Very nice and large station. Very crewd at morning & everning. Trains are available to go kotta road, baseline road, maradana and colombo fort from here around 6.23am to 8.30am.After that Trains are available to go nugegoda, maharagama, pannipitiya, kottawa, from here around 6.23am to 8.30am.homagama, waga, padukka, awissawella from here to around 9.00am to 8.18pm. Last train to maradana will leave from here around 9.03pm. This is very important to near civilian to reach kotta road, baseline road, maradana and colombo fort because there are not buses to reach above places after 8.30pm.

Quite a large Railway station which people use to go to Maharagama,Homagama,Padukka,Awissawella and on the other hand to Maradana Colombo fort. Trains available in the morning and evening. Maintenance is at a good level. Clean place.Bit busy in the evening and morning.

Fairly large and popular station on the Kelani Valley line. There’s some seating available here, although it’s nearly not enough for the large number of commuters who gather here every day.

Platforms are too small and takes about 10mins to get out of the station during busy hours. And even when this review is bad, would you get off at a different station instead? *smirk*

More and more people use for their day to day travel Very easy way to access in Narahenpita area. But train available morning and evening. Office time only 1 or 2 train are running.

This train station is on Kelanivelly train root. The station is busy during morning and evening hours. Trains are available for both up and down.

Be care full when you cross the road on thd railway. There is a bend and you never know when a train will come along the railway.

To go to Maharagama, Kottawa,Homagama,Padukka or Awissawella, this is the most efficient transport solution.

I'm passing that station on my way to office. It's a one of main station in the awissawella railway.
