UPDATE. Talk about unprofessional this man shows up to my house unannounced uninvited heck not even a phone call before just showing up to my house to confront me over a bad review which was well deserved even more now. Who shows up to someones house with out even as much as a phone call. This has to be the worst case of customer service ever. I didnt even ask for him to come and this man “ the boss” just comes to my house. Everyone stay away be careful of this company who claim to be such professionals. I will be following up with the better business bureau. I may even have to get the police involved. This feels like harassment all because he didnt like what i said online. Which is all true and i have the text messages to prove it. Once again if you are looking to get a roofing job or quote stay clear of this company. So i requested a quote online because i needed to get some work on my roof to be done. I did a quick google search of roofing companies in my area and this was supposed to be the number 1 company which turned out to be a lie. I can only guess that they pay google so their company shows up first on a search but anyways ,i will say that justin who claimed to be “ the owner” of the company called me within maybe 5 minutes of me filling out the application online which surprised me because it was around 10 at night . We talked for about 5 minutes or so and we set up an appointment for the next day at 2:30. I had sent him a message the next morning at 11:00 am saying that i would have to reschedule due to the fact that something came up. And this is where the unprofessionalism started. “ the owner” (Justin) besides the fact that he called at 10pm but anyways justin said that he was not interested in taking my business because “ he has a bad feeling about this job”. This is after i had asked if he would be willing to give me the quote in writing and if he could email me it. I just don’t understand why this would be an issue when they claim to be a legitimate business. So i ended up calling a different company that I found on google with alot of good reviews almost a 5 star review on google called eagle roofing, and spoke to someone and asked them the same questions if they would be able to email the written quote and they said it would not be a problem.I highly recommend everyone to do their research because it just seemed odd that the “ owner” of a company would basically refuse to email a written quote then say that “ he has a bad feeling” and turn down the job.

I chose this company to do the installation of my new roof. I met with Justin and he was very convincing and appeared to be genuine initially. I was told by Justin that I would receive pictures of the roof replacement process throughout the day as I could not be present at the time of installation. It took two days for the roof to be completely replaced. I received three pictures of the partially completed roof at the end of the first day. At the end of the second day, I asked for pictures of the completed roof but did not receive any. I contacted Justin about this and he told me that the pictures would be sent over shortly. It has been almost a month since installation and I still haven’t received the pictures that were requested. Also, I noticed that there was a shingle that was not attached to the roof properly and aluminum fascia capping that was missing which should have been replaced as agreed upon before the project started. I immediately brought these issues to Justin’s attention and was told that they would be taken care of shortly. Every time I reached out to Justin to have these issues taken care of I was told that they would be taken care of in a couple of days but no one ever came to take care of anything. It has been almost a month since the installation of the roof and I’m still waiting and now my messages are being ignored. Stay away from this company. Spend your money elsewhere.

Quote approval #540... Justin who represents NY Finest roofing and siding is far from professional.  He needs to understand the value of his customers time.  I made an appointment with Justin to get an estimate for 2pm and I didnt get a call until some time after 3pm saying he couldn’t even make it today, and if we could reschedule for following day.  That alone was a red flag, being I rearranged my schedule but I figured I’d give him the benefit of the doubt. Justin came the next day and gave me an estimate and I signed a contract. He told me they can start work the next day, Saturday at 8am sharp. I agreed and AGAIN, rearranged my schedule for the work to be done. Saturday morning comes and No sign of NY FINEST.  No phone call from NY FINEST or Justin, who represents the company and whom I met with the day before. I sent a text, waited some hours and then followed up with a phone call to their office. NOT ONE RETURN TEXT OR CALL. Justin and his company have no consideration for their “customers”. I would have been glad to use them for other referrals and recommendations but they showed horrible customer service and overall low class. They’re anything but NY FINEST... STAY AWAY IF THATS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS. NO THANK YOU!

This message is being written for my 69 year old aunt which consulted and move forward with Justin at NY's Elite Roofing & Siding. She stated he seemed credible and reliable. Since receiving a quote back in August, during which time he stated he needed her to pay upfront for the entire job. She has never done so before but was in need of fast repairs and agreed to pay upfront. Since then she has had no work started. When she attempts to reach out he first gave her sob stories about sick loved ones, health issues and a range of other excuses. We are now in December and he will not answer any of our calls. Due to feeling embarrassed my aunt just told me about this situation recently and we will go to the fullest extent of the law to get what she is owed. A deep search of this business on sites like the BBB paint the true picture of Justin and NY's Elite Roofing & Siding. I believe most if not all of these reviews for the business are not real. If they are I do not know what happened to this business but I will for sure find out.

If I could've given zero stars I would've! PLEASE don't use this guy Justin because he hasn't finished my mother's work on her house and it's been over 4 months!!! What kind of person takes advantage of an elderly Black disabled widow of a veteran, who paid him in advance for everything contractually agreed upon? His original company was NY's Finest Roofing and Siding; his partner broke ties with him and sued him because he's a real shyster!!! Save yourself the stress and inconvenience and DO NOT give this company your business because he's an unprofessional, liar who ducks paying clients!!! WARNING!!! He probably got his friends or paid for the great reviews, because this has been the worst experience of my life dealing with an inconsiderate contractor who keeps trying to string me along with missed appointments promising to finish the work he started!!!

I HAVE HEARD EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK FROM JJSTIN AND WHY HE HASENT BEEN BACK. HE DOESNT CARE WHO HE ROBS AND HE WILL LEAVE YOUR HOUSE IN WORSE CONDITION. I AM BEYOND FURIOUS WITH NYs ELITE ROOFING AND SIDING!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! THIS WILL NOT BE MY LAST REVIEW AS I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK FOR NONE OF THE MATERIALS I HAVE RECEIEVED THAT I PAID FOR BACK ON MARCH 31ST!!

It all starts with the owner Justin and his impeccable professionalism. He responded extremely quick to our initial inquiry (as well as every and all follow up text and phone calls) and was able to setup a in person walk around the following day. His presentation was honest, detailed and to the point which ultimately was the deciding factor for us to go with his company. Other then a few scheduling hiccups the job went smoothly and without a hitch. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and have recommended his company and professional services to family and neighbors and will continue to do so if ever asked.

Terrible. Unresponsive and does not keep to schedule. Called to ask about a roof repair and set up an appoint the next day at 12PM. 1PM comes around I texted Justin asking if he'll still be coming. No response. Called at 2PM and no one picked up, got a text message telling me he is busy and will call me back. Waited the whole day and nothing. Called the next day and still no response. Like if you are busy and are unable to do the job then let me know so I can contact other company because I still have a leak in my roof. This is terribly unprofessional. Was not expecting this from all the 5 star reviews I read.

Was due for our whole roof to be redone. After numerous quotes, Justin was definitely the most thorough throughout the whole process. From explaining the options and suggestions to us since we were considering solar panels. Easily scheduled with him and his team. They were able to take care of the whole job in a day and a half. His team was very professional and did a great job. Couldn't be happier with the work. Will definitely be reaching out whenever we need to take care of our siding.

This company is a scam, they will take your money and either do a half job or not even do the job at all. This is a company that will steal money from an elderly person. Be smart look elsewhere.
