I had a settlement last year and I didn't get my days that I have miss from work do to injury in a wreck I had told my paralegal did they have my days that I miss from work do to injury Brianna said that the lawyer had already settle so that why I gave this low rating and she didn't try to recover my money this is from the office here in jackson Tennessee I think if she made a mistake by not informing the lawyer of my days that I miss from work she should have try them and stay on top of it till I got my money thanks i hope to here from nst soon

I had a car accident in 2019 and it took 3 years for the responsible party’s insurance and lawyer to figure out what they were going to do but NST kept me in the loop and stayed on the other lawyer’s case to make sure things were moving along. I never had to call and check on the status of my case. When it was all done, they called. I went in and signed the paperwork and got my check the same week. They were professional and friendly and knowledgeable. I was comfortable and stress free through the whole process. I’m very grateful for NST!!!

It’s been a lengthy process but kept they did in contact the entire year of my case. I never really had to call them cause they always called me. But it was a tad bit difficult trying to get in contact with someone when I did have questions… so I just always spoke with Seth (save yourself some time and just leave a voicemail or message) Amy was a sweetheart, I love her! My experience with NST was awesome. Yes they changed attorney's alot when your case goes to different phases of your case, but everyone that I was in touch with was awesome, and very nice. NST did a great job taking over my case after Morgan & Morgan just gave up on me. I was never able to speak to a lawyer, only an assistant that never answered the phone, but with NST it was completely different. My lawyer was very professional and kept me updated on my case.
