If I could give 0 stars, I would. Over the past year and a half, there has been a significant decline in the way this clinic is managed and the way you are treated by the administrative staff from calling in over the phone to coming in for an appointment. The most recent situation which is making me write this review is due to the clinic trying to charge me $100 for a form to be completed (which I will add, had been filled out 2 times prior one being three months earlier to which I paid $40). Because the Dr had seen me a few months earlier, it was decided over the phone with the Dr that I did not need to come in and that the forms could be dropped off, paid for and then picked up within the week following them being completed based on the last time I was there. I dropped off the forms with reception 3 weeks ago, paid my $40, received my receipt. The following week, I called and the forms were still not ready for pick up. Finally this week, I was called by a receptionist at the clinic and was immediately told that I owed $60 for me to be able to come pick up the forms even though I had already pre-paid $40. They then stated that these new fee's were implemented last year, even though when I dropped off my forms I had already paid $40 for my forms to be completed. After running around in circles with 7 different staff for an hour and a half, I ended up paying an additional $20 to finally have my forms released to me. Overall, I love my doctor but cannot stand dealing with the clinic staff and the mismanagement and miscommunication that takes place regularly. Now that they're not seeing patients in person like before, they're trying to make up their costs in other ways by charging people an inflated rate to fill out forms and deliberately try and make you feel as though you're in the wrong when they make mistakes. I highly suggest finding a different clinic if you're on the hunt for a family doctor, I know I am.

Stay away from unprofessional doctor Gurpreet Gill. She does not follow up on xrays. As a patient who tried to follow up a test result it takes more than 3 phone calls to get an answer. One of the receptionists, disconnected the phone call. She did have my phone number didn't bother to call back. In order to get result over the phone practically, I had to begged the receptionist to pass the message to Gurpreet Gill to call me back. This should never been happening. They got my test 10 days ago. But they didn't bother to let me know. If i didn't follow up with them back being persistent I wouldn't have the answer, as it is time sensitive. Dr. Gurpreet Gill refuse to call back. It just take less than a minute to call a patient back. One of the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. She is in her 40s. When given the home address for her, she didn't bother to double check with the address to ensure it is correct. When I told her the address is incorrect she didn't bother to fix the document with the incorrect address. I have mentioned to Dr. GILL about three different pains on my body. She only cared one place, but the rest of the two places where I had pain she just ignored them. Im so glad I went to seek another professional. They found out the problem and immediately treating me asap. Talk about reliable professionals in this Nova mediclinic some staffs are there for their pay cheques, not for the patients' interests!

I’m giving 2 stars because my doctor (Dr Chadha) is wonderful. Very kind, attentive, helpful and I have had nothing but positive interactions with her. The front desk staff are another story. I was recently left in tears because the receptionist that answered my call was so rude to me while trying to book an appointment. She had zero professionalism. When she asked me what I would like to see a doctor for, I politely told her I was in public and not comfortable going into detail about the issue I was having, but gave a very brief description. She then told me she “doesn’t know how I expect her to help me if I won’t tell her what’s wrong”. When I again told her I wasn’t comfortable going into detail, I’ll admit this time less politely, she then told me that she won’t tolerate being spoken to like that, so if I want an appointment, I should change my attitude. Holding a patients appointment hostage until they tell you all the details of their condition is not professional in anyway. I also have to wait on hold minimum 5 minutes just to get through to reception. It seems the issues at reception only started in the last year or so. I’m not sure if management changed, or something else, but I hope the issues are soon resolved, as I do not want to lose Dr Chadha as my family doctor.

Waited twice as long for my scheduled physical than the appointment took itself. Dr Duia told me how they're very busy and then proceeded to rush through the appointment in about 15 mins. The pap smear was incredibly painful - I had even said that it was very painful and she told me to just breathe though it. The next day I'm still uncomfortable down there and spotting. Ive been on birth control since a teen so I've been getting pap smears nearly every year for over a decade (from different doctors) and this was way more painful than any other pap smear I've ever had. They're the ones who called me saying I was due for a physical - but if you don't have the time to do it properly then why even call me asking if I want to book in the first place? Also, when she went to look in my throat she was standing so far back I'm not sure how she would have been able to see if there was anything there if there was. I'll be looking for a new doctor but I'm sure they wouldn't care. After reading others reviews I imagine they probably see it as easier to push people away so they aren't so overburdened with patients.

I booked appointment for this friday on behalf of my husband, for his hand dressing, as he got hurt at work. When Dr came she kept on saying she does not know how to do dressing...ohhh the nurse should have done the dressing...ohhh I have to do wcb paperwork...ohhh my husband should go to a hand specialist....ohhh its gonna be lunch time soon...ohhh i dont know why there is swelling in his hand as i have not received any record from univ hospital...ohhhh there are 4 other patients who are waiting in the room for her..bla bla bla....on top doctor did not put any medicine on my husband’s wound.... My question is why the front desk did not keep the room inbetween other appointments knowing that there is a patient with dressing been booked? Why did she become a doctor if she does not know professionalism? If she has to fill wcb papers, wont she be paid from work/wcb? Who made her doctor if she does not know any dressing? Myself and my husband were quite disturb due to her behaviour and way of talking. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go to Dr Duia.

If I could give a -5 stars I would. Dr Chadha is wonderful. 10/10 doctor, very attentive, listens and offers multiple outcomes/options. That front desk however, very rude. Very unprofessional. I made an appointment, confirmed said appointment, even reading out the date an time to the front desk worker. (As this is the fourth time this has happened) and the appointment, Infact, wasn't out down for that time or date. Not even close. This is, again the fourth time this has happened. I called them back to complain about this as I had to take time off work, and book another appointment. I wasn't rude, but explaining my situation. I was talked over quickly and hung up on. And because, I need an appointment, I called back and was on hold for a half hour. The call stopped saying "you have x amount of calls ahead of you" meaning they put me on hold, instead of answering and taking my appointment. To make an appointment for the front desk to follow is near impossible, and they need to work on their professionalism and organization asap

I cannot express how thankful I am for Dr. Stockburger & the team at Nova Medical Clinic. I called in to book an appointment recently due to severe anxiety & panic attacks following the tragic/sudden loss of a close loved one. Dr. Stockburger was away that day, the receptionist could sense I was quite upset & arranged for me to speak with the social worker Brittany that day. My call with Brittany was very helpful & I greatly appreciated it. Once I did get to see Dr. Stockburger, she did listened to my concerns, did not push any medications for my anxiety, & arranged for me to have some medical tests done pertaining to hereditary diseases that now show in my family history. I am so thankful that she listens to my concerns, doesn't push medications on me, & encourages me to see my therapist regularly. Dr. Stockburger has been my family doctor for about 20 years, throughout my teenage years, young adult life, my first pregnancy, and so on. I am very thankful that she is my family doctor!

I had our family doctor who went on her mat leave and was replaced by a doctor called Dr Chahal. Really poor service from the doctor. I had minor foot injury which healed in a week but guess what she recommended me a cream which was $200 to fix it. I was just feeling scammed as I didn’t even need it. But doctor I think made something to refer this cream. On top on this she booked online appointment which she missed as she was busy and then called me on a Sunday afternoon and then didn’t even call back but asked me to call back on a X-ray report. I missed one appointment with a genuine reason as had to talk wife to gynaecologist. The appointment was booked a month ago but no one called or no email was sent. The doctor made me pay $50 for missing the appointment. Very poor customer service from the doctor side. Giving wrong solution firstly and then charging me for not showing even when I had the reason and proof. I would strong recommend not seeing Dr chahal Thanks Rohan

Dr Gill has been a complete pain in the side everytime my family has gone to see her. Just today she made my mom go through a 6+ hour ordeal trying to get an inhaler based steroid she needed to breathe properly (she has asthma and she was sick). This got to the point the pharmacy had faxed and called the office telling them we needed the medication. The front desk is horrendous. All of them are incapable of doing simple things and contributed to half the issue I mentioned just prior. At one point I needed an email for a login portal and the doctor (not Gill) told me she would get the front desk to send it. 2 hours later I drew the line and called and they stated "they forgot to hit send" with no apology or anything. Blew. My. Mind. I do not recommend this clinic as the doctors are a dice roll as to whether they will care or not, and the front desk is impossibly disrespectful and clueless.

I feel compelled to post about my brief horrific experience over the phone with Nova Medical Clinic. I am a cancer patient and my long-time GP is sadly retiring. An old friend recommended her female GP at Nova Clinic who helped her through her cancer experience. When I called, I disclosed my story to the Receptionist (currently a cancer patient etc). I could not BELIEVE how I was treated. She just kept rudely and dismissively repeating "None of our Doctors are taking new patients". The Receptionist I spoke with should NOT be working in Health Care. Her disrespectful treatment of me, especially after I disclosed I am a caner patient, was absolutely abhorrent. It is obvious by the number of poor comments here about the Receptionists there is a serious morale or HR problem. I would never go here based on the reviews and my experience. INCREDIBLY unprofessional.

Dr Chadha is incredible, very attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough. The reception staff, are rude, incompetent, and are always a nightmare to deal with. They will tell you that your doctor can't see you for 3 weeks, then after you explain to them that you cannot wait that long to see them, they will miraculously find an appointment for you, but not before making rude comments. It's frustrating that in order to get an appointment booked, you must continually argue with the staff. They also have a patient portal for online bookings, that has never worked for booking online. They have also been asked repeatedly to change my name on my file ( they entered it incorrectly 4 years ago) and still they put my name incorrectly on requisitions, and prescriptions, because no one could be bothered to fix the mistake. Be prepared to be treated poorly when you call in.

Dr. Neha Chadha took so long to diagnose my yeast infection that it became chronic. She insisted on having me come into the clinic for multiple visits for swabs including a Pap smear that was done far too early in my teens to have been considered accurate. I requested to see a gynaecologist multiple times before she consulted me to another horrible doctor in Ellerslie located within a family medical clinic. She wasted so much of my time that I actually had a raging yeast infection for about a month before she properly diagnosed me with a simple yeast infection. At that point things had gotten so out of hand that I had to take (what should be a one day treatment) medication for approximately 2 weeks before feeling normal again. Afterwards I continued to get yeast infections that would last up to a month with treatment.

Needs better receptionist However Dr. Gill is nice. I will say that multiple things need to change here. 1. The phone system or IVR system that handles the calls is horrible and does not accurately reflect business hours. 2. The receptionist at this clinic, I'm sure there are more than 2 of them are not good. Sometimes they don't seem friendly or something... You'll walk up the stairs and feel like you're intruding on them or something... i dunno its just how I feel. 3. My doctor is Dr. Gill and she is super nice, very comforting and sweet. I would give her 5 stars. However everything else is ... well ... like a Rinky Dink pretend DR. office that doesn't really have processes or procedures in place. I feel like the staff there needs to have a weekly meeting to go over tasks procedures and roles of who's doing what.

I've been coming to this clinic for a year and half and always found the receptionists (most of the ones I've encountered) to be rude and power tripping. They made me feel like they were doing me a favour by booking a follow-up appointment. Don't bother with the answering machine; its always full. If you somehow leave a message, they never return the call. They also don't keep good track of the doctors schedules and drop my calls when being put on hold. Some days, the clinic closes earlier than the listed hours. I'm sure there is a miscommunication somewhere, but I never know because they don't return calls. To be fair, the doctors themselves are great. It is just frustrating to have to deal with the receptionists as the first point of contact; especially now when everything is over the phone.

My mom had an appointment at 3:45. We didn’t even get called into the doctors office until 4:30. It was another half hour before the doctor even came into the room. During our time waiting we are overhearing the conversations between the receptionist and patients that have scheduled appointments later that day. Only to tell them the doctor is running an hour late. She is advising them to come an hour and a half later than their actual appointment time. The receptionist was very abrupt. It would kill her just to crack a smile. Not very personable at all. Her voice had tone. Not a very good first impression for being the front of house. You can tell she hates her job. Do not go to this clinic for any emergency situations as you’ll probably be dead by the time they call you in.

My doctor is Dr Gurpreet Gill and she’s always been such a delight to deal with. I don’t like wasting a lot of time at the doctors office, so I love that she comes in gets down to business and asks if there’s anything I’m having issues with and then I’m out! I don’t know with other people but I’ve never had an issue with booking appointments or even coming in same day sometimes. I love coming to see my doctor she does a wonderful job and she listens to me if I’m having an issue. I even told her about how I’ve been having problems with a knot in my back that just won’t go away and she prescribed me a cream that helped loosen it and finally go away! That wasn’t even why I had come in, she just casually asked me how my body was doing. I strongly highly recommend her!

Dr Chadha whom I have seen for about 5 years or more is wonderful. She has been attentive, understanding, and quick to diagnose and address my health issues, very informative and caring and acts in consultation with my wishes also. During her maternity leave, Dr Chahal was the doctor I saw. She was very astute, thorough, always took extra care to properly diagnose with ultrasound/ x-ray /tests, and recommended all the best treatment which could be helpful to quickly and completely heal my injury. Both of these doctors were warm and approachable. The clinic staff are helpful to find a suitable appointment time, and the clinic have always followed up on any test results, prescription requests and queries. I highly recommend this convenient and attractive clinic.

My appointment was at 10:40 and I came at clinic at 10.33 am. I was waiting to be called people came after me was going first and even all people went already was waiting there to be called to see Doctor. When I went to receptionist at 11:57 that m waiting here to be called my appointment was at 10:40 am. She said I will be next but m still sting there and waiting. Why I am still waiting to be called. And then she said did I check in with receptionist I said I did with other receptionist when I came first. Really disappointed with service. And at the end receptionist came to me and said Doctor Duia said she is behind so I have to wait more is I refuse to wait. What’s the point to book an appointment at 10:40 am if I have to wait that long.

I hate to leave this because Dr Hans is such a good doctor but her office staff is completely incompetent. I recently moved back from Ontario and had to book and appointment. I told the staff on multiple occasions that my previous ahc# was not reactivated yet, that I was about to have it reactivated. Each time I was told it was fine and not to worry about it that it could be charged later. So I went in for an appointment anyways, then a couple months later I get told there's an almost $200 bill that I have to pay. When asked why I was lied to, all they could say is no one would say that. I've been a patient for over 20 years and unfortunately think I have to find a new doctor because like many other people, I'm tired of the office staff.

Staff is pretty rude. My mom was in nova medical clinic last week and doctor refer her to ear specialist. When I contact with insurance company for reimbursement then they gave me one paper ( which should be filled by Dr.) I went to clinic with that form , Receptionist said my mom need to make another appointment for $50, Because they want to collect information from my mom. This doesn't make any sense to me because i paid 50$ which need to reimbursed and I need to pay another 50$ so doctor can fill that form. I think that's doctor mistake because she didnot collect the full information when my mom was their. Why should I pay to give them full information which Dr. Suppose to receive on her first visit.

My doctor moved to this clinic a few years ago and I have only had good experiences here. I find the staff fine, if a bit abrupt, but I think that’s just differing communication styles. I’m thankful everyday for my family doctor, who has made my life so much easier. I even needed an emergency appointment and my doctor and the clinic were so helpful in getting me in within hours. I ended up being hospitalized for a week so I’m so thankful they saw me and verified my concerns. I’ve never had an issue with medications, referrals, or requisitions. My results are released on MyChart in a timely fashion and I’m usually seen within a half hour of my appointment time.

When I first started going here I really liked this place. But over the years there's been a real decline in their service. The receptionists are seriously so bad. They're so slow and act like they never want to be there and I always dread talking to them. The wait times are even worse. My appointments used to be on time but now they're at least 20 mins behind. Their phone appointments are not convenient at all. You'd think that they'd call you at the selected time you booked. No they call whenever they have time. This is so inconvenient for work. The only reason I continue to go is I really like the doctor I have, but the rest of the clinic has issues rn.

Don't waste your time with this clinic. The holier than thou medical attitude is alive and well within these walls. In the 5 ish years I have been a patient here my doctor has NEVER been less than 30 mins late (and up to 1 hour and 40 mins late) for an appointment. The office staff is incredibly rude, hold times of 20-60 mins on a regular basis just to speak with a receptionist (despite the never-ending hold recording claiming to be working on improving hold times). I could make another few mortgage payments with all the working hours I've lost just waiting only to be rushed through my appointment and have my questions and concerns completely disregarded.

Dr.Hans. We can appreciate that times like these can’t be easy for you or your office just like they aren’t easy for anyone else. You really need to rethink whether your staff represents you appropriately. For your office to charge patients a cancellation fee is absolutely ridiculous - especially when the cancelation is due to covid related issues and the cancelation is made well ahead of the appointment . We would hate to lose you as a doctor due to the incompetency and insensitivity of your staff. For your staff to say that “the patient can’t even communicate with the doctor unless the patient pays the cancelation fee“ is extremely inappropriate.

EXTREMELY RUDE RECEPTIONIST. I have seen a lot of comments about the receptionist like mine, but it seems that the Nova medical clinic bosses won’t do anything about it. The younger receptionist has an attitude problem and this needs to be fixed ASAP. I asked for an appointment in the afternoon and she tells me there are non until one month after. Then 2 minutes later she tells me there is an appointment available next week. And another thing is that she kept asking for my health card. When I asked her to write my appointment time and date on a card she said write it yourself. Very unprofessional. If it wasn’t urgent I would’ve gone to rexall

I agree with other reviews that things have really gone downhill at this clinic. I have been a patient for years and have recently noticed that the care being offered is subpar. I phoned in this morning for an appt-they REFUSED to book me in to see a doctor but instead said they'd book me for a phone call three weeks from now, after that, they will schedule me for an appt to see the doctor. I am personally a fan of the phone call appts, it saves a lot of time for both the doctor and myself however, there are certain times you need to physically SEE the doctor. I am in the market for a new physician so if you know of anyone let me know.

Probably the worst receptionists I've ever had to deal with. Everytime you go in it's like you are interrupting something extremely important; like god for bid you want to check in for your appointment.... when you call in the last hour of operation, they will leave you on hold until the next day! It just keeps saying "there is one person ahead of you, please continue to hold" They also will not call you to inform you that your test results are in. When you finally get through to someone they assure you the doctor will call you back, but never does. Don't waste your time at this clinic

I am a recently retired R.N. due to a disability. I relocated to Edmonton last year to be near family and was very impressed with this medical clinic. I first met Dr. Gurpreet Gill & she was kind & caring while maintaining a professional attitude. I had wanted her to be my primary care physician, but due to the complex issues with my case, I had to switch to Dr.S.Duia, who is also very caring & an excellent doctor. This clinic is still accepting new patients and I would highly recommend it. I have met many members of the health care team and feel blessed to have found this location.

Went through two 2 hour clinic appointments with Dr. Chadha and three phone appointments with a nurse practitioner. I have been waiting almost a year for a referral appointment with a psychiatrist. When I finally got fed up with waiting and I called to check the status of my referral..... I find out that the referral was never sent in, and worse than that It was never entered into any notes that one was requested or that it was agreed upon. I am creating a rate Md profile for this doctor and this clinic.

The front desk staff are incredibly rude and do not give anybody the time of day. They make sure to downgrade you when you are there. The staff forgot to send in my requisition form for an OB. When I phoned them asking if they sent in my requisition they laughed over the phone and jokingly apologized. I do not think its a laughing matter as this could be a high risk pregnancy and need to see an OB, yet they forgot to send it in since April!!! Will definitely be looking for another clinic.

Don't waste your time with Dr.Duia, she could care less about your health or life. She is rude, doesn't spend anytime listening and has the worst bedside manners, after going to her for 5 years I can't believe I stayed with her so long. The clinic doesn't follow up even when testing comes back bad, the clinic is always way behind and the front staff are so rude. So happy I have found another doctor who really cares and listens. You can tell she only cares about moving patients quickly.

Receptionist is incredibly rude and has no compassion. Difficult to get in to see dr Gill, my 8 month old daughter was sick and I called on Thursday, I was told the earliest they could see her is Monday?! I’m going somewhere else. Do you not keep appointments available each day for walk in emergencies?? Reception has always been rude here, when my daughter was having her 6 month check up I was a few mins late (no more than 5!) and the receptionist said that rudely to me.

My family doctor went on maternity leave and left an excellent doctor, when I asked to change for her instead of my first doctor, they explained to me that due to clinic policies, the exchange of doctors was not allowed! I believe that the patient's decision is of the utmost importance and if she wants to change doctors it is her decision, not the clinic's! Now I have to stay with the doctor they choose for me! I feel that is not the way to treat patients!!

The receptionist is not very knowledgable about making appointments or just doesn't care to make an appointment for patients. Spoke with the main desk receptionist who said there were no openings I was transferred to another a minute later who said there was an opening. The wait times are ridiculously long and the time with the doctor is very short. The doctor doesn't document things discussed during visits. Have been looking for a new family doctor.

Don't go to this clinic they don't accept walk in. I went on oct 9 2019 at 8:30 am with my two sick kids crying they didn't see them because they said they don't accept walk in. My whole family go to this clinic they all have file there it was not first time. I will never go to this clinic again not even my family and everyone I now . I don't recommend this clinic to anyone I meet every day 25 to 30 new people on my job I won't recommend to anyone.

Hi, There was a miscommunication with regards to appointment booking date. This was a genuine mistake which could have been due to either parties. How is it fair to go ahead and charge $50 dollars for missed appointment without informing? I never confirmed the appointment. Worst treatment upon calling. Only option is we can transfer you to pay. Did you check the record. Have i ever missed the payment before? Was that appointment confirmed by me?

I saw dr Duia because my family physician was fully booked, and it was urgent. She dose not care about your concerns, and she would not allow you to finish laying your complaint she will interrupt you. As if she knows all you are about to said!! As a doctor, she should upgrade herself with some of these skills: listening empathy and learn how to talk to patient in a more polite manner. That will help or strengthen her career.

Stay away.... totally incompetent staff! Every time I call I get a different awnser from reception regarding a refill request. No one has a clue what they are doing. They send my refill to somewhere....when I asked they didn't know!!! Ummmm...OK! Then they send a refill request signed by a doctor for medication I no longer take. So a week later I am still trying to get the correct medication refill. WOW!!! DISGUSTING...

I really like my Dr.. Duia has been very good at listening and trying to get to the bottom of issues. I've learned that if you need longer visits you need to book in person not online. Online bookings are for short visits. She is the 3rd Dr. I've had since I've been in Canada and she is the best one yet. I would highly recommend this clinic, clean and convenient with dietitian and pharmacy within the same building.

Told dr Duia was accepting new patients, she apparently isn't. I started discussing my issues, she abruptly stopped me and told me to take tylenol. I wasnt heard, my issues weren't looked at. Talked to receptionist where I was told there were no drs at the clinic taking opioid patients. My drug profile shows no opioids, I have no idea where this came from. The doctor is very good here, we go to Dr, Chadda, professional practice. issue is the office is open only on the workdays and during work time, we need to take time off every time have appointment. but the reception and booking staff is not professional at all. They booked the appointment on the wrong day and charged for their error for missing the appointment...!! not even willing to accept their error.

We had an appointment for my wife this Monday at 1.15 pm. We were not called by the nurse till 2.30 pm. After half an hour of waiting at 1.45 pm we went to reception that why we were not called yet and they responded that ahead of you still 3 patients are waiting so nurse will only call you once the doctor will finish three patients. Our concern is why they gave us time of 1.15 pm and not 2.30 pm.

3 different occasions i called here and the reception is so rude that i have to tell her that she do not need to be so rude. One time she hung up on me. Why can you keep a personal who are friendly and kind. It is high time to hire some one who has a good customer service. If it was one time i will not bother to say that. its the third time. This happens between 10 am and 3 pm all the 3 times.

Here I am writing reviews of their administration services. Doctors are very good but but this clinic is poorly managed. I complained to administrators about wait time on phone to book appointment. I had been advised to make a online portal. Now I submit a message on online portal and wait for 4 days no response then I have to call them again that I left message on portal. It’s unbelievable

Receptionist at this clinic are HORRIBLE. They dont know what they are doing. They dont want to listen and never try to find a way to help their patients. I am surprised why they are still working there event though this clinic is getting bad reputation coz of these receptionists. My suggestion to new patients...find another clinic. Dont waste your time and energy at this filthy location.

The 2-stars are for reception only: the two ladies behind the desk looked miserable—like they wished they were anywhere else then doing their job. I was greeted with a “yes” and told to “have a seat” - not one ounce of politeness. How much effort does it take to smile? They reacted the same to every new patient that arrived during my 10 minute wait. I have no concerns with my doctor.

Dr. Hans has been our family physician for over 20 years. She delivered our children; she is the best doctor a person could ever want. I have been through a lot of health problems in the last 2 years and she held my hand and walked along side me the entire journey. I am so grateful and blessed for her care and her love, the way she loves her patients is a true gift.

I’ve had the same family doctor my whole life, now that I am looking at figuring out a learning disability I’ve began seeing a new doctor. She has been incredibly helpful and understanding. I’ve personally never had a problem with the front desk/receptionists or the pharmacy. They are very kind and always give me options for dates and times for my next appointment.

To respond to the first couple of reviews - yes please do not go there! Then I will get in sooner and there will be room for my family. I am so happy with Dr Chadha and her nurse there, she is a very thorough and wonderful doctor. Front staff leave a little to be desired, but back staff and Dr Chadha herself are always pleasant, I am so happy to have found her!

Rude receptionist and hang up the phone. She doesn't know what she is doing. She doesn't want to listen. As recommended by the surgeon, I tried to make a appointment after discharge from the hospital . Using this clinic doctor over 18 years. Surprise to see this kind of receptionist behavior. I will not recommend this clinic. Deserves a 0 star. AVOID.

Very disorganized. I love my doctor but I hate dealing with the other clinic staff. Lots of mistakes happen (having to re-do things like the weight of my baby, urine tests, booking the wrong appointment, etc.) The wait times on the phone is horrendous, and not having emails responded to. I don't think I have ever had a good experience in this clinic.

Dr. S. Duia is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens & addresses each of my concerns. I also listen to her as Dr.'s deserve respect. I honestly believe that you get what you give in every walk of life. Dr. Duia is thorough and always asks if I have any other concerns before she leaves the room. I am blessed to have her as my doctor.

Receptionist is very rude, last time I called I was told my DR was on mat leave until spring 2023 and no other DR was seeing patients so I went to a new clinic.. however I wanted to see my original dr once she was back from mat leave and the receptionist basically said no and hung up cause I went somewhere else while she was on mat leave..

I had to change my 1 star review because I now see Dr Gurpreet Gill at Nova Medical clinic and she is THE BEST doctor I've had in years. She is amazing. Not only is she friendly (which is so rare for doctors now) she is thorough and she actually cares about your issues. She ensures she covers all the bases needed to keep you healthy.

The reception staff are extremely rude. I've been going to my doctor for over 20 yrs. Once he moved to this clinic it's impossible to get a hold of him. They tell you that he doesn't return calls and they don't have a cancellation list. They don't care if it's important and you need to get medical advice sooner. SOL attitude.

There is one particular receptionist who is awful. So rude and condescending and somehow I always get her whenever I go. Wait times are an issue as well. My Dr is Dr Chadha and I liked her in the beginning but I am now looking for a new female physician. Go somewhere else if you can. Do not waste your time with this clinic.

Walk in clinics would probably be faster at this point. Dr Zakaria is a wonderful doctor. It’s to bad that the receptionists are so awful.

It is true that the receptionist is very gruff. It's just a fact, and if you're willing to let that go, the nurses and docs on the other side of the desk are very friendly and kind. Dr. Jain is THE best doctor, as the other reviewer said. It's relatively easy to get an appointment at this clinic, which is a big deal.

My doctor is amazing!!! Dr. Hans has been beyond helpful and incredible. She caught a sleep disorder every other doctor dismissed. Their reception staff and manager are useless and Incredibly rude. I have never had a positive experience with them in the last 6 years. The only reason I stay with them is the doctor.

Really sad with Doctors behavior. Doctor Zakaria need to work hard how to treat patient well. She never call back if a patient in need and waiting time in her cabin is around 45 min. No time value and unprofessional. I will never recommend her to any one. Don’t waste your time find a good doctor who can help you.

Dr Chahal is by far the best doctor there is around. She is compassionate and thorough. I couldn’t dream for a better doctor. I agree with other reviews, Receptionist is not the best. You all need to get better receptionists that understand compassion. These ladies are rude and obnoxious. Don’t yell at the elderly when they can’t hear or understand you. Don’t have personal conversations while patients look at you until you’re finished. Need a revamp on this position ASAP.

The 30-50 minute wait time is not fun. People come in 10 mins late for their appointments and still get in before you a person who comes on time.Absolutely pathetic wait times. The receptionist try and pry into your health and ask specifically what you coming for.
