She has passed but the old lady cat of our family & we had as positive as possible experiences with the services & staff here in recent years (through to today). Definitely recommend! They are responsive, efficient & professional but also kind & make an effort to relate to their human clients. I have also appreciated that they seem to handle their scheduling well. (I've had difficult long waits & other issues at a couple different local veterinary offices before.)

Great experience! Did my kitten’s first vet check up here and it went so smoothly. Staff is so friendly and involved, everyone was so loving towards her. Vet techs are very sweet and knowledgeable, they explain everything and answer any questions. The doctor was great. Loved it here! Wish I could bring her back and be a regular but I’m only in Austin for the summer :(

We came because our 8 yr old son wanted his pet tortoises to be looked at and to establish care. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Both the technician and the vet spoke to my son for the appointment which I appreciated since he is the one who takes care of his tortoises. They were very thorough in their examination and we felt we were in good hands.
