We bought our first home Oct. 17th 2017. We took a long time to go through colors for our kitchen, living rooms, and all 3 kids rooms so we could have it our own when we moved in. Long story short, hired a friend's friend of 25 years and it took her over a mth to do our kitchen and parts of all 3 kids room then she quit after I paid her 650 up front. Do not know anything about painting or how to paint, but she ruined the 3 kids bedrooms which were all different colors and 2 or more colors. Called Walla and Jim came out that day to look around and sent us an estimate to finish our living rooms and finish and fix all 3 kids rooms. The price was so reasonable and unbelievable. 2 guys came out the one day and did our living rooms 2 colors and finished in 8 hrs. 1 guy came back another day and finished alone kids room and fixed all the messes from 1st painter all by himself in 8 hrs. Unbelievable job!!! Almost 2 years now I called them again and Jim came out, went over everything, and gave me an estimate the next day. I wanted some touch ups in living rooms, half bathroom finished, kids bathroom done, and the entire stairway and hallway upstairs. Debbie and Roman were here prompt 8 am and were so sweet and kind. Went over everything with them. Roman busted his butt doing the stairway and hallway and Debbie busted her butt doing the half bathroom and the kids bathroom as well as the touch ups and trim. Roman caulked the stairway rim and painted. They were here for 8.5 hours. They were amazing and so great. Our house looks amazing and those 2 were just outstanding. Love them both and Love Love Walla Painting... I will be calling them back next year when I figure out what we want to do with our bedroom and bathroom because that is all that is left. Do not have enough words to say how wonderful this company is. How efficient they are. How reasonable the price is. I will refer them to everyone. Hands down the best ever. Last month we had our house painted from inside and outside by Walla Painting, Inc. The overall quality of painting and service is between 3 to 3.5 *. The interior crew we had was not well experienced. Inside painting took about 4 days. We never knew when the crew was finished for the day since they left around 3 pm without letting us know. They never took down the curtains in the dining area window and vertical blinds in the breakfast area even though the estimator (Sam) had told us that the crew would take down ALL drapes before painting and put it up after the job was done. It seems that in one of the BRs, they had an accident and paint spilled onto the carpet, without telling us they tried to clean it up and that area was soaked in water. We only found out after they left. The owner did send someone to clean up the area. At the end of the day, they left paint tapes and other things wherever they were and did not clean up the area before leaving for the day. At the end of the job, some of the blinds were not hung properly. After letting the company know about this, the owner did come to install the blinds properly. Exterior crew was non english speaking and it was difficult to communicate. The owner had to come back a few times to touch up some areas that crews missed inside and outside of the home. Overall, the quality of the job was average. IMO, their estimate was low compared to other painters because they use relatively less experienced crew. I would be reluctant to recommend them for a paint job to my friends.

This is the second time I've used Walla Painting to repaint almost an entire interior of a home. The first time was for my home and this most recent time is for a home that I'm converting to rental property. Although the second home is rental property, I wanted the same great polished look that I would want for a home I live in. I received a timely estimate for services and supplies and because it met my budget, I moved ahead with scheduling. As it turned out they were able to come out a full 2 days earlier which was fine by me. I provided a temporary entry code so that the workers could access the house and all was well. I did drop in on the first day to make sure there were no issues and all was fine. I returned 2 days later after the job was finished to inspect. I was surprised to find that home was left a bit messy but when I called the office the next day I was told was not acceptable and that they would addressed immediately. First thing the next morning owner himself went to the location and made sure things were properly tidied up. I received two follow up calls by the owner and his Admin to ensure that I was pleased with the paint job and the clean up. This is great customer service. We know that things don't always turn out perfect but it was how things were handled afterwards that are just as important. I will use Walla again for sure. Thank you Jonathan and Jerri!

We hired Walla Painting to do some interior painting of our large 2-story great room and 2-story foyer, with prep work including some minor patching and sanding. Overall we were very satisfied. Jonathan Walla came to our home for a free quote and made sure he understood exactly what we were looking for. Rather than trying to upsell, he listened to our needs and even made some suggestions to save us a little money. When the work was ready to begin, he personally came by to get his painters started, and came back to check on the progress as they worked. The painters volunteered to paint one extra hallway wall, at no charge, simply because they thought it would look better if it were painted at the same time as the other walls. (We had planned to paint that additional wall ourselves at a later date.) Jonathan Walla agreed with them, and allowed them to complete that work for free. That is great customer service! For the 3 days they were in our home, the painters were courteous, quiet, and considerate of our baby's naptime. They were professional and responsive when we asked them to touch up and redo a few small areas that we weren't initially satisfied with. Upon completion, they did a reasonable job of cleaning up after themselves. All in all, it was a job well done.

We have used Walla many times over the years in our previous home in Westfield and most recently this fall as we were preparing our home for sale. We just recently moved to Noblesville and of course called Walla to paint our garage walls. They did an excellent job, as always, and Alex was great to work with. There was a small issue of the primer interacting with the drywall mud on the garage walls of our new build home causing some bubbling in a few areas as it dried. She called the owner who personally came over to take a look and even had a representative from Sherwin Williams come to our home to figure out exactly what the problem was. It turns out we just needed a different primer and problem solved. We appreciated them taking these steps to assure our walls would look as good in our garage as the walls inside of our home. They were even able to touch up a few areas inside our home that were scuffed by the movers. I would highly recommend Walla for any of your painting needs.

What else can I say about Walla Painting that has not already been said in their previous 5 star reviews? First off-consultant Sam was extremely professional, concise and spot on with his paperwork and time assessment of the project along with great communication. He was outstanding. From there, my week long interior paint project was completed by Jessica and Alex and I have to tell you-they were OUTSTANDING in the job they did. When I say it was nearly perfect-I am not exaggerating. These painters were the epitome of professional painters and I am beyond pleased. They really knocked it out of the park. We loved that their price was so much more reasonable than several other local companies and they use low VOC paints. Walla Painting came highly recommended by a neighbor, so I contacted them for an estimate. They returned my phone call the next day and came for an estimate within the week. I then received the estimate by email and it was a reasonable price for the rather big job - they painted the dining room, foyer, half bath, living room, kitchen , up the two story stairway, and mudroom. Within two weeks of contacting them for the estimate, two very friendly men came on time and the job took two days. The whole process was efficient, and I will be calling them to paint bedrooms next.

A great painting company ! The head painter, John, paints very neatly, precisely and accurately. He is friendly and very helpful too. Walla Painting did my new house ceiling to baseboards. I was very pleased with the job. I did find a few details that had to be addressed after the fact, but they were very responsive, addressed my concerns, and repainted the requested areas. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because there were issues with some paint on my new floors and I had to do some cleaning afterward.

We had a large open concept area with kitchen, dining, living, entry and 3 hallways. The project which included 2 coats of 3 separate colors, baseboards, and a built-in coat and cubby unit was completed in 2 days. The painters were prompt, courteous, and professional.
