A very handy and reasonable car park for this side of Leicester. It’s down a narrow one way street and not sign posted but google maps will take you straight there. We have an SUV and we had no problems getting down New Street or parking. Around 60 spaces with a couple blue badge spaces and two charges spaces for EVs

Franciscan friars first arrived in Leicester in the early 13th century. Their friary occupied a large walled precinct south of St Martin’s Church (now Leicester Cathedral) and west of Leicester’s Saturday market place, between two important medieval thoroughfares, Friar Lane and St Francis’ Lane (Peacock Lane today).

Terrible, the signs and information are incorrect. The sign said charges applied until 6pm. So we came in afterward only to still be charged a ridiculously high rate.

Parked for two and a half hours whilst attending an event at the nearby Guildhall. Very convenient but cost **£9.50** which is a ripoff verging on profiteering.

Walking distance from Leicester Market. Uses chip coins system, and there is someone nearby to help out when you experience problems with the coins.

This is for permit holders only during the day on weekdays. Open to the public evening and weekends.

super expensive. there's car parks with £1/hour around the area, this one is £3/hr...

My go to car park coming from the South of the city. Not too expensive.
