After using KOAs across Canada from west to east and returning through the USA from east to west I must agree with all the one star comments. Yes this is the only bad KOA we have come across. Definitely a “toxic workplace culture” issue here. That was immediately evident upon arrival and lasted until we left three days later. If TJ, (supposed manager) is the leadership example it’s no wonder staff like “Karen” believe they can speak to customers the way they do and have no concept of customer service. We booked a drive through for three nights. When we arrived we were told we had a more expensive back in but it had a patio. We didn’t have anywhere else to go as George Strait, was playing in town and everything was booked, so we took what was offered with their attitude. When it came time to leave our largest slide would not retract. We called as soon as the office opened and let them know. A young man sent down a maintenance man to see if he could help. The only staff here with a modicum of professionalism. At precisely 11:50, a guy comes to the door and says we have to be out by 12:00. We reiterated our situation and said we would be unable to move until we retraced the slide. We were unaware he didn’t know we called in first thing in the morning. However, his attitude was still unwarranted. We went to the office to discuss the situation only to be met with attitude from “Karen” , her real name, and yes she had the KAREN, behaviour before clarifying the situation. The husky bald guy who came to our door said, “we might have been able to do something about it if we would have known earlier.”It’s not our fault the staff doesn’t communicate except to behave like kids in their first retail job. After we insisted TJ, who kept sending his staff to relay his demands finally came out to speak to us. And, his management behaviour was immature to say the least. This is when it became evident where the staff take their lead. Never once did we hear “how can we help” from Karen at the front desk or TJ. We were able to get our situation resolved with no offer of help from them. No, I wouldn’t recommend you stay here. I only wish I could post pictures of the rundown dirty site we had to stay in. Yet it was supposed to be on if their best.

We have been staying here for years!! Love the location! We usually stay in the large sites up front, we have a class A 45’ motorhome and tow a truck. This year we had to stay in the gravel sites. There is little room to hookup your rig and get around. We had to get propane on the way out and were unable to hook our truck up and get out so after we got our propane my husband pulled our rig up from the propane and dump station while I went to pay. After I came out from paying there was a golf cart parked behind my truck so I was unable to get out. He was yelling at my husband who was parked by the exit waiting on me to pay and hookup our truck. Needless to say the guy working was rude to my husband, he said you’re blocking traffic, there was NO traffic and there was room to get by so we were not blocking anyone from getting in or out. However this guy was just yelling and that we should hookup somewhere else. Umm if we could have we would have! We couldn’t get around the park hooked up because of the narrow turns in the gravel area where we had camped for two nights!! We Do Not wish to be in anyone way or cause issue! As I said before we usually have a luxury site and can hook and manage getting out just fine but we needed propane.. ugh! What a bad experience this year! This guy had my husband so mad he was shaking! Why he couldn’t be kind and say thank you for staying with us, sorry you couldn’t get hooked up in your spot and we appreciate your business as it obviously pays his pay check! Another worker came up on a golf cart and said you can’t speak to the staff that way! What? Wait a minute! Your staff acted rude and was yelling and wouldn’t listen to what was going on! The second guy was more understanding and handled the situation better! This place was one of my favorites, however I don’t think we’ve ever been treated at a campground so rude just as we’re trying to get loaded up! WOW!

We are rewards members and stayed in a lot of KOAs such as wakeeney, sweetwater, dubois, west glacier and st Mary glacier, green river, munising, Estes Park grand lake, Brigham city. All of these are quiet and do a good job cleaning bathrooms. Not this KOA.its called a resort... I wonder why when you are charged a resort fee, they don't keep the facilities clean and you don't get a quiet feel. This KOA is nasty and filthy! Store lacks a good selection of items too. Located in a busy area, RV sites partied late... Even in the day time, people played music for everyone to hear. Was told there'd be a security person but never saw one in four days we were there. Bathrooms were not cleaned daily even though it was packed and one soap dispenser was empty, first outlet did not function, faucets not functioning correctly. huge trash pile outside of bathroom door. Someone even put old shoes out so it looked like a dump. Reported it and was told they'd have someone empty it, didn't happen. Had a huge ant issue in cabin...i didn't have food out. So I had to spray for ants. I never had this issue at other KOAs since I'm extremely clean and bring a vacuum cleaner with me. Lots are almost all in blazing sun. Shower pressure sucked and shower heads too low. Dirty. We definitely will not return. Filthy place. As of our third day there, still nobody cleaned bathrooms or showers. One maintenances guy started using the chainsaw when I was in the kabin trying to take a nap, working at the shrubs right on my kabin... Giving absolutely no consideration to me being in there, gas smell blowing in. The other kabins were empty, you'd think he'd cut the shrubs there first. He kept hitting the side of the kabin with the saw which made a huge bang each time. Holy cow, I can't wait to get home and out of here. BEWARE!!!

Campground: Nashville KOA Resort City, State: Nashville, Tennessee Check-in: July 8, 2023 Check-out: July 11, 2023 Site Number: R08 (back-in) Our Set Up: 32 foot Class C and TOAD We Liked: Friendly staff. Clean campground. Clean bathrooms & showers. Nice pool & hot tub. Convenient location. We Didn't Care For: To call this KOA a resort is a bit of a stretch. While the lobby was similar to that of a hotel, the resort aspects stop there. Spaces were on top of each other and not particularly cared for. The store was lacking - not much being sold. The staff wasn't knowledgeable about the area (see below). There was not a playground. Overall Assessment: The KOA was not worth the title of resort or the rate paid. Other KOA resorts were have stayed at have immaculate grounds, fully stocked stores and "big" activities, such as a water park, really nice mini-golf, etc. This had none of that. We were disappointed that when asking front desk employees on 2 separate occasions about advice or suggestions on things in the area, We were told both times that they were new to the area and could not answer our questions. At no point Did they try to find somebody that could. Once again, not what I expect from my resort. If staying in the Nashville area again, I would probably look for a different RV park.

So I'm not really sure how this can be called a resort, but because it is called a resort, it costs more than the other KOA's. Here are some of the amenities: a nice swimming pool (from what my kids told me), a hottub with the jets button (that didn't seem to work) on the other side of the pool area , giant chess and checkers, cornhole, and even a pool table. They did have wifi, was told by several other guest that it was down, and I'm not sure if it was or not because that's what I'm trying to get my family away from. The showers seemed like they were not cleaned at all. Wasn't too fond of our camping spot. We had a tree right at our front door, which made it impossible to extend our canopy, (really needed it because it rained almost our entire stay) the neighbors' waste drain right at the picnic table, and the fire ring almost right at our back bumper. Not only that, but we barely had enough space to extend our pop-out. This place needs to be reorganized and redone if it stays a "resort." I have been to several Journey and Holiday KOA's that have better, larger camp sites for cheaper. Step it up Nashville

The campsite is okay, price is crazy high and I have stayed at over 50 KOAs between each coast of the US. Right alongside is a freeway so there is noise all night. They offer a shuttle to Downtown Broadway area (13 miles) for $10 a person but it only runs until 10PM so not usable for an evening of dinner and enjoying music with drinks, use an UBER. About half the sites have shade and the roads are narrow, so you take your chances as we hit a landing leg on a grass overgrown tree stump. Even though the KOA provided a golf cart escort, they failed to direct us around this obstacle. They apologized for the damaged and even sent a mobile repair to fix it but there was not enough time in our stay. Afterwards the GM for the site decided to not be financially responsible for the damage so be forewarned that they are somewhat careless here. Close to Grand Ole Opry but not walking distance so you need a ride. You can enjoy the “Cock of the Walk” right next to the campground.

Very disappointing experience. For the amount we paid ($200/night), the name of the cabin, "deluxe" and being regular KOA visitors we had different expectations. We pulled up to our cabin which had no grass, caution tape, very little outside area, small uphill 1 car parking area, loose walkway pavers and the fire pit sits on the top and edge of a hill so only 2 sides can be accessed. They gave us the wrong code to get into the cabin. We were on hold with the front office for over 6 minutes, then flagged down a worker, just to get in. There were no plates or silverware to eat witb. They provide things to prepare and clean up food (spatulas, glasses, grill, dish soap, etc), but nothing to actually eat it on. The cabins backyard is the 6 lane interstate. Inside the unit is nice and clean. I would suggest taking 1 or 2 dining chairs out to create a better flow of the tiny place, but other than that, the inside was safe and clean. We would never reserve another cabin at this location again.

Stayed the first week of Nov during first cold snap - temps lowered to upper 20’s for about 3-4 days. Love the campground however there are some serious electrical issues in the I section - several times dropped a leg on 50 amp power during 2 or 3 nights - please use your surge protectors. Mentioned to staff they blamed it on Nashville power or Tenn power but also mentioned the lights in each campsite were not working - I got the huh we will have to look into that which translates to go away we know we have problems but ignoring it. Beautiful campground otherwise very clean but the whole power issue means we won’t be back. Also shuttle service was a joke tried to call ahead for securing a ride into downtown they never answered and phone was hung up on. Also be aware section I-M you’ll hear truckers using Jake brakes all night coming down 155.

So to start off…. Called and reserved cabins two months in advance then called two weeks prior to make sure we still had those cabins and were told yes. Upon arrival we were called liars and told that we did not reserve cabins next to each other, and we didn’t call two weeks prior. We ended up with two cabins at opposite ends of the camp grounds, much smaller than we were told, with smaller beds. The water went out so no one could shower and when told about it the employees didn’t seem to care and it took over two hours to fix. Went to get clean towels from the front lobby the next day and were told that they were going to charge us a fee for washing towels and wash cloths. There were several employees that were helpful and kind but the majority were rude. Overall not impressed and will not be staying at that Koa in the future.

We feel it's a safety hazard to stay at the Nashville KOA. Trash piled up for days even after we spoke to two different KOA workers about the issue. It was 98 degrees and flies were flying around the trash left outside of bathroom and in front of kabins. Our kabins came with an ant issue. We are clean people and never experienced this at other KOA s. We stayed at many. We even bring a vacuum cleaner. So we had to get any spray here. Bathrooms dirty. Nobody cleaned Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, filthy. Faucets didn't work rught. Shower heads low, water pressure low. People partying late. Nobody enforcing it. I recommend better and cleaner KOA s like sweetwater, glacier, green river, Moab, Salina, Brigham city, Estes Park or grand lake. Don't stay here

We had a chance to stay at Nashville KOA April 2023. It is a solid 5 star experience. Checking in was easy, as a matter of fact they have an escort bring you directly to your site. We opted for an upgraded site which has a fire pit (we did not use, main reason is that you are pretty tightly packed in)l. The upgrade offers nice furniture too. There are a lot of dogs here and the community is pretty quiet. The highway however is pretty busy all the time and is heavily used by trucks and truck air breaks. It’s a big property with cabins, tents and many trailers, so mixed use. They have a very convenient arrangement with a bus into town every half hour. The staff are pretty friendly and accommodating as we are leaving early and needed a late check out which they donate the $20 fee to a charity.

They do not upkeep the extended side of the park. They actually treat them like second class even though they are the ones that keep the income coming in. They do not maintain the landscaping either. You better make sure you call and get all the details because it is not on the website and it will catch you off guard. There are a lot of rules for the extended stay side that do not apply to the nightly or weekly side. Update: Omgoodness the roads inside are awful. Instead of fixing the potholes they went and purchased two new cabins. Money is their priority, not the upkeep of the roads. And another heads up, if you do laundry here be prepared for machines to be down and if you lose money you do not get a refund.

Traveling through,we found ourselves here around Nashville at end of day. It was a surprise to not be able to find a place anywhere near town. This place had one 30 amp place left. MISTAKE. THE UPPER side of the park was nice. The lower side mostly live in folks an only 30 amp. Nothing but trouble,,30 amp wouldn't run our ac,, we,re a 50 trl. Jus lucky I hav a 30 am adapter with a 110 splitter,,,that gave me enough for ac ,tv an one kitchen plug. Neighbor told me they,ve had problems with low amps for awhile now. We did hav a pleasant spot but better hav ur blocks. Moral of story,,,won't stay here again.

This is the best RV park we have ever stayed in, and we’ve been on the road for three years! So many fun things to do right here in the campground, including great live music, that I was happy to spend one day of our short stay right here at this KOA. Pool & jacuzzi are open till midnight. There are 2 shuttles, one that goes downtown and back every hour ($10 RT) and runs until after midnight; the other to the port, which is just a couple of miles away an is by a huge mall. Nice staff, and an information desk where a very knowledgeable man can answer all your questions. Just an amazing place to stay all around.

This 5 star review is specifically for Karen and Robert. They were phenomenal! From the moment you step into the front office, Karen goes above and beyond to make your stay nothing shy of great. She was always so kind, welcoming and helpful with anything I could need. Robert helped us get checked into our longer term spot and was also so kind. He helped us with our hoses and always made sure to say hello when we would see him around the park. My boyfriend and I have been full time traveling in our camper for over a year now and Karen and Robert are the best RV park employees we have met. Thank you Karen and Robert for making our stay great!

Campground was clean. Check in was easy. The main building is not handicapped friendly in their restrooms nor is the Staff patient with their guests with challenges. They have a Cafe and my son went and asked if they sell drinks with ice because all we seen was a cooler. The man told him to go ask at the front desk. So my autistic son asked if they sell drinks with ice and she said no. When my Son walked away she gave him dirty looks and commented to the other worker. EXTREMELY rude for a person who works at their front desk. I doubt we ever stay at this location again.

Close to the freeway but far enough where you don't hear it at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Showers near the back in camper spots didn't have hot water, so we had to drive to the other side of the campground to use those showers. Bathroom was clean, however only two of the four stalls were actually functional. The larger stall is used for cleaning products or something because it's always locked. Big pool. Large hot tub. Will have to check out the cabins next time!

5 stars. The place is gorgeous. Pool open till 12am. Halloween decor! 2 dogs parks. Store is very nice. Staff was good. Shuttle to downtown was available thru a 3rd party-little disorganized for sure-make sure you make time to get on and have an actual reservation # . We had to UBER bk to KOA due to overcrowding on the way back at night. (Not related to KOA, again 3rd party). Nice gym, walking trails. Nice showers. Clean. Hammocks. Games. An event center. This place has alot to do and is a great destination. Super close to Opry and restaurants. Can uber or walk to some close by attractions if you don't have a car in tow. Highly recommend this camp!

My boyfriend and I are roadtripping the states, and this is the best KOA we’ve stayed at! All the workers are so friendly and someone is always around if you need anything. Plus the store has actual cute Tennessee souvenirs. This KOA was super clean and safe. As a young woman I felt safe camping in a tent and showering here. They also provide a free shuttle bus to get to downtown Nashville and back! The pool was also really nice and there were a bunch of kids playing which also gave it a safe feeling. 10/10 recommend.

Currently staying at Nashville KOA on our 3rd night. The rainy weather has made our site unusable outside with standing water and mud. We can’t access the Wi-Fi so I sent a text on our first night to the number they gave us, still waiting for someone to respond.I finally called the main number and I was told that I could walk to the office and they will help me access the Wi-Fi. So still no Wi-Fi. Lost money in the washer and I was told sorry, we don’t take care of the machines. Positives are the cafe has good food and the pool and other activities are pretty neat.

We stayed one night in a van (tent site). This campground is outrageously priced for a tent site. Wifi was out more than available. The water faucet at our site, and the adjacent one did not work. Desk staff was very curt when I brought this to their attention. I see now there is a shuttle, but we were not offered this service. The restroom is far from the tent sites. We tried to take a shortcut through the grassy area by the pool but it was dark and we could not see that it was very muddy. The shower was ok, but the bench in the entryway made access difficult. Traffic was loud. Would definitely NOT recommend.

We reserved 2 Cabins but 1 cabin was locked and we called the after hours number and got no answer at all 3 times.. lucky the cabin that was open had enough room for all of us.. the morning staff refunded my money but still it's a after hour emergency number is for emergencies. The day staff said they would bring the matter to management.. But if I did not have the 2nd cabin I would have been extremely upset as we would have had to sleep in car or request a hotel and have KOA Nashville pay for it..

This is the second year we have stayed at Nashville KOA. We have our own RV. This KOA is impeccable in the way it's run. The laundry room is very clean, and all of the machines work. The machines cost $2.00, 30 minutes for washing and 45 minutes for the dryer. The campground is very well-kept. This campground also has nice hammocks under some trees, a bowling lane for the kids, a chess board, and ping pong table, and a very nice swimming pool. You are close to the Grand Ol Opry. If we are back in Nashville, definitely we are staying there. The only negative is not enough doggie trash cans.

We were travelling in a camper van in May 2023 and stopped over In Nashville. We booked at KOA Nashville and our dealings have been great as they were so friendly and helpful. They have people drive you to your site. The facilities were so clean. Pool was great. Best of all was the shuttle into downtown Nashville that made it so easy to go out for the night and not have to worry about getting home. Great spot and great place to visit. Jono & Trudy

My previous post on his site was erroneous..."Thought that this would be a resort, but is run down and not secure." My sincere apologies! I thought I was posting for a different location. Your site was fabulous. You guys went out of your way to ensure we had a great site. The park was beautiful and filled with many friendly people. Recreation and entertainment were offered, and the location was great. We plan to come back next year for a longer period. Again, I apologize for my earlier post and hope this will make up for it.

This campground is much nicer than your typical campground, more like a resort! We stayed in a cabin which was really nice. It appeared to be newly constructed, all wood, comfy bed, many windows, and it had everything you'd basically want, all contained in your own private place! Plus it had an outdoor fire pit with a table and chairs, just perfect! We chose this for our stay because it was cheaper than all the surrounding hotels, and the fact that you have complete privacy was such a bonus. We would definitely come back!

Very convenient. Close to airport. A few places at the end of the street to go have dinner and have live music. Pretty much on the highway but I was surprised it wasn't louder. Amenities were great. Heated pool and hot tub open in December. Live music several times a week. Staff was great. They accepted packages which is amazing when you are full time. They communicate via texts which was great with the tornado! My only complaint would-be that speed limit is not enforced and I was really concerned for smaller kids in the area as people seemed to go way above the 71/2MPH Thank you.

We stayed for 3 nights coming from Toronto Canada. We were extremely impressed by the customer service, everyone was very organized and friendly/helpful. Laundry facilities were handy. The kids loved the pool even though it was chilly out - pool was heated and swimming in March was a treat! If there was anything that could use improvement it was the WiFi as we didn't have the best signal when trailers moved into beside us. It was the perfect spot to stop for a Nashville visit. The dogs also loved the llttle dog parks for a romp.

Our family had a great stay at Nashville KOA Resort! Perfect for families. The staff was friendly and helpful. My son fell off his bike and one of the men on the golf carts helped him back to our site with his bike. We enjoyed music by the pool and my son had a blast with all the games. Location was perfect for us, we visited the Opry and had easy drives to downtown. The sites were clean and well maintained. RV hook ups had no issues. We look forward to coming back! We booked for 2 nights at this location. The KOA is clean. The people are nice. The shuttle to Nashville is great. The pool was refreshing and the wifi worked well. Live music at night was great too. We were camping with our tent and the spots are right across from the main building. This makes it very loud with constant traffic noise. People kept walking through the camp sites to get to the main building. There's no privacy at all. The toilets didn't flush well. Most of the time people left without flushing. I wouldn't recommend it for tent campers.

Here now, and it's been great so far. Very clean restrooms and friendly staff...will update after our stay. Update: One of, if not the cleanest facilities that we've ever camped at. Bathrooms, grounds, store, exercise room, it didn't matter. We enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. The hot tub being open late for adults was a game changer though...hope all the other campgrounds pay attention and step up their game, KOA has got y'all beat!

Nice park. The games and pool were nice but we didn’t use them. Area is clean and I saw a review by a long term resident that said that area is not kept up. I didn’t see that but did see like every other park that has long term is people accumulating things outside. The showers in the H section had cool to warm water but the showers by the cabins were nicer. I gave a four because they do not have keypads for entry into their bathrooms. The homeless come in at night and use the showers which is not allowed. I did let front desk know. Overall nice visit due to shuttle and convenience.

This is a great campground. It is centrally located, 2 minutes from the interstate and 15 minutes from Broadway in downtown Nashville. There are tons of amenities, and there were lots of planned activities. There's a shuttle that stops at the campground for $10 round trip to downtown. It will cost you 3x that to park your car in a lot. We had a deluxe patio site, and it was spacious enough for our 40' 5th wheel and truck parking. It had a nice fire pit, patio table, chairs, and a glider on a nice concrete patio with nice grass and landscaping.

The area is great and people are awesome. The huge complaint that I have is with the laundry. After a week we need to do some washing and 6 out of 8 machines are broken and have been broken since our arrival. After asking for its staff if the machines will be fixed they have no clue when and the manager is no help. When they list amenities online they should make sure they’re working properly or don’t offer them.

Campground, bathrooms, and showers were clean. Staff was very nice and the play area for the kids was awesome. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool which makes it nice for your family to all sit. We were able to get a shuttle to downtown so it was very convenient not having to find a place to park or drive.

Really nice KOA I believe all the sites face access to the internet in case you need to use it for work reasons. Short 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville. There is a shuttle that costs $10 per person which includes there and back. The shuttle bus isn't really worth it though as some spots you. Can find all day parking for $15.

Spent one night here on the way home from an epic 3 week motorhome trip with kids. This is a BIG campground, with a mixed bag of amenities. Very nice pool, but no real playground. We had a back-in site that was very tightly spaced between our neighbors. Fairly level with OK hook-ups. Road to the site was tight as well -- unhook and hook up your toad if you have one at the office or dump station area up front. Staff was friendly enough. It's a good place to home-base while visiting Nashville, but there are other, equally good options in the area.

Best KOA !! The guys working here are top shelf. Bill was so helpful. He asked several times if we needed anything. Nicely done KOA. You have great associates working here.

This might be the nicest KOA we have been to. Each cabin comes with a nice patio area and grill. The activities provided are endless. The pool is extremely nice and heated. With outdoor bowling, pickle ball, table tennis, cornhole, chess, checkers, horse shoes, hammocks, fire pit, and indoor table tennis, outdoor basketball court, bike rentals and a restaurant inside the KOA office. Walking distance to a local restaurant as well. Very peaceful and beautiful place to spend a night or two.

Would be almost perfect, but for the price, we had zero wi-fi for 14 days that we were there. We had to use their cable, but had to have them come to “fix it”. We had only 10 local terrible channels. They said that it was working, but it was in the process of upgrading. My husband was more concerned with the fact that the grass doesn’t get mowed. When we went to leave after 2weeks, our hoses were completely covered and you couldn’t walk on grass areas without using you hiking steps.

We only stayed here for one night on the way home but we would've loved to stay for longer. Checking in, the people were very friendly. My kids loved the pool and the bowling. We stayed in a two room cabin. It was really spacious, clean and we really appreciated the USB plugs by the bed. The site had a grill, fire pit and table and chairs and a porch swing. After staying the night we really hated to leave the next morning.

Overall, we had a great stay. Nicely landscaped, very well kept property and the layout was great. There are lots of amenities, large pool & hot tub, really enjoyed the live entertainment, and games in the clubhouse to name a few. The cabin was nice, but there were a few things that need attention. The tub drain plug was dirty and the bathroom door is hard to open/close/lock, refrigerator could use a better cleaning and not near enough coffee pods. The people in the office were friendly as well. We would definitely stay again!

  • Flavin Phillips

Great spot! We stayed in 1 of the deluxe cabins and it was very comfortable with basic amenities. The cabin has a fire area and a propane grill. Quiet time is 10pm but the heated pool/ hot tub was open till midnight which was nice. Lots for kids, small gym with basic equipment besides the pool area. Big grocery store about 15 mins away with everything. Lots to do in Nashville, tours, great food etc - staff are very helpful on site. Would definitely come here again.

This was the second KOA we visited on our way back from Atlanta, Georgia. This campground is pretty big. It has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and then some!! It's more crowded and noisier(because it's obviously a larger campground). I didn't like that we got assigned a site to park our RV so far away from the dog play area.

All employees were great. Everyone was helpful. But there was a roach problem in the water lines on our site. Our site J9 is where the main shut off was. They were crawling out at night. Could not enjoy a fire at night. We had to be moved. They took care of the issue. But i honestly feel like this had to be known. It was bad. But again the staff was awesome. Including TJ, Billy, and Bill....

This koa was great. Very clean, well kept, great pool, friendly staff. The breakfast sandwiches from the cafe were great also. Only had one issue with the cable, but as soon as I let someone know about it they were out repairing it within minutes. Definitely worth staying and only 15 minutes from downtown Nashville with bus stop at the koa.

We stayed at Nashville KOA Resort this past week and it was awesome! The friendly staff, clean campground, lots of amenities for kids, resort style pool, wonderful concrete site, breakfast and lunch spot in welcome center, and shuttle to downtown put this campground at the top of our list. Our grand daughter even got to sing at open mic one night. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed in our travel trailer for 3 nights here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lots to do at the park and nearby. Only complaint that I have is about the showers. The spray nozzle was out of wack and parts of the tile were missing. Both times that I used a shower, it was not clean and hair was everywhere. The showers need to be updated and cleaned more often. Other than that, it was a beautiful place.

Showers were nasty. Water pressure was in and out. The lots were right on top of each other and there was hardly any shade on the lots. Pool was nice except the drunk ladies and their kids putting food n the pool. Front desk didn’t do anything about it. Thoroughly disappointed. Spent too much money to have this kind of experience. Nothing to do around the area either.

What a fantastic experience we had for our first visit to Nashville. This trip was planned a bit last minute so we're were looking for something that wasn't going to break the bank. We found the rate very reasonable, with fantastic amenities. The bus to and from Broadway was an added bonus. The communication with the staff was fantastic and easy. We will be back!

  • Barbara Donofrio

Very clean. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the music Friday night provided by VELVET RODEO. Very good up and coming band. The shuttle service to downtown was reasonably priced, convenient and easy to use at $10/person ROUNDTRIP. They have a small cafe inside the club house, looked good but we didn’t eat there. This is our second stay here with our 33’ fifth wheel.

  • Melody McDowall

Didn't care for the spot. We were put way in the back when there were plenty of spaces in the front. Corners were tight, water hook up was too close to the space and almost got hit by the big rig. It was muddy and no parking close by the rig because no parking or rugs allowed on the grass.
