Bad experience. Fitted all 4 brakes and pads, been driving without any breaking power for two days until fixed, they didn't bother to check if everything has been fitted properly. Had to return car once again later because of uneven wear of discs and again low breaking power and also massive squeaks at any breakes use. Next: ordered two brand new tyres, exactly the same like I had before. They fitted WRONG SIZE tyres, absolutely massive ones, without checking. They were too wide and damaged internal wheel arch cover. Tyres have been swapped for correct ones after my intervention. Been back and forth with them to replace my damaged arch covers. They asked me to order it myself on eBay, which I did (after they checked part). Part turned out to be WRONG. I had to go through ebay return process to get my money back. Finally after weeks and weeks of calling them, they ordered it themselves and fitted to my car. This time I watched it very closely as they are fitting it to not let anything else wrong done to my car. Next: went for wheel alignment and tyre balance to different place. First thing they told me, my second set of tyres which NJ Autos fitted had tyre balancing done WRONG. Brand new tyres and unnecessary wear from day one because of how they do stuff. Maybe friendly faces but absolutely bad mechanics. Sad that I had to share it. Will not use them again.

Fantastic garage, I’ve been taking my car here for about three years now and really trust these guys (my car has passed its MOT 2 years in a row), previously I used to feel like garages would recommend unnecessary work but these guys are honest, friendly and well priced. Took my car in today for a check up as I noticed I have an oil leak, and a few strange noises, no charge for the diagnosis and the recommended repair is reasonably priced. A few years ago I broke down and had my car towed there, the guys were so helpful at getting it sorted for me, they really are fab!

Nick is the proprietor and I've known him for years. Most of my family have had their cars maintained by Nick at some point. He is honest, reliable, intelligent and a really nice person to deal with. His apprentice, Aaron, is also very good. Nick helps keep costs down and avoids wasting money. His car diagnostic skills are excellent, so many garages get it wrong before they even start work but he gets it right. Very helpful, highly recommended.

Nick recently completed an MOT and rectified an issue left by another garage. What a great find, I was unlucky with a couple of previous experiences but following recommendation by two people I had to give NJ Autos a chance, well I am glad I did. Finally somewhere I can leave my car knowing it's in safe hands and that I'll always get honest advice with competitive pricing. Well done Nick & Team, keep up the great work

Bought my smart car back in Nov 22, and then I needed work done on it,and even tho it was only just out of warranty, Nathan and his team could not have been more helpful, I have never come across a car sales team that give a such a brilliant personal touch, Nathan really cared about getting my car back up and running with as minimal fuss and stress as possible. Left the car at 8 in the morning for a SERVICE and at 4.30pm was still where I left it in the morning, ready at 6 and I'm not sure if they did the job properly... Never again Communication 0 none Price too high Ps was not my first time and not the first time that I left the garage not happy. I tried to give them more then 1 opportunity

Such a kind garage… My vans handbreak was jammed a few streets away, one of mechanics made effort to come and help me and used tools to unfreeze the jammed lock. He was smiley and wanted no money for it…Refreshing to be met by such generous and kind mechanic!

Great customer service. They may not be the cheapest garage out there but they’re certainly not expensive and Nick really put the effort in to help me out with my MOT and repairs, I think he went beyond what other garages would do. Would certainly recommend.

Really friendly, break down all explanations for parts and repairs. Great call back service for quotes and I'm convinced they are one of the cheapest garages in West Bristol/South Gloucestershire area with reliable service

If you have time to wait (around a week) for your car/van then its a good place to go however if you need your vehicle back quickly i really wouldn't recommend here go somewhere else that has a faster turnaround.

Nick and his team are brilliant. I needed a replacement timing chain and fuel tank, the latter of which was sourced second hand at a signifacnt saving. I can't recommend NJ Autos highly enough!!
