Buyer Beware We had frequented this car wash many times over the years. The last time we were in, the truck emerged from the wash with serious scratches (we assume from brushes or rollers) all along the top of the roof. We saw it the minute we got home, and called them. Busy signal for hours, so we sent email via the websites “contact us” page – no reply. We them sent an email to the “customer service” person asking for assistance, but still no reply. After a few days we drove in to talk to them in person and were told by one person that they had been sold to a new company and that was why the phone was off the hook. That person gave me a form to fill out, but when I asked what the next step would be she just shrugged and said probably nothing would be done because we didn’t come in the same day, then she went to get the manager. The manager came out, took the report again, took photos of the roof damage, told me the phone was not off the hook, it was just not working, and promised to get in touch right away after reviewing the video. I never heard a word from her, however we did get an email from the former customer service person who we had contacted, saying since the company had been sold, a new customer service person was in place. She sent our info to him. He did reply right away asking for details… and promised to be right back in touch once they had reviewed our situation and seen the photos the manager had taken. And then nothing. NOTHING – two weeks later, and several more emails to him and the manager he copied in on the whole thing, and not one of them has said a WORD in reply. Not even the courtesy of “your claim is being denied” or “we are still looking into it” or “we can do nothing for you” or anything at ALL. So: I would recommend staying VERY far from Trademark Car Wash (formerly Quick Shine), because if their machinery causes damage to your vehicle, they are going to give you an extreme runaround and then ignore you totally.

I had previously rated this place 4 stars. I have lowered it to 1 because after months of seeing more parts of the car wash not functioning properly I had enough. Hopefully this place can get there stuff together and maybe I'll consider renewing my membership. For now Mister Carwash is where I go. Edit: I am still leaving my review at 1 star even though I wish I could give zero. After 5 months without there membership I decided to give them another try. I pulled up to the pay station where a female worker quickly helped me get through the selections and then it was all downhill from there. Once I started going through the wash I saw the same broken components that were there 5 months back as well as additional items that were also not functioning. The soap barely sprayed out and probably left more scratches because of that. Then the high pressure rinse nozzle is supposed to sweep back and forth but no longer does. As well as 2-3 non functioning spinning brushes. I thought after 5 months something had to change for the better. Seems like owner and managers just don't care. It's a shame because I used to really like this car wash because its 2 minutes from me.

Customer service is horrible, I had to put my car through the car wash twice, and when I went back to re-wash it due to my car still being dirty. When I was trying to go through to rewash it, one of the customer service representative told me why didn’t you tell me it was your second time going through and I explain to him that my car was still dirty, he stated that you can only go through once, and I had told him because my car was dirty. I wanted to have it re-washed. with attitude, he said, “and like I told you, you can only have it washed once!” At that point, that is no way that you talk to a customer, so I asked for a manager. When the manager came, he was very nice and polite and understood and was able to re-wash my car for me I give thanks to the manager, but for my experience, I read it at one star. In my opinion, they need better customer service representative that are helping one on one with customers, maybe then they’ll start getting five stars.

How can I cancel my membership and get a refund?!?! They just sold me on a membership at the end of June, and now have been closed for 3 weeks. They are charging me a membership fee for a service I am not receiving! Was just billed again July 24th, and place is still closed with signs stating re-opening on August 4th. Still closed. Phone number doesnt work. Cant contact anyone! Hey, that's great you are working on the place, and making repairs and upgrading equipment if that's what's going on, but don't charge members a membership fee for something they have no access too. All billing should have been STOPPED when you knew you were closing for repairs!

Really love the wash when it does everything! I've been to the wash about 7 times. I buy the $22 wash. A fluffy dryer wheel drops down at the end and makes my car shiney and streak free. That's only happened 2 times out of the 7 I've paid for it. I've called and was told I needed to show proof of purchase. I have my bank statements for the times I've used my card but just don't have time for all of that so I chalk it up. Good car wash if u have time to fight for what u want and pay for! Otherwise wash with caution. Might not be able to just run through on a break or quickly passing by.

Ryan&Co. are amazing. Came in (the wrong way mind you‍♀️) with 30 min til they closed, freaking out because my truck was making weird grinding noises from the tires?? Not only sis they helpme find the right way in :D, but assured me a clean would help, which it definitely did! Also didn't even push for a subscription, though if I was planning on being in Abq for longer I'd purchase one for sure. Quality service at this location!

If everything actually is working it's great! But I'd say 80% of the time a bunch of stuff in the tunnel isn't working (like one side spinner working while the other doesn't...) and lately almost 100% of the time half of the vacuums are not working and no matter which side you go to it's hit or miss on weather the air works and it's needed because the tunnel does not dry your car well (so bring a towel!)

At first this place had it all. But over the last few months the quality of wash has decreased. As you go through the car was you notice that not all the cleaning equipment is in order and leave your vehicle dirty. When you come out to vacuum, all the vacuums on the west side are broken. I understand some people as destructive, but it should be part of your expenses. Fix the items that are broken.

Under New management! Stay away if you are looking to get their subscription plan!! It only applies to their location instead of other quick shine locations! Their customer services is horrible and location is just ran down. Their brushes never work properly and never apply enough soap to prevent scratches on your vehicle. Think I'm lying?? Then check for yourself. Place is RAN TF down!!

Dominic Is a very kind Hard worker looks like he enjoys his job. He helps me and my wi've. He has a smile on his face. All the time makes me feel comfortable when I go by. You always Make sure that were doing the right help. It's a very helpful person. He helped me you can get everything correctly, help me get the stuff out of my backup. My truck put inside my truck

Don't even waste your time at this quick shine location, a lot of the machinery doesn't even work, the wash itself scratched the hood of my car, there was still soap on my car when it was getting dried, the vacuums have no suction. Never coming to this location again. I gave them one star because they staff them self were really nice about the whole situation.

The washing cycle was great. Prices did increase due to new management, which is understandable. What needs attention is the vacuums and air. Majority of them don’t work. I saw a sign to use your towels but didn’t see any towels anywhere. Service was great, but would highly recommend that you upgrade your vacuum system. I am a frequent customer.

The drive through set up is a bit strange. The sign showing the car wash entrance is faded, so I pulled in the wrong way. The entrance is on the back side behind the wrought iron fence. They don't spray the windshield and grill area like their competition champion car wash. They are also a little more expensive than champion.

Putting a review star is giving them a lot. Personally, it happened to me that they didn't add soap to the car and for a change there is more water, in a puddle that they provide, the vacuum cleaners do not absorb anything, the cans full of garbage and the service to a lousy customer.. don't make the mistake of going people..

It's ok but not worth the drive. Went here a few weeks ago and the staff were friendly enough however, they don't have spot dryers so, unless you do the spot dry yourself, expect water spots on your vehicle. Nothing really stood out with this place, over any other car wash I have gone to these past few months.

It was my first time going to quick shine a few weeks ago and I was greeted by a woman named Hennessy! She was very helpful and was really sweet! She told me all the options and even gave me a towel to wipe my windows! She was really sweet and I really enjoyed her helpfulnes! I'm definitely coming back!!

I am so pleased with the customer service at this location especially with one of the employees I believe his name is Dominic was having trouble with my window and he kindly help me and he walked me on the whole process through the car wash I will gladly be using his services again thank you so much

None of there vacuums work been like that for months even when you pay for the wash it seems that the tire shine machine is always broken very disappointed waste of time they need new management . The car wash on 1601 coors blvd is way better at least there equipment works

Used to be a good car wash. Had to wait 25 minutes and it wasn’t busy. Paid for an upgrade wash. Vehicle came out terrible. Could not get a hold of anyone at phone number on website. Emailed but no response. Have used this car wash Since it opened. Never again though.

Employee Santi went above and beyond to help me get the mud off my car so U-haul would install my trailer light wiring on the car. This young man was excellent, kind, compassionate about my problem, and very helpful at getting the job done. Thank you Santi

After a unpleasant experience I was contacted by Ryan, General Manager. The problem with the unsatisfactory wash was corrected. They took time to make sure I was completely satisfied and my car was cleaned up the right thanks! I will come back soon

Not very impressed at all. Rims were still dirty and left brush marks on vehicle. Compressed air at vacuum bay weren't even working and vacuum hoses seemed clogged. Very disappointed in the quality of wash.

Not all portions of the car wash work all of the time. Really hard to find a vacuum that works. Most of the time a lot of bays are blocked off.

They no longer put a sticker on your front windshield. They go by license plate now, that’s new hopefully this method would work successfully
