When you call at opening time Usually kept on hold for up to 20 mins before someone answers. Then they say all appointments have gone. But if i persist when its something serious. I am given an appointment at a later time. Receptionist are always very busy hard at work but need to be more friendly and welcoming.

Samaira who is at reception is absolutely amazing. Kind respectfull and so helpful. Have spoken to her over the phone and seen her in person and she has always been able to help me in any issues I have. She defiantly needs to have a pay rise for everything she has to put up with from the general public.
