Booked and paid on Spot Hero and had the receipt. The garage tells us we owe another $50 and refuses to give us the car. We had to get Spot Hero on the phone and even they were not able to convince the garage that we paid in full.

We pre-booked parking via Spothero. First we needed to wait 20 min, then they sent us away saying they are full. If you advertise and sell your spaces on third party apps, then also have the spaces available :(

The parking was very secure. They park your vehicle in a covered area behind garage doors. The works we're very polite. And I was never worried about my car!
