The staff are friendly and really try hard. However, management's rules are rediculous and causes chaos in every aspect that involves customer service... From the long winding single queue to write down names on paper to be captured on a desktop, to payment and buying a cold drink. Once you've paid, you are left to figure it out on your own. The inability to prebook on weekends is rather silly and so is the inability to book more than one round. No side rails up for children. You need to ask. Perhaps improved use of electronics can help here, such as simple touch pads to log your own details to book, more user friendly queue system, auto pay, etc. Will not return.

We had a fun evening here. However the people next to us did not know the first rule of tenpin bowling. I.e. Don't throw the ball that it ends up bouncing in the alley. We complained to the staff but they didn't seem interested. A massive maintenance cost could be avoided if you trained your staff on how to bowl. It's also very off-putting watching this total disregard of common sense on how to bowl. I'll be trying out a different Ten Pin bowling alley next time. Furthermore the maintenance guy must have gone to fix the mechanism in our lane 3 times in the space of the 30 min.

I really enjoyed this place. My daughter had her 13th birthday here. First, shoutout to the staff- incredible. So friendly and helpful, I can truly say they contributed to a good experience! The day went smoothly and the kids really enjoyed themselves. I like that this place is set apart from the arcade. With others they’re meshed and the kids get distracted by the arcade games. It’s also extremely clean and well managed! There are bowling alleys closer to my home but I’ll keep coming back to this one

Fun and affordable. However we asked if we can book our lane for 2 games then they told us we can play and decide if we want to play another game then just go pay again. When we tried that, they had already booked our lane out for someone else and no other lanes were available for the rest of the night. Before we even finished our game, the group after us were already sitting at our table with our jackets and shoes, and standing around where we need to bowl. It was highly uncomfortable.

Whent for night out for 2 deal ,which clearly states on their site "x2 tenpinbowling games". 1 game = 1 competition(you don't say you played 8 games if you played 1 with 8 friends unless you are a retard). Only got one game for 2. Staff says it means 2 persons 1 game...yet everywhere on their alley there are signs that says 1 person 1 game-for R50 showing difference between person and game. These people..omg

The prices are reasonable. You can either book on the fly, or you can also book for kids parties, and even book the entire venue for team building events. The vibe is pretty awesome. You can either use their shoes or you can play in socks or barefoot. If you have young children, you can set up bumpers for them, and also request ramps to assist them with guiding the bowling ball.

It was really nice to visit this bowling alley after many years. The place is kept in good condition everything works as expected. It would be great if they placed a wash basin or at least provide disinfectant liquid as you can imagine how many filthy hands are on those bowling balls *eek* I would be visiting soon again, with my own wet wipes.

The queue is horrendous. It’s a nice place to hang and play but I stood in the queue for 30min, by the time I got to the ticket point of sale, I couldn’t purchase tickets cause they said it was full. We eventually left when we were told to wait another 25min. If there’s a pre booking system perhaps??? Maybe that could work.

Very rude assistant Xhosa lady who refuses to speak any other language except for Xhosa. She refused to help me when I asked her questions in English. She made my bowling experience unpleasant. Start hiring people who want to work there, who care about customers and your business' image not impose their own language on you.

The staff are rude and unhelpful especially the person behind taking the bookings. We waited over 45minutes because half the alleys were not working. When we did get to play the game kept freezing and you have to go call someone who is very uninterested. In one game it froze over 4 times. Never again..

Lovely spot to spend time with kids, friends and family. But the staff are not motivated, and take away from the experience with their general sense of boredom and lack of customer service or training. I would rate the place 5 stars, if the staff added to the experience.

Its the second time I arrive, just to be told they closed. The first time I arrived at 10pm and this time I arrived at 9:15pm just to be told they already closed. I then referred them to their very own poster that says last games at 22:15.

A fun place to bowl, the environment and lightning and its overall atmosphere are great. For the best overall experience I suggest going with a group. Also take note of the shoes you wear to bowl, though you can get bowling shoes there.

We had to move lanes midway through the game because the machines had problems. And the we were delayed again in the new lane when that mahcine had a problem.

Very slacked. Many of the alleys were not functional. Queuing and waiting times were long. Guard rails also damaged. Place needs some upkeep and maintenance
