Morgan & Morgan, and specifically my attorney, Greg Schmitz, was outstanding from start-to-finish. He was very knowledgeable, wasn't intimated by an extremely unresponsive and difficult opponent, and kept me informed at all times throughout the process. He was able to bring my case to a very successful resolution and did so in a very timely manner. With Greg's expert guidance, I was able to avoid the costly and exhausting process of a trial, but more importantly, he helped to bring what had been a very trying and painful experience to a satisfactory and peaceful close. I would recommend Greg to anyone seeking smart, effective and diligent legal representation. He is outstanding at what he does and a joy to work with.

I spent an inordinant amount of time on the phone explaining my case to the initial person I spoke to. I mean, I essentially gave the entire rundown to him. Only to get a call from someone named Lynn Bryant who I then had to quickly reexplain the case to only for her to say "we can't help with that. Good luck." If this is how you treat people with an inquiry, I'm scared for the way actual clients get represented. Feels like a bullet dodged. Zach, the one who actually did the initial call with me, was wonderful. But the final interaction I just had didn't sit right with me whatsoever. Not a good look for Morgan & Morgan. No good word of mouth will come from my experience.

Don’t expect much from this firm You call, you will wait and listen to a repeated recording for a long while. After a 45 minute wait, I hung up. Called the next day, same thing. You don’t speak to an attorney, even when they text you to call them back. You talk to a receptionist. They will say they will call you back, but that’s also not the case. They are not timely in any response, we are talking days before they review your case. Think about it, if you hire a law firm, wouldn’t you want to talk to your attorney? Cat and mouse game. They do not care. Go somewhere else. Would give them zero stars if allowed.

My case manager, Sandra Resmondo. was top notch and kept me updated on my case and always was prompt regarding emails/replies and did so in a very professional and friendly manner; I would recommend her and definitely call on her again, should the need occur...thank you Sandra R. (and Morgan & Morgan)....you live up to your slogan/mission statement...For-the-People...that is most certainly the case here...THANK YOU!

It was awesome very helpful and he was very upfront about what he could do and what he couldn't do and he also helped me along and put me in the right place to where I could get the proper help that I needed and gave me very little advice to where it doesn't hurt him but it helps me thank you for your consultant he did a great job I highly recommend him

I got referred to this law firm from another law firm that was taken over the class action lawsuit and they have been wonderful they've done everything they could led me through everything step by step I recommend them if you're in the middle of a lawsuit for something that's gone wrong with you through one of these big companies

I've been on the net since it began and seen many things come and go to include incognito. That being said I have also used it since its inception. These people are the biggest waste of time I've ever experienced in a law firm. They take 45 minutes of your time and transfer you to 3 different people and you have to tell them all the whole story every time before they deny you or approve you. This is the absolute WORST law firm I'm The state of Texas. Do NOT use them.

Well the application was easy enough. Now hopefully I will continue to be well-informed by a rep from M&M. I look forward to a profitable relationship and hopefully Google will not take customer's privacy for granted. I am already a part of two class action law suits and thanks to M&M I will be compensated for my losses.

The experience over the phone doesn't match what you hear 47 times while on hold... Less billboards around town maybe help to hire professional people for that first impression call.
