A recent price increase seems extremely unfair as it is totally unjustified. The new owners have hardly spent anything on improving the facilities they are extremely mean. The sauna and changing facilities are very dirty and cramped. They have made huge increases as much as 20% on 1and half hour massages from £59 to £70 especially if a person comes more than once a week it soon adds up. They don't even have a full set of therapists on some days..oh yes despite the big increase in prices they have given an hourly increase of just £1 how mean is that. No loyalty to staff or regular clients the people who really run this establishment. Change your ideas you stubborn and mean management....don't just line your pockets..sometimes you need to spend...as well. Poor health and hygiene as well. Great receptionists!!

Went for 1.5h Aroma therapy + 30 mins full body scrub (total £100) on weekday afternoon. Massage was thorough and at right strength - Lots of lymph drainage and tension loosening. Body scrub was refreshing. Room was okay - quiet private room with ambient light and spa music. Big downside is hygiene. As other reviewers mentioned, this place is dirty, almost filthy - mould in shower, accumulated dust at every corner etc. Not very uncomfortable for full relaxation. Little amenity provided - no shampoo or conditioner, no spa clothes either. Refurbishment and daily maintainance by staff are definitely required. Overall, this place is relatively cheap for massage but so as the standard of place. Therapist was good but the hygiene of this place made me uncomfortable and greatly let me down.

as someone who plays a lot of sport, i have been to a lot of massage spots. Alison at nature spa; massage was definitely the best I have had so far. I Could barely rotate my left groin/pelvis beforehand and thought I would be out of sport for a long while, however the nerve problem was very quickly identified and and it seems she was able to realign whatever had been disrupted as I am in considerably less pain now and feel like I might even be able to play football over the weekend. Will most definitely be revisiting

I've been a regular customer for a year now. And I pulled a muscle this morning and could barely walk. I called in at 3pm and got a 5pm appointment. Fantastic! The therapist gave me a brilliant deep tissue massage which helped a little and the beautiful Georgiana helped me perform different yoga positions to help with the pain. Really happy with the price, the location, the team and the service. Will definitely be visiting again.

Good Therapists, it really makes a difference after having an hourmassage session (I usually book an hour). It would be great if they have more availabilty of good therapists as once I like someone's style, I would like to book the same therapist in future which may not always be the case. But overall still good as they can recommend you the therapist with the similar style of massage you are interested in .

I have been going to nature spa for about 25 years now, over the years I have visited other local spa sauna massage therapy centres, but none of them are as good or as friendly and tranquil and relaxing as nature spa, obviously after this year's covid-19 I haven't had a chance to visit but I will be going back there on a regular basis once everything is back to normal.

Been going here for nearly 12 years now... changed hands a few times in between but think the current owners have got it right... great customer service and the masseurs know exactly what they're doing and not just a back rub... Natures Spa recently increased their prices to £50 per hour. Too much in my book, so I have stppped going. The massuesses were ok but the facilities are not great, especially the changing room, which is basically a damp and dirty corner. If you want to charge a premium price tag, refurbish your premisses.

Great place, easy to book, good availability, needed a really strong sports massage as I’m a tennis coach and muscles were really stiff. Massage was strong, therapist professional and helpful, enjoyed sauna afterwards so actually thought £50 fir the hour was very good value and will be back.

Very professional and polite staff. Thank you for your hospitality and service. They have a fish tank in the waiting area which compliments the spa very well and i felt more relaxed. The spa is clean and well maintained. I will would recommend to friends and family.

My first time visiting the facilities and I had a great experience. Clean and well maintained sauna, showers and changing area... as well as a great 90 minute full body massage, my therapist was very knowledgeable! Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

The massages were amazing and the sauna was a beautiful touch, however, the quality of the showers and the changing rooms could be greatly improved. Some parts of the facility looked aged. But the massage experience I wouldn’t fault.

My favourite place for massage/ Reflexology. I recommend Christina for reflexology as she proved to be the best after so many years of going there. For back massage Andrea is very good! Must pay cash, place do not take cards.

One of the worst massage Centers running by old women hardly able to do proper massage. I had the worst experience and wasted my money and time! Highly discouraging people to go here. It’s not worth!
