We stayed at site 820. The site wasn't even close to level for a 40' coach. The staff, who I'm sure are busy, drove so fast through the park that I thought they were kids racing. Unacceptable. The speed limit posted (6 2/3 MPH) is not enforced at all (especially with staff racing around on the carts). Make the speed limit a simple 6 MP/H, no fractions that make it seem like a joke. Unacceptable. The pet policy isn't enforced at all, as a man with 2 dashunds didn't seem to understand picking up after his dogs. We accidentally stepped in their droppings at the dump station. Unacceptable. We had someone's cat spray our motorhome, as our cats were inside. Disgusting. When I chased it away, it sprayed another RV as well. The park is run down. For the price, it should be much nicer, and sites should be at least level. In consideration of future campers, fix the campground, and the staff. As a disabled veteran, I'm both disappointed and disgusted by the condition and lack of control of rules (that you made). Take this for what it is, but this is what we experienced. Worst park we've been to in 7 years. The lady who greeted us upon arrival was very pleasant and helpful, though she did seem to find the speed limit funny too, when she mentioned it. Unfortunately the rest of our stay was lousy. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. Be sure to try booking at the KOA or the Twin Rivers RV park before this last resort dump.

While the sites are fairly and spacious enough for big rigs. The so called WiFi is nonexistent at your site and scratchy at best at the office or pool area. When you go to the office to inquire about it, you are given any array of excuses from, there are a lot of people checking in, to just don’t know what’s wrong with it. There for 3 days and unable to get emails because WiFi won’t work. Then get told by staff, just use your cellular data. Well, I shouldn’t have to use my cellular data if I’m paying for a campground that advertises that it has WiFi now should I? Just like you campground advertises it has cable channels and when I checked in in you booklet you hand out it lists over25 cable channels yet the cable doesn’t work! When I inquired with the front desk staff I was told, seriously, it’s a holiday weekend and we has short staffed the cable in the 400 spots hasn’t worked most of the summer. Well, again I’m paying for full hook ups with WiFi and cable and was told my site would have those things when I checked in yet my site did NOT and NO ONE at the front desk seemed to care. Very disappointing and will NOT be recommending to anyone coming through Nashville

This is the worse place EVER to stay. A lot of older people who sit around all day with nothing else better, start drama, gossip and think they run the place. The lady in 127 was in my yard one night when I came home started yelling at me in front of my kids about how I parked my car, claimed she work there next day come to find out she didn’t and never had. The office did nothing about it my kids were scared to go outside because of the lady and how she acted. Pool never clean. The maintenance told me to my Face ID be better off to go next door through the fence and get in theirs. (KOA) and to top it off the maintenance people housekeepers who drive the golf carts fly through the paths like they are in nascar. My kids couldn’t even play outside in the little space we even had. We left and almost two months later still taking money out of our accounts saying that it was from when we first moved in our water deposit little due they know they required the water deposit money before even setting up our camp site number etc. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

So first I will say, it's a sardine campground, don't expect it to be more than that, BUT that being said, it was prefect for what we needed. When we arrived there had been a huge mix up with our reservations. They had us coming in two days earlier, and then when they tried to call. . . they had our name, and phone number completely wrong! Thankfully they were able to make some calls and get it all sorted out, but that took forever! Our reservation had been made by a company we were working with, so we had to get a hold of them to get the payment. After that mini mess, we headed to our spot. All the spots are pull through spots. You cannot put a rug out at all. They are tight spots, and you are super close to your neighbors. But again we knew that going in. The showers were clean, we didn't use the pool, there are some trees on some of the property. So there is a bit of shade. They also have a mini dog park, but sadly no one had cleaned up after their pets, and it was kind of a mess. with really long grass.

Pros: location to shopping, Grand Ole Opry and a variety of restaurants. Friendly staff. Cons: It rained and our site stayed flooded. No other site remained flooded. We asked if our site could be made accessible via wood planks, cement blocks, some sort of walkway - short of rubber boots. They put down gravel but we still had issues of standing water and mud. Again, our site was the only one affected by this issue. Second, the sewer ground hook up was put together with caulking to cement. Needless to say, it did NOT work. Finally, we reserved our space next to bathrooms only to find out when we got there the closest bathrooms were being remodeled. The bathrooms at the front had 4 sinks but only 2 sinks worked and one would not shut off.

Opry Mills Mall and Grand Ole Opry are nearby. Downtown and The Parthenon are 15-20 minutes away, though the drives weave you through the city.

Great campground to see Nashville. Quiet, clean bathhouse. Laundry. Also, rentals of cabins so you don't have to camp. Or family can come and not stay in your trailer. Spaces were pretty close. But we didn't mind. Very easy pull through spots. Nice and flat. We honestly went out of the cg every day and spent very little time at the campground. Bonus, can recieve mail there. Hourly shuttle pickup for ride into downtown. $10 pp, rt. Takes the hassle out of parking, driving. Nearby, a quick car ride (a couple blocks) to the Opry, the outlet mall, madam toussandes. Many music venues and mostly, the best site in Nashville, the Gaylord hotel. Big parking areas. They welcome visitors and it's amazing inside. Just go, you'll see. In our travels, Nashville was the best so far. Safe at night or day. Welcoming. Beautiful. Friendly. Very easy to get around the area. Bonus~ camper sales, service, parts next door.

This place is awesome. I was a little nervous reading some of the reviews, but I encourage everyone to experience it for yourselves because it’s a nice place. Everything is well kept. They have a nice clean pool (even though I haven’t swam since being here. It’s been raining), a cool little bouncy castle area for children. Everyone that works here, that I’ve talked to, have been friendly and welcoming. It’s quiet and not that far from a couple cool places. Even though the spaces are close together, it’s not cramped and you still have room for your own stuff. The ONLY thing I can say that can be improved on is check in for guests after hours. But that’s about it. Everything else was great! P.s Their WiFi is pretty dang good. Even on rainy days. No issues with the WiFi at all.

I stayed here one year ago and the staff took care of me and took really good consideration to my needs but now a year later I come in for business and I go there and ask for help they completely pushed me off they think that their Resort is worth big money and it offers very little and amenities to even consider the value of what they're requesting for you to pay to stay there I do not recommend this place based on the fact they overcharge for the sites. Asked to speak with the manager but they told me the manager wouldn't do anything because that's what their mandated by management.

There's really no great amenities at this location for the amount of money they ask you to pay for only thing it offers is good location to the city of Nashville.

Our first night was great staying here, however, after our second night we will NOT be back. Our family was outdoors about 8/9 pm making s’mores when some “long term campers” bombarded us asking if our children were going around screaming. Mind you our children were making s’mores with us. After raising their voice at us the left to go door to door and ask everyone on site. A little while later they came back by to tell us that we had too many cars at the site. I’m not sure why they told US to move our cars when the cabin next to us had at least 10 people in the cabin and over 3 cars. Overall it was a nice place to stay, but the management and “long term campers” ran us off. I didn’t know it was a crime to make s’mores with your family at 8:30 pm.

The cabin was very nice, spacious, and clean. The lady at the desk who also answers the phones, needs a lesson in customer service. I messed up when booking and didn’t add my children. I guess I just didn’t think it was necessary since the cabin I booked had a pull out couch in the living room for them. Upon check in, I was rudely reprimanded and scolded for not putting my children on the reservation and was charged $10 extra per day per child. I understand it was my mistake, but she could have been more understanding. The sad thing is that none of the inflatables were even open (they are seasonal, which the website doesn’t say). We will not be back. There’s tons of nice places to stay in Nashville that we can go and not be spoken to this way and the KOA next door has more year round amenities!

Stayed here for a long weekend recently. We got to our campsite and someone had already parked there. Seems the campers made a mistake so the campground initially moved us to another site that turned out to be too small for our camper and truck. Plus there was no fire ring, no grass pad, and the picnic table was sitting over the sewer line. They finally got us to a third site that was crammed and still didn’t have a fire ring. The manager said he was going to make it right with a discount for making us move so many times, but I never saw that adjustment made. Instead, we were charged an extra $10 per night for our 1-year-old. This is quite literally the only campground I’ve been to that considers any kids to be “additional” and charges extra per night night for them. Definitely not worth the cost, and I will not stay here again in the future.

We have stayed in our camper many times in the past 4 years. This time we rented a small cabin. It was very nice and exactly what we were expecting. However the bathhouse was being renovated and the other one was in such bad condition. It did not look clean. The tiles in the showers were broken and there was only one working sink out of 4. The keypad one the door had buttons missing so you couldn’t enter the passcode on one of them. The grass was so high and when the guy was cutting it there were clumps all over. The pool was full of bugs and needed to be drained and painted. Disappointed. We’ve always been happy with our stays in the past. It’s a great place to stay but it really really needs some cleaning and updating.

Getting here was difficult as they never sent me a confirmation email. Also, they don’t charge you the full amount when you make your reservation so expect a huge bill when you come to check in! The bath house that I planned our site around is SHUT DOWN due to construction. Had I known this I would have picked a different site! We have a tent trailer and no bathroom in it. Plus we have kids. Due to this bathroom closure you have to walk up to the main office. Not feasible with a toddler who is potty training. The sites are small. Not mowed. A large stump is taking up our “front yard”. We have no fire pit. The picnic table has seen better days. Haven’t seen the rest of the amenities as this was all witnessed as we were setting camp up.

We booked an RV site with sewer and all hook ups, Also a cabin 1yr in advance. Had booking number and checked prior to starting our trip. When we arrived we were told only the cabin was reserved but not the RV site. The only site available had no sewer but did have water and hydro. After traveling for 12hrs we had no choice but to take the site. The bathrooms were next to our site but we're closed for renovations!? Also the cable tv hook up was non functioning (No Stanley Cup!!) Never fails.............. Also the cabin had some kind of bugs in the beds...not sure what they were but had to spray them down before sleep..

Camp cabins are very nice. Amenities are similar to an RV, like size of fridge, micro, sunk, water pressure etc. Comfy Bed and bunks. Could not figure out the wall heater but the portable heater was plenty warm by itself. Great Price. 15 minute drive to Broadway but is a shuttle is available also. Try the patio bar with live band, near the corner at highway. Go around buildings in back parking lot. I can't remember the name of it but they had a great band and prices were a lot more reasonable than Broadway.

Really looked good on the website and the camp site was good. My family and I have been on the road for over a week. When we get there we found that the laundry facilities were closed. We were sent over to the KOA's laundry next door where we waited forever. It may seem minor but time is irreplaceable. The more time I spend waiting in the laundry room that two major resorts have to share, the less time I spend with my family actually vacationing. It was also very noticeable that all of the other amenities like the recreation area were just run down or not working at all. If this place were to be running at it's potential it would be Five Stars across the board.

Reserved a tent site online, made a note of a late check in, and the money was withdrawn from bank account immediately. Showed up for late check in, but never received a confirmation email, confirmation text, or call. No way to check in. After hours emergency number went to voicemail (at 9 pm) and said to leave a message. Left numerous messages. Was not able to stay in the campground for the night despite paying for it. Called several times afterwards to get my refund nobody ever answers and am left on hold for 5 minutes before the call is dropped. Still have not received a refund for the tent site we were never able to use.

Location is the biggest thing this RV park has going for it. There is a shuttle that for $10 pp will take you into downtown Nashville and bring you back. They have 200+ RV sites, 15 cabins, and a few tent sites with large trees throughout the park. The RV sites are average sized. The showers are a tight 30”x 30”, had only one peg to hang clothes/towel on, and no place in the shower to put soap and shampoo. Many of the toilets are out of service and the remaining ones don’t flush properly. Overall the bathhouse was not very clean. The Wifi was excellent. Some highway noise. The prices are high in line with the area. Good luck getting them on the phone. Booking online is the best option.

This campground is really cool. There are a lot of spots big enough for large rvs. The spots are pretty close together unless you’re in an end space it seemed like. Big pool and activities for kids. The park is pet friendly with a small fenced dog area. We didn’t use the dog area because some disrespectful dog owners left piles of their pet waste in there, which was very unfortunate. There are dumpsters to use but also a park employee drives around collecting trash in the morning if you set it out at the curb. There is a $10 per person daily shuttle that picks up there and takes riders downtown for the day. You can also walk over to Gander or Camping World. We look forward to coming back here some day.

For starters if you read the reviews from a few months ago the campground itself is a complete 180! Now if you grew up camping then you know what to expect..this visit was last minute. We stayed in one of the cabins and really enjoyed our weekend. The accommodations where great and there was plenty of room. Although the sleeping arrangements are more for younger kids and not full grown adults..if you are above 6 foot it is a tight squeeze. The shower house, laundry area, and campground overall was well kept. Lots of activities for the kids too! I look forward to going back

Booked a stay on for the 27th of June. When I arrived it was after hours. There was no packet tobe found. Tried to call the emergency number only to find the mailbox full. There was no camp host or anybody to talk too. I spent 45 minutes trying to figure out where I was going to stay. I then figured out there were overflow spots and took one of those. The next day person at the office offered a refund for the hassle but management never called back. Called again and management said they would not give even a partial refund since I stayed there even though it was due to a booking error on their end.

We spent eight nights in a motor home at this park, left this morning. Sites are clean with gravel to park on, lots of nice grass for table and chairs. Bath house was cleaned every day. The play ground is huge, lots of items for kids plus a good size swim pool. Ladies in office were kind and helpful. Our garbage was picked up every morning at the road. Highly recommend. I camped for many years this one will be at the top of my list.

Wasn't expecting a nice RV park, but I will say that it definitely was worth it, and it's not that bad.. full hook up decent showers and alright grounds. Had things for kids to do and a pool. We had a great time, and the location is perfect, close to all attractions. The only downside is the price, and I can just imagine when KOA changes fully into their campground. #BeeHippyLifestyle

The cabin we had was the perfect size. The shuttles from the campground to downtown and to the Grand old Opry were perfect as we did not have a vehicle. Using an Uber everywhere we went was very simple and inexpensive. The cabins each had their own fire pit, outdoor table and chairs, and a barbecue grill. Each cabin also has a screened in front porch with a table and chairs. We definitely had a comfortable time staying here and it was also easy for instacart to find us when we ordered groceries. We would definitely stay here again

Great people in the office. They are very accommodating and friendly. Great hospitality. Super dog friendly place. There is a fenced in area that you can let ur dogs run unleashed. Everyone cleans up after their pets. Very clean lots. Very clean bathrooms/shower house. Cleaned and maintained daily. Kid friendly lots of moon bounces and different activities for young kids to do. Places to sit on a like patio area and hang with friends. Great food places and close to beautiful gaylord hotel. Within 6 mins of a drive to a huge mall and movie place and other tourist attractions.

  • Laura Oshel

The facilities themselves were nice. We stayed in a cabin and it was nice. Stocked with basic kitchen items, towels and linens. We didn’t use any of the other facilities but there was laundry, restrooms, pool, bounce toys for the kiddos. Location is great and the shuttle that is offered worked perfect for getting downtown. The staff was the only issue we had. Very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT expect to be able to check in early. Or even at the actual check in time for that matter. Nice campground and cabins, but dont go here expecting any southern hospitality!!

  • Family Missions

Spacious campsites, clean well-maintained facilities, friendly staff, convenient location! The sites are large making it easy to park bigger trailers and RVs, the site we stayed at was level and all the hook-ups were modern and worked perfectly. The pool is large! There are lots of fun things for kids to do around the campground; the bounce house and trampoline were our kids' favorite. The campground is very conveniently located and has a peaceful campground feel while being one of the closest campgrounds to Nashville. I would highly recommend staying here!

  • Carla Serfas

We were in a 23 foot motorhome and had to use all the levelers that we had with us and still were low in the front. Loved having the shuttle available for only $10 per person round trip. Loved having them pick up our garbage everyday. We felt secure in the park. Laundry looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. The price was OK. Man and women in the office were great. Friendly and helpful. They might not always answer the phone because they are soo busy with customers so keep calling. We would stay there again if we could get a level spot.

  • SB

People in the office were really nice but very hard hard to get through on the phone. Left message but no call back 2 days later i called was asked to hold she put the phone down and never came back. Only 8 channels worked on their cable but they say they have 43 channels. More than 1/2 their toilets, showers and laundry were out of order. But on the up side the pool was nice and they have a shuttle thats picks up & drops off to go downtown which was very convenient. Id say they are a little over priced for how much work the park needs.

  • John Dicke

We planned a family reunion here. The resort itself is okay (other than dirty water and many feral cats scavenging), but customer service for groups is absolutely terrible. We were told several lies on what to expect and how things would be done. We would have used another resort knowing what we know now. Very basic things like coordinating camp sites was painful. Only one employee that we dealt with (Candie) attempted to help in a way that was reasonable. There are many better options here in Nashville....my advice is to use them.

  • wayne evans

The upper side was great but having to stay on lower side was a pain. OK , that that side is mostly live in / workers transient,,our site was ok except the elec,,we accepted the 30 amp site but it really wasn't a good 30 amp. Our trl is 50 but does work on 30 for important things,,,had to use my jumper 110 to get ac to work,,neighbor told me of many complaints about elec. Definitely they should address that. Would stay again but only on upper side

This place is a rip off. At $80 some per night, I would have expected some upgrades from what it was when it was Jellystone, years back. The mens restroom has baseboards that are rotting. A window a/c unit was plugged into an extension cord, tacked up onto a wall, then over the door, then down to a receptacle over the sink. The sewer connector is at the very rear of the site, requiring nearly 15 feet of hose to hook up. Roads are narrow. Picnic tables full of slivers. So disappointed. Never again

  • Jim Jordan

This is a very big park with pretty tight roads between the rows of sites and the place was packed due to to CMA festival going on. Somehow our reservation had gotten changed to a site without full hookups, which is what we had paid for, but the lady in the office went above and beyond to make it right. They have a lot of fun activities at this park including a pool, putt putt golf, 3 wheel bikes, just to name a few. We were really close to the Grand Ole Opry and quite a few restaurants.

  • Stephanie Meierhofer

It seems like a nice enough RV park w lots to do for kids but we had none with us and we spent most of our time away because of all of the noise. The freeway noise was constant and made it extremely hard to sleep, especially with the semi trucks regularly making extra noise due to a hill or curve nearby. I'm not sure but they made extra noise all night long. They also parked us on their main road with regular traffic. I won't be back as I just could not relax or sleep.

  • Julie Wallace

Great place to stay with amenities for everyone: hot showers, laundry (takes credit cards), bath houses, swim pool, mining, small water park, play ground, ice cream shop, general store, and dog park. Electric, water, sweet hook ups, tent camping. Cabins to rent of various sizes. Shaded areas. Close to Grand Ole Opry and Cooters Place. Shuttle to Downtown for only $10 - beats fighting traffic and finding parking!! Highly recommend!! We even saw deer in the morning!!

THEY WENT IN MY ACCOUNT AND TOOK $100.00 A MONTH AFTER I LEFT. They claim It was missing charge. They didn’t contact me or anything. I had to find it on my own while browsing my bank statement. Staying there was a nightmare there rules are for ever changing and their staff only enforces the rules to people they don’t know. ( most staff lives on site) I have never left a review on my life. But this one feels necessary. STAY AWAY.

  • RT Germain

Stayed over the past weekend. Staff was very nice and site was OK. Issue with the speeding cars and carts. Speed limit is posted and guests advised that the limit is 6&2/3 MPH. Apparently the staff in the carts are exempt and think the limit is 26&2/3 MPH and they kick up a lot of dust. Had my rig and truck washed the morning we arrived and they looked worse than before the wash.

We like the resort for it's location. It is an older resort but it is in reasonably good condition. Sites are level, gravel, nice large dog walking area and clean laundry and showers. One negative, watch out for hidden fees. We arrived early and we're charged a $15 early checkin fee. Nothing on reservation or website says anything about this.

  • Les White

Looks like an old KOA but the prices are $$+ . The staff are very friendly and helpful but the campground is in great need of work mowing, electrical upgrades, don't ask for discounts they don't have them unless military or veteran. The bathrooms were dirty and mold in showers, toilets were in great need of maintenance. Won't be going back!

Good location near Opryland Resort and Opry Mills with short drive to downtown area. Sites were small so we weren't able to park our vehicles with our 5th Wheel. Thankfully weather was good so the walk to our vehicles wasn't too inconvenient.

Nice staff, office/store, pool, & recreation offerings. RV sites nice, sewage hook ups a bit far away. Showers & laundry were fairly clean, but need updating. Laundry room was miserably hot. Pool water was kind of dirty and very warm. Store hours 9 to 5, so we were hardly able to visit it, unfortunately.

The sewer backed up and splashed my husband while he tried to set it up. He knows how to do it .This wasn't a fault of his. His shoes and clothes were soaked. The kaundry room was out of service. The lady at the desk laughed and said "That's rv life "

Fantastic place. We rented a cabin. It's small but for 4 people (2 adults & 2 kids under 10) it was perfect. Very clean. Very quiet area. Better than any hotel because it was private. For the cabin with a shower we paid (taxes, fees, everything) $220 for 2 nights on New Years Eve.

Stayed in one of the cabins without toilet or shower. Love the cute quaint cabin. Loved the whole 2 nights I was there. The only thing that I didn't like was the bed mattress. They were awful but I improvised to make it work and the TV didn't have many channels but still loved it.

Can't get much tighter. I have to question their decision to remodel a bath house at the start of vacation season. One bath house with 3 showers is pushing it for this volume of guests. On the bright side, hosts are great.

Biggest question? Why is the sewer connection at the high end of the RV site? Bigger question? Why are the sites so unlevel that A's have their front wheels off the ground and 5W's have over a foot of blocking under their front jacks? You have been warned. I'd go elsewhere.

One night stay. Front desk personnel most pleasant. Park needs some TLC, especially trimming the overhang limbs. Site 308, we scraped the top of our RV @ departure. Quite a few, unsightly sites. The laundry facility was dirty + roaches.

Nice RV Park. Close to shopping, entertainment, food. Sites are close together however, you don't get the feeling you're parked in a sardine can. Employees are friendly, grounds are well kept, lots of extras like trash pickup. Huge dog park. A little pricey for my liking.

These folks work very hard to make this campground a great place to stay. It's clean, maintained and well run. The pool and kids games are wonderful even if they are a bit dated we had a blast! Thank you all for working so hard in 110+ degree heat indexes!!!

We got one of the better cabins. Nothing really fancy but nice and clean. It had one bed, pull-out couch, and 3 bunks. Open shower that was good size, no seat, dispensers for soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Plenty of hot water, clean functional kitchen.

No resort by any means. No security and dogs running loose everywhere. Sites are narrow and on top of each other. Never again much nicer 1/4 mile past this one

Good location, but we did not have hot water in our shower for 3 days. We let the staff know and it would work during the day but cold again by morning. Room minimally clean. Many chairs at pool broken. Minimally staffed.

Great experience! We rented a cabin that had everything we needed for what we thought was a very good price. They even called us when they found our forgotten coffee grinder and baseball cap. Highly recommend.

We came in from Pittsburgh. We stayed 2 nights in the deluxe cabin and really enjoyed it. Cabin was clean and very roomy. Also very close to downtown and Nissan stadium. Definitely recommend.

When we arrived, the lady at the gate was extremely rude! One bathroom was closed and the other was locked. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I’m rating this place as 3 stars because the restrooms and the pool were not clean. Also, the sites are super close together. The ladies at check in were very nice is the positive.

Close to opry. Just bought by KoA and likely upgrades soon. Need to figure out overflow parking. Sites barely long enough for travel trailer.
