Woke up on a August 13, 2017 to a empty house normally girlfriend is next to me. Walked outback to see if she was having a smoke someone yells come out from neighbors yarddont associate with them half alsleep and more concerned where my gf is I walked inside, went out thru garage to see if her car was there another unseen person yells to come out I asked who it was response was police I responded I'm going inside to call police to confirm, I saw no one or police vehicles. It was 4am when I couldn't find my phone I walked back out opened garage door gas cans broke thru my new windows I and I was shot I was wearing nothing but boxers several thugs with guns and badges stormed in kicked and hit me, cuffed me destroyed my home. I had no idea what or why this happened I was told I was being charged with agg assult deadly weapon. GF claimed I shot at her GSR proved I had not fired a gun yet I was still charged. Lost my home, job freedom for a 13 months, prior to this I asked her to move out. She claimed I kid napped her, raped her and idiot cops just went with it. No GSR, should have cleared me. Texts supported my claims and proved she lied. Charges dropped my gun was given back and I was homeless because of what someone said and San Antonio finest believing anything and not seeking truth is very common. Ruining lives they don't care. .. careful with lists and costume wearing idiots who clearly were raised wrong eager to believe anything bad even when there is nothing to support what is claimed. Many more details that point to corrupt department and broken system. With double standards is the norm. I'm sorry I have a soul and I have to look in the mirror. Can't live that lie. Careful peaceful citizens because it's real

I was lied to by Sgt Gilliam Badge# 3272 about having my released from San Antonio Behavior health. We call them to help us get are daughter out and facility nurse and staff asked 3 of the officers there to ED her, so they could keep her longer since we were asking for them to release her since she was a voluntary patient. Padilla #1338” told my wife staff member requested for them to do the Emergency Detain. Bishop badge #1442. He also refuse to call a supervisor for to make location. I repeated myself about 15-20 time it should be on body cameras. I was told she could not be released for Texas administrative code section 404.157. Parg 3)(b) and (1) after read them I showed them parg 3) (1)(a) that states a person who files the request for release files a written withdrawal of the request or ask a staff member to withdraw the request. After I read this to them Sgt Gillam #3272 refused to look at the paperwork. He told me and my wife to leave and I asked again with now 8 officers present to call his supervisor or someone higher then him and he refuse to do so. And ordered his officers to leave. I call 911 dispatch and was told a Lieutenant would make the scene.. after 30 minutes I received a call and badge #0436 didn’t catch his name refused to come to the seen and read the paper work. He said if the hospital was breaking the law complain to the hospital so I asked him if the police were breaking the law who do I complain to he said the supervisor... that why I ask for you a Lieutenant to make the seen and read the paperwork. Well the lieutenant said he wasn’t going over to me location. And I told him he was breaking the law for letting the hospital break the law. He didn’t care.

This negative review is about the lady and her unfriendliness toward me. Laurel ridge order 10 pizzas and 10x2 liters drinks specifically to deliver to sapd northwest substation on July 3rd at 10:15 p.m. apparently they did two previous order earlier on the same day. When I got there I quickly unload all the items. Carrying 10 pizzas and 10 sodas is not easy. The order was pay by a credit card and there was a note for itemized receipt. So I tried to find the person whose credit card it is belong to. After running around in the substation asking everyone, no one had a clue until the lady at the front desk said Laurel ridge paid for it. However, instead of nicely informing me of the situation she yell with attitude. She question me saying "why I need someone to sign the receipt", "the previous delivery driver didn't need it sign", "we are not signing it", "we don't need the receipt", "go talk to you boss then". All I wanted was someone to authorize the payment by signing it and receive the itemized receipt so there won't be any future trouble. This was how I was train and taught to do since the beginning if this job. After the lady at the front aggressive attitude, I felt upset and just left wondering what I did wrong. I also thought every staff s in law enforcement were supposed to be friendly and helpful. The next day, my manager mentioned that the previous driver did get their receipt sign. After hearing it, I felt even more upset. This is my negative experience from the sapd northwest substation.

Terrible experience with the San Antonio Police Dept. Was the victim a hit-and-run, reported it same day, was accused of fabricating my story even though damages said otherwise. According to my report, officer's name was Jeffery Markgraf, rude and unconcerned, not at all a good example of a public servant, avoid him at all costs. I only carry liability insurance so I was counting on police being able to find who did it, however they shattered any hope I had. Sent them a 2-page single spaced letter along with my report request, which was returned. I hope I never have to deal with the police in the future, but if I do, I hope that they will be able to redeem themselves in my mind as being "here to help".

I forget now the police officers badge number from the incident but I remember his actions well. I had a physical altercation with my father, and decided to walk down the street to my brothers appartment. On the way, police find me and try talking to me. I tell them everything as truthfully as I could about what happened. Apparently one of them got in contact with my dad, who denied the whole thing. Long story short I was taken back to my dads and was scolded by one of the officers who blamed the whole thing on my phone being taken away a month before all of this. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous, as I was only 15 at the time.

I love how the story of an underage driver who was texting at the moment of the collision, as she admitted, where she invaded my lane, got changed when her “Daddy” arrived saying he was going to call his friends. As soon as the PO talked to “Daddy”, which he was not at the time nor place of the collision, it became apparent that all I was saying was “hearsay” while, everything “Daddy” was saying, were facts. I wonder if at any given moment, the PO, check “her” phone, to verify if she was texting or not. You, sir, Mr. 1233, is part of the problem.

My heartfelt thanks to the two officers who assisted my wife this afternoon! She experienced a blowout on I-10 in her large SUV and was unable to reach me immediately. Officer Serna changed her tire...in his dark blue uniform.....on a very hot afternoon......with all his body armor and equipment on. The spare hangs below the back end so he had to crawl under the vehicle to get to it. A dirty, nasty job on a very hot day. Many thanks for taking care of my wife Officer Serna!

Officer Gomez is amazing. I worked with him regarding a minor car collision a couple weeks ago. He went far beyond my expectations by ensuring that all information was collected in an orderly fashion and offering his time in the event that the insurance company needed to speak with him. Thank you Officer Gomez. Although things did not turn out in my favor I appreciate all the time and work you invested to give justice an opportunity to prevail. Best wishes to you.

The Police Officers here were extremely helpful and kind here. I visited several police stations for a PhotoJournalism Project on behalf of my High School. Out of all them, while many contributed help, this one offered a couple law enforcement officers to be interviewed and even taken pictures of. In spite of it being nighttime during crime-high hours and very busy officers they lent the time to help me out and I have a lot more appreciation for SAPD after that.

  • Charleston Manager

Most of the time I do not need an actual unit to come out and this new text messaging the incident report is amazing. I just love it. I have always had a great experience with SAPD in helping me manage Charleston and this just makes it better. I appreciate you guys 100% even when I may not agree with your answer I do agree with the way you approach items I need help with here at Charleston. Thank you so much.

I was wrongfully arrested and assaulted by 2 of there officers. I called to file a complaint , which is going no where. The sargent said and i quote "so my officer's may have been a lil rude". No not rude it is an assault, When they put there hands on you and injure you. I had to go to the e.r. and get treated for an injury to my wrist.

  • Orayvia Godoy

Thought this experience would be better. It seemed like everyone in the department didn't care much. Instead of going to a room or somewhere private to talk about my situation , the officer stood right there in front where the other people waiting could hear. Very unprofessional.

  • Ben GM

This cops are poorly educated stop giving them a badge and put them in the street Instead of serving the tax payers they are harrassing them, sad on this department #mexicanoadilla Sould be teaching them a thing or two about the law they trying to inforced

  • pramod chennupati

I waited for more than hour to file a complaint. Still no one assisted me. Front door repair said she can't do anything, I just need to wait. Leaving without reporting my issue. Very disappointed with their negligence.

Too bad this station is getting such bad reviews lately. Some of you "cops", need to remember your here to serve the community, so why don't you guys go back to day one training, and relearn some courtesy.

  • Justin Beck

Too lazy to work the stop lights when they go out. This police force is always having issues including their officers drinking and driving with kids in the vehicle. Quit over eating and get proactive.

  • PitStop Roadside

They were very gentle when they handcuffed me, Their patrol vehicles are very roomy. Overall, Very professional. Will get arrested by them again, For sure!

  • Lindsay Minarovic

An officer from this substation handled my minor car accident wonderfully. He was very respectful, kind, and efficient.

  • Rhonda Branham

Thank you for your immediate assistance to me regarding a money scam I received yesterday. You were kind and helpful.

  • Bryan Sawyer
