Very rude. My husband is buried there and when they put the headstone in they destroyed and threw a lot of the decorations that we had on the grave. My husband passed away in November and those decorations have been there since than, it is now May. When I called the office, Anthony stated it wasn't his crew that destroyed the stuff, it was random people. Like I said the stuff has been there since early November and it is May and it has never been touched until the headstone went in. The people working the office are very disrespectful and rude.

Im not understanding why your cemetery is not open at 5am like every other cemetery? People like myself work everyday and by the time i am out of work your cemetery is closed. I want to visit my parents and i cant because you close so early and you do not open early. I find that very disappointing, disheartening and very insensitive to the people like myself who just want to visit our loved ones that we miss so much... please reconsider changing your hours.

They are the only cemetery in city that gets completely baffled by snow. Every single cemetery is open no matter how much it snowed (they've been here before I guess) except Montrose. This is the 5th time in 3months they are closed, even though they claim to be open 365. I wont even start on how they missing items from stones. This has got to be the most poorly run cemetery in Chicago. Disgraceful, unprofessional and extremely rude.

I’m very thankful that I chose to ignore some of the negative reviews for this business because my experience with them made one of the most difficult times of my life a bit easier. I feel confident that I was making the right decision burying my loved one here and was happy with the assistance I was provided with while choosing a grave-marker. I’ll be spreading the word, definitely recommend.

They need to be open more hours Closing the gate at 4 o’clock that’s pathetic there’s people that work 9 to 5 hour job…that’s not fair! Hate the fact that they close at 4pm (to convenient there selfs) I see all the negative reviews, wow I’m not the only one complaining… This Has to change it’s not fair for the deceased family or friends. Selfish hours! This will change soon!

It is a very nice and peaceful place and I like to visit a friend who is recently was put to rest there. The hours, however, are not convenient. It opens from 9 to 4 pm. People who are working during those hours will not be able to visit loved one on week days.

Cocky and rude staff. They have zero empathy for grieving families. One time I walked into inquire on pre-purchasing a plot and the huge man inside the office wanted nothing to do with me. He said just do it when the person dies. So professional.

A gentleman on staff escorted us to the grave we were looking for yesterday. Had a family gathering and took time out to help us lost fools. Thank you.

Well they had treated me very professional there are some people that they are very nice Like Anthony he is the guy that work in the office.

My Mother was creamired there n buried next to my father very clean cemetery nice area G/B all of us RIP MOM LUV u n miss u alot

Please extended hour for week-end till 7pm especially Saturday. Unable to go on weekday from 8-4pm. Thank you
