinum to the exterior only. Price for platinum is way too much now. I always had to tell the the driers to get the rims and put armor all on dash board and the fragrance. I didnt feel my car was getting the platinum service that I was paying for. I shouldn't have to ask eveytime if all the services were provided. Most of the time they wouldn't have done it unless I said. Not very happy with the services I was getting and the price increase, which is one of the reasons I changed my membership.

I'm an unlimited member and usually stop at the most convenient Mister Car Wash. Today I stopped by the 4th and I-40 location and was very impressed. Staff was very polite and professional. A staff member named Eduardo even went out of his way to ask if I wanted my car mats power washed. He went above and beyond to make sure every customer was happy and satisfied. I've never received this kind of service at a car wash. I will be returning to this location from now on. Also Eduardo needs a praise and a raise!

I always do just the basic wash and it does a great job getting the normal everyday dirt and grime off! I especially like visiting locations that have the free vacuums after the wash. I’ve always relied on Mister Car Wash for my time here in Albuquerque as a ride share business driver. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because the prices keep being raised without more to offer for individual washes; however, the monthly plan is a great option if you wash your car often enough.

Very fast, got my car as shiny and clean as I could expect. What really impressed me were the people that work there. Very helpful. I was so embarrassed, when it came to pulling in I couldn't get my car in neutral. Turns out with this car I've got you have to hold the knob in neutral for a moment, it doesn't engage right away. Anyway, the person who helped didn't make me feel bad about it, and because of how nice they were I'm not still drowning in latent/prolonged social anxiety.

Handycapped area for those of us with limited mobility. Lines are short and a friendly staff member usually sprays down the rear of my car with a high pressure wand. The problem area for me the under the rear spoiler at the top of my back window. The car wash machinery seems to be gentle on my paint. Overall cleanness is on point. I love the air hose to blow out my interior after my outside wash. The vaccum hose is strong. I like the shaded after wash area.

We were only supposed to be charged for the membership 20.00 and we got charged another 16.00 for something else. When we tried to get a refund the lead couldn’t refund the 16, he has to refund the whole transaction. And cancel our membership and we have to sign up when they open up tomorrow online. So he waited for the manager to come back. We are Still waiting and it’s been almost 15 minutes. Not signing up and not coming back to mister car wash.

Mike's car wash is one of the best car washes we've been to it's Not expensive great location and I only spent $5dollars and our car was really dirty so using the brush and tire and engine cleaner really did a great job on our car and the guy that was working was extremely helpful so if I could give more stars I would . Waste of money. Went through the was paid $16. Car was not clean. They sent me through again 2 more times but this time they sent it through express not only did it still miss all the same spots but it washed off the tire shine and other stuff i already paid for. When i asked for a voucher for another mister car wash they said no but i could go through again….there was no point since the car wash is not working right and probably never will….

This place has gone so downhill since Mister took over. I try to wash my car on my way home from the gym and they are consistently late opening. It’s currently 7:40 and it says they open at 7:30 and no one is here. I’ve seen 4 cars come and go trying to get their cars washed. Also the vacuumes are weak, air compressors don’t work anymore and the car wash always leaves my trunk dirty. Seriously considering canceling my membership.

Took my SUV in and expecting a good wash but no they didn't do any kind of pre-brush on the parts that get missed usually on SUVs or spray the windows down before it entered into the wash like other car washes I've been to. The windows were still a mess as well as the back of the vehicle. Champion Express car Wash much better as they do what I mentioned and also they have a couple of rag dryer personnel at the end all for free.

My car came out dirty in some spots like it was never touched by water, they ran it through a second time only to find soap bubbles on the back half of my car. Since changing into a Misters Car Wash they no longer give air fresheners or a wet wipe. Slightly higher price for less perks. I also noticed the vending machines for cleaning products where gone. The vacuums didn't work very well, but that is an old issue.

The new ownership is so cheap when it comes down to the vacuums. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve always had great service. It wasn’t until recently that the vacuums started acting up and my monthly fee increased to $32.36. I spent over 15 minutes trying to vacuum my car and I had to use my hands to pickup pebbles and remove them. This is what my car still looks like after I tried cleaning it.

I had been on wet sandy roads and needed the underbody cleaned. Paid extra for the underbody wash but it only cleaned the middle 2 feet under the car. Neither of the sides on the underbody were cleaned and the wheel wells were barely touched. Sprayed it at home with a garden hose and the muddy sand fell off. The car wash cleaned the top and sides of the car great but I won't pay extra again for an underbody wash

I'm a month to month payee of membership and not one time have I ended up being disappointed by the workers when asked if they can bug sprayed the front of my truck the rims come out all dirty same with the truck. So today its May 15th and took my truck to be washed well surprise it is my mirror cover was knock of broken and they take 72 hours to decide if they are going to pay or not plus my truck all dirty

I've been coming here for 12 years and and the people asked me if I would give them a tip and I said no so then they ran me through the machine with the machine off and when I went back and told them that they ran me with the machine off they turn the machine on and they must have turned it on like on full blast because it's like I'm like I'm like I'm dented up my car all over all around the whole car

I love your car washes. Colorful and clean! My bumpers always seem to come out still looking dirty though. It is a 100 percent improvement on the cleanliness of the rest of the car. I love that it cleans even my tires. I love the vacuums and the blower nozzle to get all the leaves out of crevices, hood, floorboards etc. This is the cleanest my car has been....ever haha! Thank you for all that you do!

21 dollars a month for car washes can't beat that price I pay for it every month it's way worth it but for the mister car washes the that do detailing if your to lazy to clean the inside of your car just pay for the cheapest one cause they do the same amount of work for all there interior prices if you really want your car detailed go some where else it will cost more but they'll do a good job

ALERT!!! ALERT!!!! I was visiting family in Albuquerque and stopped in to this car wash. The staff was great, manager great, wash was great! But while I was vacuuming my rugs, my purse got stolen out of my car. My keys were in my purse along with my wallet! So I had to have my car towed and it cost me!! Please keep your belongings safe and out of view and be aware of your surroundings!!!!!!

I've been here quite a few times but this last time I was here the guy and girl that greeted me when you pay were very helpful. We had went on a roadtrip and accumulated lots of bugs on our vehicle and they had the guy scrub it first then sent me through the wash. Last time the worker there had me buy a bug wipe in a package when I could've saved a few bucks.

I can say that at the beginning when they first opened the car was amazing but now it seems that you just go through the wash to get rid only the top layer of dust. I mean, you come out of it and you have to go through it again because it's still dirty. I am a member of it but I go to it mostly for the vacuuming and even those are broken on some areas.

Latest experiences have been terrible. My vehicle, which was not that dirty to begin with (mostly just a light layer of dust on the back window), was left streaky and the back window wasn't even touched. It was essentially a wasted trip and is proving to be a waste of money. They employees hardly pay any attention to what they are doing either.

Worst car wash experience ever. Mister car wash broke my tire pressure monitor sensor and then told me they weren’t going to pay for it. The manager’s name is Lenny and he left me out to dry. I’m never going back there again, and neither should anyone with aluminum or metal tire sensors. This car was ended up running me $107 altogether.

Came for a car wash but the back of my car was not washed. Didn't notice until I got home and had to return for redo. They insisted on a receipt as proof and so they wouldn't give me the wrong car wash. If work is not done well and a customer needs to return, they should make amends with a free car wash or an upgrade. Really pathetic.

Highly disappointed in this car wash. Since the men don't dry the vehicle anymore it seems pretty pointless as you have to get out and dry it all yourself. Not sure if it's the brushes or the track that puts your car through frame but it scratched my car bumper several times. I will be canceling my subscription after this incident.

After driving from San Diego to Albuquerque there were quite a few bugs and goop on the front of my car. It's nice to find a car wash of this quality that still has contact brushes and spinners to wash your car! I wish we had a Mister car Wash in San Diego. They did a great job of cleaning the interior as well and all the windows.

I have the monthly membership, which all monthly members have been paying even when they were forced to close due to Covid-19. Took my dirty but shiny black Camaro through there today, came out with a white spotty film all over my car. ☹ On the way home stopped at Quick Shine for a rewash...they now have my business.!

Went to wash my car I didn't come out clean had a little bit of mud I told them about it that he was too dirty they said why didn't I rinse it out before I went that's why I went to the car wash I told him so they could watch it he said again he should rinsed it out a little bit before you came by don't make no sense

It beats washing the car by hand but after i get it buffed i will do it on my own. Not their fault but the wash will put scratches in the paint or clear coat. I have the monthly pass for the highest package and it cleans it nice, just need to make sure it gets dried immediately or it leaves hard water marks

$15 for the cheapest undercarriage wash. Car rocked back and forth a few times in the tunnel. Windshield was still dirty. My major gripe is not having towels though. I asked and was directed to their vending machine or the dollar store.... What? Towels are a necessity when I'm washing my car. Won't be back

The staff here is top notch! Very professional and extremely friendly. We have several vehicles in our family but only have one unlimited membership because it would be way out of our budget to have them all covered. Maybe you guys could have a family plan to help out with that? Keep up the great service!

Pretty good place! I love the free vacuums! You can stay as long as you like! The wash it self is pretty good better then most but still could be a bit more thorough but it's not bad. I have the top package so I can go as many times as I want for 30$ month. The basic one is only 10$/month so good value!

"The colors" as another reviewer commented, is right. This was an extremely pleasant experience, and the staff was very lovely ( we got to chat a bit! ) but I did pay for the premium service and still have some bugs on my car afterwards. Granted, I did go in with like 700 bugs on my car... but still.

Too pricey, 15 dollars to wash my own car? I normally go to Mr carwash for the convenience of being able to relax while my car gets done.. But, this location I have to spend 2 hrs cleaning and now unable to go drive at specified times I need to working for uber/lyft. I do not like this location

Ive been going here for years. Theres a gentleman there at coors and I-40 that has always been awesome. I followed him from the central and san mateo store. I dont know his name and im not sure if hes a manager or what but i do know wherever he's working ive always gotten treated right.

Went this morning. Card reader didn't work. Purchased the Titanium wash. When finished, my vehicle still had water all over it. There was no one to hand dry. I use to have a membership with Mister, but they keep reducing their services and increasing their prices. Very disappointed.

I think that Mr. Car Wash is great! My family and I love being in the monthly club of unlimited washes. My wife take the car through a couple times a week. My daughter loves the experience with the light show. Free vacuuming is included, what a deal! We feel better in a clean car!

I really prefer this full carwash compared to the other washes. 97% it does a great job, 3% needs something addressed, but all you have to to is let them know and they will run you thru again. Great customer service. Thank you to all the employees! Don't forget to tip of you can.

Friendly staff every visit I have had to pay with them in person. **I would like to pay for my service on my own, there are days when I don't want to socialize and make small talk while they collect my payment. The wash does a great job on my car and free vacuum usage is a plus!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Overpaid $10.78 for a basic wash and my truck is still covered in dirt! I called customer service and got hung up on immediately twice! Couldn't reach anyone at all. Apparently I'm not the only one that's had this issue after seeing the other photos.

I go out of my way to visit this specific car wash. Everyone is always so nice, the customer service is phenomenal. Price is perfect for a simple wash. If your car is really muddy or crusty it won't come out looking like new, this spot is better for light, routine washes!

Not worth it paid for the highest package they had they left trash in the back seat nothing big ether an empty water bottle and a ball of paper clearly trash left pet hair on the back seat (band new vehicle one week old) and had to go to self-serve to finish the job

Only half or less the team member guiding you in will spray your windshield and front grill... Many on times my truck needed it and did not get it. The blow driers need a MUST upgrade all they do is blow off the top water but leave 60% of your car / truck wet.

Seems like a drive through wash that barely cleans anything. The worker inside sprays a tiny little sprits on a small part of the windshield and the rest is just visually amusing more than it actually cleans my vehicle my tires and rims also never look clean

I bought my 2021 Hyundai off of the showroom floor in 2021 and I purchased a unlimited wash plan at mister car wash . I like the fact that I can go to any Mister location and get my car washed and their system doesn't leave any fine brush marks on my car .

My partner likes this car wash because they have really good vaccums and told me about it. It's true, the price includes these really good, high powered vaccums, however, I can wash my car better at a do-it-yourself car wash for much cheaper than $7.

Passed by this place and decided to get my truck washed. I bought the platinum package thinking it was going to be the best results but honestly, a cheap $10 car wash would have given me the same results. Don't waste your money here.

There's always something wrong here, the last time I tried going here, the carwash had some chemical problems and was closed. Today one of those rolling brush was out, the driver side going halfway into the carwash. Disappointing.

I do not see how they can push the cars so fast through the wash and only spray down every other car! I at one point was afraid I was going to bump into the person in front of me and the one behind me was going to bump into me.

Terrible. They knocked off my right side mirror and they are taking weeks to approve the replacement with the auto shop. Don't go. This is a common occurrence. I have realized this now after working with the body shop.

This used to be a $6 car wash but they raised the prices! Which would make sense if they did anything other than change the name. They are still using the same equipment and now want you to pay more.

Love the blowers they have to do interior! Free vacuums with wash. Sometimes the tires stay a lil dirty but we don't get the super wash, maybe that's why. But convenient and fast! Not bad price.

Your car wash on 4th and the freeway, I have to ask them to scrub the tailgate before I enter. Not all the time but your dryers don’t work well. Other than that I have no other complaints

Im canceling my service because after every wash I find new scratches on the paint. I also have to have them reclean the dash and center console. Every few months the prices goes up.

I love this Mister Car Wash on 4th Street very well run by the employees always try to get to that one, because the one on Menaul that's supposed to be famous for Breaking Bad sucks

This is one of the best Mister Car Washes in Albuquerque. They have upgraded their machines to perform efficiently and clean my truck just right. Even the vacumes work great!!!!!!!

Service is good, but the hardware isn't as good as my car wash subscription was in Phoenix. Nonetheless, it does the trick. Just need to wipe down more with the car washes here :)

Got the basic carwash for $10 and still left dirt all over my car. It was basically a wet the car and then dry it type of service. Don’t waste your money here. Way overpriced .

You can hardly call it a car wash because that implies you’re car will get cleaned off. This place is more like a car wet. After it dries, all the dirt is still gonna be there.

It's a good deal. NICE PRICES. LIKE THE $34.00 a month. You can wash it everyday, under carriage is done,tire shine AND wax. Then YOU pull around to vacuum YOUR CAR. LOVE IT

Absolutely awful scratches my car every time I go there I know people that have had trim pieces of ripped off vehicle washing is way too aggressive I mean do not use!!!!!

Terrible service they bunch cars together not giving any space and don't give any instruction as what to do causing cars to potentially hit each other. Won't come back

My wife says this location is favorite and do a great job. This time they didn't get everything off the windshield. There had also been a substantial price increase.

When you have a 6 year old with you... An automated Car Wash is a great way to bring smiles. The cloth spinners, multi colored chemicals. Makes a kid all giddy.

Eh it's a car wash. No one bothers to spray the hard areas like tires to remove break dust, no one to dry after the blowers. Very average and nothing special.
