I paid more to have the warranty and technical assistance and it is easier to leave the dragon's cave following the instructions of the wizard master than to find a solution to a simple maintenance problem.

Bad service, salespeople keep talking to each other, don't help increase sales by offering memory, accessories, etc... They don't know the products or read the magazine with the products on offer, leading the consumer to make mistakes and lose opportunities for both parties !
