Luke from Mr Roofing and Skylights came out to quote a job we needed done on our roof. He was very professional and honest when he gave his quote after checking in with others companies. As soon as it came to do the job, he came across issues that was not noticeable during the initial quoted price, things that made his job more difficult than he had thought it would be, but being so professional he did not add additional charges, he worked super hard and managed to get the job done within the time frame he had promised. I would recommend this business to everyone. It's hard to find hard working and honest tradesmen when it comes to jobs like roofing and skylights.

We had a wonderful experience with Luke who responded very quickly to our initial call. Performed an emergency re-pointing and gave us an honest quote to repair the rest of our roof (very competitive to all other quotes and only after he had seen our roof as opposed to others who quoted us sight unseen). Took the time to come back and check on his emergency work as it had rained shortly after. Has now completed the full roof re-pointing and storm seal installation. Exceptional honest efficient service. Luke inspected and quoted job on our old hail damaged skylight the very next day from my initial contact and installed 2 days later! The replacement skylight was custom fitted as it was an outdated 1960s size. Since installation we have experienced more hail and a 32 degree day. Skylight has no leaks and doesn't heat up the room. Cannot speak  highly enough of Luke and recommend his services. 'Chip off the old block' Luke is second generation, proudly presenting professional old school skills and values, service with a smile!

He also showed me some photos of my roof & recommended I get someone in to repair it. No hard-sell just some honest advice, which I was very grateful for. Had Russell come out to fix and skylight leak. Whilst on the roof conducted a fairly comprehensive inspection and assessment of the whole roof and took a number of photos of rust/ corrosion and broken mortar pointing issues of which require attention. Had a porch ceiling board leak, and a spot of water damage in another interior ceiling. Luke picked up our call on a Sunday evening and was here the next day. He was very responsive and took care of the repair / replacing the broken tiles with minimal fuss. He is honest which is what I appreciated the most - he wan't trying to use any tactics to do more than what was required. I would recommend Luke any time and will very likely get him if we need more works to get done.

Absolute legends. Russell and the team were amazing with installing a top hat for my Chimney. Was easy and no fuss. Got the job done for me within an hour of me giving him a call. He even helped me out with getting some metal channel for my outdoor awnings as I have found it hard some. Would highly recommended for anyone needing to get a job done and will be using them for replacement of my future skylight. Excellent customer service.

I called Russell about a repair to my carport roof, thinking I'd have to replace all of it. After inspecting the roof, he said I only needed to replace one section and that he'd get onto it straight away. He ordered the roofing that day and then picked up alternative roofing when the original order was delayed. The roof was done, neatly and with great attention to detail, a day early. After a severe rain event and major roof leak I contacted Luke who attended at short notice. Luke was available to diagnose the issue very quickly and provided me with options for repair which is being arranged. He also inspected the rest of my roof and gave it a clean bill of health.
