ONit was fantastic! They were recommended to me by my sister and brother-in-law (who had them refinish cabinets several years ago) and some friends who have used them for personal projects and for their rental property. Within a few days of reaching out to ONiT, they had sent someone out to do a free quote and they emailed over the full quote later that night. It took us a few weeks to book just because we were busy and traveling and they were maybe a little overly communicative in trying to get us on the schedule but I appreciated them reaching out via email and text as I'm one of those people that HATES talking on the phone. They were very patient as we went back and forth a couple of times about what we were doing in one area. We ended up having them paint one color throughout most of our main floor, the stairway/stairwell, and the upstairs hallway. The only complaint I have is that the start date of our project moved twice which was kind of stressful but it all worked out. The day of our project, the project manager came out and looked around the house and then got the crew set up. One person went to buy the paint while the other folks started prepping the house. I was shocked but they finished in one day. They were very careful and moved the furniture, took down the blinds, and put everything back together when they left. The project manager came back the following week to double check the work and sent the crew back out to fix a couple of paint runs for us. They were wonderful and I would highly recommend them!

We definitely would not recommend Onit, nor would we use them again. We had a very bad experience with Onit as far as the painting was concerned. Administratively, leading up to the work being done, everything was amazing. The office staff was very helpful and kind. The problem we had was that of the painters getting paint on our carpet. While the work was being done I had to move used paint cans (with paint drips down the side) from setting directly on our carpet to tarps. I mentioned something to the job supervisor and he sent someone out to clean up a spot in one of the rooms. Not only did the paint not come out, whatever chemical they used stretched our carpet out at that spot and now there is a huge bubble in our carpet/middle of room in addition to paint spots in other rooms. The job supervisor called me and I told him about the problems. He asked for pictures (which I sent) and he said he would talk to his boss. That was three weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything from him or the company. Very disappointing. Side note: We paid 25% deposit for the work. After speaking with the job supervisor and telling him about our carpet being ruined, he had the nerve to ask me how I wanted to pay the balance. I have not received a bill for the balance and am awaiting communication from job supervisor or his boss as I was promised.

We worked with ONit for several months preparing to restore the exterior of our home built in 1865. The siding was in severe need of replacement in some areas and repair in others. We also wanted to add two types of fish scales that had to match existing woodwork. This carpentry work was spot on. The carpenter also made suggestions along the way to improve the appearance/consistency of the exterior. The exterior painting went well also. ONit was very responsive to any questions that we had and we were never left waiting or wondering. The paint crew was friendly and courteous. Everyone stuck to the schedule and plan created. We were notified of any schedule changes along the way and they were accommodating to any changes that we wanted to make to the original plan. We also contracted them to do a small interior job a few weeks before the exterior undertaking and the result was positive. They provided high quality work quickly. One more thing...this was during the pandemic and they respected all the proper protocols. It was a very positive experience and we highly recommend ONiT Painting.

We used on it to paint the outside of our house and stain our deck.They were the best price and the quote was done very well. The date for the painting was delayed twice, which was only a minor inconvenience. During the job, the crew did not show up for three straight days even though it was good weather. There is no explanation as for why that was the case. It was strange. The crew did NOT do a good job of pressure washing the deck. I literally had to show them on four different occasions spots that were skipped in the cleaning process. The crew applied paint and stain during the rain, even though we asked them not to. This was a major point of concern. No resolution was brought about. The end result was pretty good. They cleaned up well and came to do the touchups we asked. I expected better communication throughout the process and some level of accommodation given that paint and stain was applied in the rain, contrary to instructions. Overall, I think there are quite a few areas where this company can improve to increase the customer experience. I had a hard time

Worked with ONIT painting to paint basically every printable surface on the interior of my home. All walls, trim, ceilings, cabinets, and bathroom vanities. They also installed new baseboard trim throughout. The quality of the work was excellent. The company was very communicative, the painters were on time daily, worked Saturdays to complete the project and rectified any issues we had. My only critique, and this does not affect my opinion of overall service, is that the impact of cabinets spraying could be made more clear. Especially if you are getting a large amount done you may want to consider vacating the house for the process. You will have limited or no access to the area for a couple of days and the smell is very bad. We ended up boarding our pets and getting a hotel, which was fine. Knowing this we will make that part of our plans should we ever paint cabinets again. I don't know everyone's names so I will list the ones that I remember working with: David - initial quoting, Shaun - project manager, and Joel - interior painting.

ONiT sent an estimator to our house quickly - he provided a written estimate within 24 hours of his visit. We changed our mind a couple of times and had a 2 month delay (on our end - nothing to do with ONiT) - they stayed in contact, made the changes we requested to the estimate and checked in periodically without being overly intrusive. Once we were ready - the scheduler contacted me by phone to schedule the job - he also checked in the day before to be sure we were ready. On the start day, the supervisor and 2 painters showed up at the assigned time and walked through the job with us (paint walls, ceilings and trim in 3 bedrooms). The 2 painters got started immediately. They worked for 2 full days and completed the work. It looks professionally done - they didn't get paint on the carpet or anywhere else and the rooms look great! The painters were not intrusive - my husband and I were both working at home the whole time they were here and there were no problems. We are very satisfied with the work and with our experience with ONiT!

If you're looking for perfection it doesn't exist, but if your looking for excellence and a company that cares about how it treats customers, you need to consider ONiT Painting. We had such a great experience with ONiT Painting. Not only did they paint the exterior of our home but they also repaired a number of places where the wood was very weather—worn or rotted. They caulked a bunch of places. They covered any bare wood with primer and then put two coats of paint on. Very thorough! From he owner to the project manager, the scheduler, and the crew; everyone was so responsive, kind and respectful. We changed our color scheme completely and LOVE the new look of our home. It feels like a breath of fresh air. More importantly, it just feels like the whole house is now so much better protected from the elements. ONiT also did a couple of interior rooms for us and did a great job. Thanks ONiT team!!

We hired ONiT Painting to paint one bedroom (ceiling, walls, and trim) and several ceilings throughout our home. There was paint on our railing, light fixtures, carpet, flooring, and more. Where they did clean up splatters you can clearly see the wall paint was wiped away too and will need repainted and there are nicks in the trim paint from their ladders. Before leaving they did not perform or schedule a final walk through. Once they contacted us to do so, we had already moved our furniture back and started doing touch-ups ourselves. We did not trust them to do a good job fixing these issues after what we saw. They are offering ~10% off our bill for these issues. We would not recommend using this company.

They painted the interior of my house but the bid they gave me was way off. On the initial estimate, I was told they might need to primer to fully cover the original paint. Which would possibly another $50. Instead they put two coats of paint on and said it needed more coats. So we had to pay thousands over the original bid or get stuck with a bad paint job. They had us in a tough situation. When it came to the final walk through, we pointed out the drips and they told us, “We have a 6 foot rule, if you can see if from six foot, we don’t fix it.” As for all the positive reviews, we were offered money for a positive 5 stars review. I opted to leave an honest review rather than take the money.

We just had our walls painted by ONiT Painting and I cannot say enough great things from start to finish. David, the sales representative, was thorough, polite, on time, and delivered what he said he would. Elizabeth, was communicative on each step and answered all of our questions. I don’t think there was a time she didn’t answer my calls / emails. Mike, project manager, answered all of our questions, was on time, friendly, and he and his team delivered! We are beyond pleased with how everything turned out and are so grateful for everything. ONiT will absolutely be our go to for future projects we plan to have done at our home. Rueben walked me through what to expect down to how long it would take. The guys sealed off the kitchen to contain work. They cleaned up wipe down everything. This is a big deal.!! I had work done by another company a few weeks prior. They left a mess and made excuses. I plan to use ONIT again. Every company wants your money. But they are not concerned after they get it. These guys check on progress of job. They communicate where they are with the work. They delivered exactly what they promised. My kitchen cabinets look outstanding. They want you to check their work. They want you to be 100 percent satisfied. They understand what earning and keeping your business means.

Working with ONiT Painting was fantastic from start to finish. Beginning with getting a quote via a site visit to providing details, such as paint colors, via an online form to having a dedicated project manager and then quality, timely, courteous painters, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We used them to update our 1st floor half bathroom, our two story entry, including associated trim and doors. ONiT was easy to work and communicate with and they made sure everything was completed as proposed and promised and their quote was very competitive and there were no surprises either. We highly recommend them and will use them again when the need arises.

The people at ONiT painting have been great to work with! We both exterior and interior painting projects, scheduled at different times. They have a process that made the whole experience very smooth, and communication was great. I had family emergencies pop up before the scheduled project start date, and they were very responsive and helpful to move schedules around as needed. Project Managers and painting crews were all friendly and helpful. My only concern is the fee charged for using credit card to pay online, but they have no problem with checks given to the project managers during the final walk-through, which worked out great. Highly recommended!!

My experience with On It Painting could not have been any better! From the initial estimate, all the way through, it was so easy and stress-free! James was absolutely wonderful!!! He was very responsive and always answered my questions quickly, he was professional, and super kind. He kept me aware of everything, and made the whole process so simple. David was also great!!! He gave me honest answers and estimates up front, and always answered my questions with patience, as I changed my mind several times in dealing with my HOA. Overall, we had a great experience with ONiT Painting. The work was fast, thorough, well-inspected by Reuben, and if we did have any areas we felt needed touch up, it was done without question. The painters are respectful and courteous and can paint a straight line like no other painter I've seen before! We had a few issues with our deck paint due to time of year it was painted and weather conditions, but ONiT provided a solution. I would recommend ONLY getting cabinets done if they take it to their shop to sand and refinish/paint. Too much clean up at in the kitchen even with the room "quarantined".

Best decision to have my interior walls and a few built-ins painted before we moved in. Pedro and his crew did a terrific job patching up all the little imperfections on the wall and filling in all the holes before painting. Including a large hole that the plumber made after installing new valves for the laundry room. They really went above and beyond. Completely worth the time and money as me and my husband wouldn’t have been able to do as nice of a job. Seriously, request Pedro!! A couple photos of all the patch work they did before painting and of the built-in in progress and complete.

The courteous estimator sent us a quote within an hour. They were booked for 5 weeks, so we had to go with a later date than we had hoped, but that probably means that they're very good! The crew came late in the week that was scheduled, and finished the job in one day that would have taken us at least 3-4 days, painting all the trim and porch on a two-story house. Very clean job, sharp masking, only a couple drips which they cleaned up.They even painted our house number sign which we hadn't even mentioned for the estimate. I would recommend OnIt for any painting needs you have.

I can't speak to the quality of their work, but I can say that their employees aren't all on the same page. We called to get a quote on re-caulking the full exterior of our house - around windows and foundation, and I was very clear on that being the extent of the job. They set us up for an onsite estimate, and when they arrived we were immediately told that they don't offer that service on its own. The rep was very polite, and I can't fault them for having minimums, but they do need better internal alignment to not waste the time of their reps and potential customers.

ONiT recently painted our kitchen cabinets and did a really fantastic job. The project manager Shaun was really great to work with, multiple times throughout the project he walked us through what was going on and got input from us. We felt informed and aware of the process. The painters, Eric and Kevin were also really great to work with, very efficient and a hard working. They came in and were very conscious of doing a neat and clean job with minimal disturbance to us and the work turned out great. Shaun, Eric, and Kevin all went above and beyond what we expected.

ONiT came in and repainted out dark stained kitchen cabinets a bright white, and the difference is amazing! We could not have asked for a better experience from my initial contact through to the follow up visit by the Project Mgr. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Our primary painter, Robert, was very experienced and dedicated to being sure that everything was done perfectly. We, as well, felt that their pricing was very reasonable. We could not be happier with the overall experience and love our new kitchen!

The team that came to paint my house was polite and and professional. They were extremely precise painting around my wall mounted entertainment center and they didn’t get a single drop paint on my new carpets. The price was the most competitive of the three quotes I received. 9/10 would recommend My only issue is that I wish they had painted my stair rail first and let it dry somewhere and maybe added a few coats because it began to peel shortly after the rest of the walls dried. Luckily they left the leftover paint for touch ups!

We used ONiT for kitchen cabinet painting and we cannot recommend them enough! They were very communicative throughout the process and they even got us on the schedule early. Our finished cabinets look spectacular! We had both old cabinets and newly installed cabinets in our kitchen, so we were concerned about “matching”, since the grains of the old and new cabinets were slightly different and the new cabinets were bare wood. Barry did a wonderful job of making everything look cohesive- he’s a pro!

ONit made the painting process simple! We have a few high walls that needed to be repainted. The team, from consult to the final walkthrough were responsive, kind and professional. We had them repair our exterior woodwork and paint the trim. They did a excellent job. We had a small communication blip however that was a misunderstanding. They made it right, right away! Project manager very clearly went through each room with us ahead of time to mark which nail holes should remain & which should be patched. If we had any questions, the manager could be reached easily. The actual painters were conscientious & worked quickly & efficiently.

Overall I was satisfied. I did find out accidentally that they used a different grade of paint than what we had contracted for. We agreed to a premium paint upgrade and they used the regular paint. They did however readjust the price to my satisfaction upon disclosure.
