"Small parking lot in the back, quite (as a library should be), often not busy at all, plenty of computers, the one worker I saw there was super sweet to speak with, & it's nice to see an old building still being maintained"

Angie is a lifesaver. Her customer service skills are top notch. She is always there to help people utilizing the library system in Nashville. Give her a raise or a promotion asap! She is the best!
