If I could give a 0 I would.. When I bought the jacket . The girl at the checkout didn't give me the normal receipt that has the return policy because she claimed that there is no paper in the printer wow!. Another girl came and started looking up the receipt. Again, she didn't give me the normal receipt instead she gave me a generic receipt with the price on. When I went yesterday to return the item back. I didn't have the price tag because I wore it one time only. The girl at the checkout was so rude and super loud. She said I can't return back because I wore it once and the price tag is not attached. She was yelling at me and had so much attitude and did cut me off when I tried to explain to her that the girl didn't give me the receipt with the return policy and that it is not my fault. I'm very disappointed at the service. I don't mind that she didn't accept the item back. However, she has to learn how to speak to customers in the proper way and not be rude to them or else look another job where you don't show rudeness. Overall VERY BAD EXPERINCE !

I love the deals, sales, coupons, and special offers that is what makes Old Navy stand out as a clothing brand. However, I must say you guys have had the same design jeans for quite some time, yes they aren't bad quality or not desirable just compared to the other name brand clothing stores like american eagle and Levi's you guys really need a trademark/logo that shows who you guys are for both your jeans and shirts. The fitting rooms are also very clean and neat, the staff are very helpful as well. They will make sure you don't leave the store empty-handed and dissappointed of not finding what you were looking for. The staff go out and beyond and out of their way to please customers, and make sure they left the store happy. Once again wonderful customer service, the employees really give great advice and feedback of what to buy and are great at assisting you with your needs at the store.

I recently read a review on a manager named Jayde (JAYDE) at the Square One location. I felt compelled to write this post as I have had a wonderful experience with Jayde. Her mannerism, attention to detail and patience really helped me find the perfect pair of jeans for an outing I was going to. She is knowledgeable and knew all the different jean styles and made appropriate recommendations. She also took the time to sign me up for coupons and now I come to Square One often. I live far from Square One but, make the time to drive there due to the excellent customer service I experienced from Jayde.

I would haven’t even given 1 star, this store have the worst customer service. I went to this store today and had some questions so I asked the nearby standing sales person to help me out. She ignored me the first time and then I called her again, she again ignored and then when I called, her the third time she replied in a very rude tone and didn’t even helped me. She was racist, later she was being very happy to help other customers. I have been shopping at old navy for years but nobody has ever behaved this way. Her name was EVELYN

Awful experience. The employees were not helpful at all. I had a question on where I could find leggings as that is what I was in for this afternoon. The response from 3 different employees was the leggings are 'over there'... The store is big, so not sure what they meant, but it wasn't helpful. I also found the employees to be rude. Ultimately, I had to find my leggings at another store where the experience was amazing! Safe to say, I will not be returning to Old Navy at all, and I would not recommend them to friends or family.

Yesterday I went in to quickly buy 2 pairs of pants. When I went to pay the clerk that was helping me he would not understand that I did not want to sign up for the rewards program. I kept trying to continue the transaction without it but he would not let up on trying to get me to sign up. Feeling like I had no choice I did. Im going to be looking for another Old navy since he made purchasing from this location not enjoyable. You need to stop forcing customers to sigh up for this type of stuff.

Horrible customer service experience with one lady that was handling the cash registers. The price on the debit/credit card machine screen was different from their screen so i was confused as i was charged differently on the screen and on theirs. She rolls her eyes at me and kisses her teeth. I work at tims so i know customer service and i try very hard not to be those "annoying customers" but that was straight up attitude. This store won gold for MOST IGNORANT EMPLOYEES from the ethics committee... Racial profiling, false imprisonment, assault, harrassment, defamation, and false accusations! I was super excited to visit Old Navy to shop a pair of shoes that I saw online, however had a horrible experience with customer service. We wanted to check if a different size was available, the lady was super rude and just ignored us. Horrible is a small word, for how we felt. Such people should just stay away from serving customer. I hope you do something about it, because I am sure a lot of customers are leaving your store feeling awful.

Wow! How have I never shop here before? My wife bought me a few shirts a couple days ago, that I did not like. I came back today with the receipt to see if there was something I would like. Boy did I find some good stuff! I ended up picking up two pairs of pants for work, that were stretchy and durable. Not to mention, so many other great deals all over the place. I will definitely be back to pick up more clothes for myself and the kids!

While the store does offer extremely cheap prices, the clothes aren't going to last. If you're going to buy from here, you'll have to return every two months or so. Some of the clothes don't fit very well, and their newness fades away pretty quickly. And the clothes are definitely not fashionable. You get what you pay for, but I like the store more than other cheap stores like Walmart. It's much better than Aeropostale, too.

My go to Old Navy store in the Mississauga area. It is always clean and well maintained by employees. The store is staffed well enough that there is always someone available to help. The store has gone through a few layout changes over the past year but the current setup with having the cash out area in the back corner frees up a lot of space and reduces line buildup from crowding the merchandise.

Pretty good stuff, nice staff, very good prices especially on sales, I found many good items for winter but as what usually happens on high seasons I could not find a proper size. I recommend it but try to go early. I think the quality is not that bad especially when compared to the prices. They have branches in every mall either small sized to large sized malls, which makes it easily feasible.

Went to pay for the clothes and this lady (an african american) with blue shirt and long curly hair on the cashier ask this guy shes flirting with if he have the same clothes as the one I’m paying and talking about how ugly it is. I’m paying it and they’re talking about how ugly it is?! Men how are they even handling customer ig they are flirting and saying those stuffs! Very rude girl!

In my opinion, the clothes are just what I need for work with a business casual policy, but one of the staff's surprising rudeness... took me aback at least because it seems she had an excuse to unnecessarily pressure me once to answer her again if I want to sign up for points. I thought Old Navy recruited the wrong girl, and the company's face shouldn't be like this.

Great service! It was a bummer that upstairs fitting areas were all closed. Not very accessible for customers. I made a purchase yesterday and the staff introduced me to the new loyalty program. Today, I had to return one thing, and the process was smooth and easy. There were no safety plastic dividers at check-out which was disappointing.

Went in to pick up an online order and within less than an hour it was ready for pickup. I tried the pieces on and one of the items didn’t fit, and so, I was quickly assisted with finding my right size. Overall I had a pleasant experience at the store.

This store is located inside square one mall Mississauga. The staff was helpful when returning one of the dress which wasn’t fitting. The return process was smooth and we need to have a original receipt.

A great place to shop for trendy and casual clothing for all family. I especially like to shop at the SquareOne location because there is always someone to help you make the right selection.

Lovely location. Always has a variety of sizes which is difficult when you are tall. Great selection of children's clothing as well. Staff are friendly and helpful.
