Excellent service. Must be a new owner. Had a foot long cold cut sun and it was made to perfection. The lovely lady that helped me even asked if my sandwich was warm enough. Maybe there is hope that people care about making a meal right for someone. I will definitely be back sooner rather then later.

I don’t have any experience with this restaurant. They’re closed, every time I come by, regardless of the hours posted on the door. If you’re coming from more than a few minutes away, I suggest calling before heading out. It’s on my way home and I have a soft spot for Mr. Sub from my childhood, alittle bit of comfort food. This location generally closes earlier than the hours posted online and on the door. There have been at least a dozen times in the past 18 months I’ve lived in the neighborhood that they have been closed 45-60 mins before posted hours. Probably great for lunch but anything after 5:00PM is questionable.

Best Mr. Sub I have ever been to, but unfortunately looks like it has closed it's doors. The one lady who was always there was an absolute gem. I used to work a couple of blocks away and ordered online multiple times a week. She always had my order ready to go, accurately, and perfectly made. I will miss this location horribly. No better deal left for a 1' sub in the GTA.

“Forgot” to make order placed through app, so had to wait 10mins for it to be made, then rushed back to work. Missing half the cheese (ordered cheese and meat doubled). No sauce (marinara sauce) was on it. I will come back to this location, because it’s one of very few food places that are open your work during my shift hours. However I would not recommend it as order accuracy and speed and timeliness of responding to app orders needs to be significantly improved.

This place seems like they are always closed now, I was craving a sub since Sunday night and was there at 7:00 pm and I don't like the subways in my area so I decided I want to try the new Buffalo boneless chicken sub but alas they are closed on a Tuesday evening at 4:30 pm. I mean why? If your going to change your hours please post them on the door or update your google profile. Even when you open back up I won't be eating here

Always one lady working who can’t handle customers well. Keeps on telling to hurry up with the toppings on the order, not giving even a second to think. Also, whenever they get a big order they close the store for sometime, like really? You take customers for granted? Guess it’s time to permanently close your shop. Never coming back here again.

This review is for Mr Sub, 2161 St Clair Ave W Toronto ON. Google maps shows this location down the street. Anyways my Assorted 12 inch Sub with extra meat was awesome. The nice lady did a great job, exactly the way I wanted it. Thank you. Salamat P.S no picture, I was starving.

Disgusted by the customer service here; ordered two subs on Ritual, both orders were wrong- I then asked for my sub to be remade and the female employee/owner started arguing with me. On top of that she wasn’t wearing gloves. Disgusting location I will never come here again, I will also file a complaint with Mr Sub Corporate.

Very clean place, the lady that works there is very nice, she keeps everything organized, spotless, every Saturday when I go there the Filipino lady is so happy and polite that’s why I always come back.

You can never go wrong with delicious Mr.Sub. The staff here care that you have a great meal and are super friendly. Lots of parking and seating inside (seating not available during Covid). Always go with extra cheese!

Great Subs. Lady serving seems to have a problem hearing. Find I have to raise my voice a bit and repeat toppings to her. Other than that, she makes amazing subs and I do like this location...

Delicious subs as always at a great value. However, this location has one employee working at lunch and although she is a lovely lady, she is EXTREMELY slow.

All I can say is if you're in the mood for a sandwich in the area, DEFINITELY go to Mr. Sub versus the Subway in the Home Depot. Infinitely better.
