Excellent location, but merchandise and availability varies by location. Like that, as suburban locations are more to their clientele, while the city locations, especially Michigan Avenue has a larger selection for all; young, adults and above 50. It’s always better to see and try the merchandise; and if your size or style is not readily available you always go on their detailed website and purchase, & purchases above $99 offer free shipping. A bunch of stuff that I liked, though probably didn't love. Though that may be the idea of these "off the rack" shops. Nice selection of some real quality stuff though. Came out with a nice Brooks Brothers shirt and a couple of nice belts. I usually try to be super cheap and shop online but for an in store experience, particularly in such a major city, you could do much worse.

Approximately 2 months ago bought there a pair of shoes and unfortunately didn't know that will receive a huge surprise form the store at cash desk and didn't check it properly. When I back to Israel found 2 left pairs. What can be done with this? Would like to send it back and receive a right pair. Or money back.

Thus particular Norother. Rack is great for women and shoes. It's a smaller location that doesn't have a children's or home section. I like it, but I don't love it. The designer section is nice, particularly for accessories. Men's section seems comparable to any other. Customer service is good here, like all NR.

They always have a great selection of clothes and great prices on their shoes. I am a fan of Kate Spade and would shop at their store downtown or their outlet store in Aurora. Now I just come to the rack and get my purses there because they have a variety of sizes and atyles

Love this location. Left keys in the store, and the security girl at the front door took care if the issue immediately. Shes genuinely a good hearted person as what I experienced of her. If she ever sees this.. thank you! (the boy with the scooter)

A huge and impressive contractor; Offers a large selection, lots of designer clothes, footwear, cosmetics and home accessories. Those who don't mind money will find quite a bit here. For the average person this is a very expensive carriage house

Loved it caught awesome sells only thing is you are going to spend more than what you bargained to spend because they have so much good stuff on sale the cashier's were amazing staff was just amazing and very helpful

A huge store with good selection of things to purchase at good prices. Men's, women's, children, travel, and so much more. In a good location but best to walk there and find nearby parking which is a bit difficult.
