Frankly I'm a little appalled by the attitude and actions of one of your departure lane guards or watchers... After dropping off my uncle at Air Canada spot she proceeded to beat on my window and yell at me " your drop off lane is over there don't come here again!" In a very demeaning tone of voice, because I had an light sticker on my dash... I know where to go when I'm working for Uber butni was not on the clock nor was my light illuminated, therefore she had no right to beat on my window and reprimand me like she did... Uber trains us and we know where to go when on the clock, but off the clock I'm a regular citizen who has same rights and should be treated as such... Her attitude and words were anything but professional.

What in the world were you thinking to add to BNA? Certainly not drivers going to pick up and drop off people! 630 pm was a zoo! Cell waiting was not thought of in new construction. Why? Cars are mostly SUV and are BIG. No lights to see how to park and MOST OF ALL we need arrows of direction there. You have cars going every which way. Blocking lanes..tooting..can't see. Complete mayhem! Then you force people out of that cell lane into bumper to bumper traffic coming in from the 40! Can't get in lane or let alone get WAY OVER to far lanes. Dangerous and crazy! Do something about this..get back to your drawing boards. Cell area needs to be 2 or 3 stories now..you want more people coming to BNA help us drivers!

The parking garage is a nightmare. No signage directing you to elevators. No signage directing you to ramps for upper levels. Found a ramp by accident. Cars circling looking for nonexistent parking spots on lower levels. We absolutely won't do this again. After using economy lot C for years and parking in the same area for ease of remembering where we left the car, we will now be using Park/Flight. For those of you who want convenient parking, it's not here. Sincerely, Tim Minor

Nashville’s airport is going to be really nice when it’s done, but it’s pretty nice now. Something to know is that from baggage claim you want to go to ground transportation to get a ride share, and that means going to the middle of baggage claim and downstairs and then turn right through construction to the garage. The signage for that is not super clear. But, once you get there it is really nice. You pick your zone and it’s super easy to find and get your car.

Worst airport from which to pick someone up. They have no one policing the pickup lanes. Thelarge number of people sitting in their cars in the no waiting no parking zone makes this process take longer than it should. Those security officers who are present are there as crossing guards.

A1 Service and comfort with any item you may need during your travels up to and including high quality noise cancelling audio devices to make the trip more enjoyable

Id give this 5 stars easy but I'm sure due to Rona most of the establishments are closed down. Very nice airport amd bathrooms are everywhere unlike ohare lol

They openly practice discrmination against residents making public records request. Not cool BNA, not cool at all.

Need to install clear signage to rental car return from all directions. Not visible on some routes.

No one at jetway waited 15 minutes to open door. Waited 35 minutes for Baggage conveyor

Always enjoy visiting Nashville! Easy in and out if not traveling during holiday rush.

Nice airport, gift shop and store on every wing, food court in the middle.

The parking structure is still under construction but it looks good.

Poor food choices. Dirty bathrooms. This airport needs a refresh.

Small sized airport but plenty of place to sit n eat

Fast and easy access.
