Pricing here, on most of their items, was more expensive than at the AIRPORT! Came here because it was a highly recommended location. However, pricing is not reasonable! T-shirts, glassware, dream catchers and other NM items are cheaper elsewhere. Didn't help that I had an employee keeping an eye on me the whole time I was here. He wasn't providing good costumer service, trust me, he was just monitoring my every move; as if I was going to try and steal from the store. Did not feel welcome here, won't be visiting again. Love the Old Town area, just won't be visiting here again. Sorry

Guy at the counter (white, beard, brownish hair and beer belly) was outright hostile. Interactions altered between grunts as answers to questions and death stares. We have dealt with some bigoted a holes in our travels but this guy was a real piece of work. There are a ton of cool shops in the area with warm, friendly owners/workers and better prices. Take the other reviews as a warning and take your business elsewhere.

Fun day trip at the Old Town Square in Albuquerque! Lots to look at, reasonable prices. Shops are located around a central town square with park benches and shaded area. Parking is tight. However there is a lot in the back. Everything is close and not spread out too much so walking around is enjoyable. There are gift shops, mingled with small restaurants and it’s just a really lovely old town Square to visit.

The cashier just stared at us I tried saying hello to him and no response. This is the only store in old town that had me and my family feeling as if we weren’t welcomed. Just wish they could show some sort of customer service since this is a store and they are trying to sell pretty common things that they sell at a lot of the other stores which I had no trouble finding elsewhere.

Great collection. The guy at the counter was horrible to us. Plain rude and dismissive when answering questions, no pleasantries. Just hope everything is okay with him, don’t want to bash the store for customer service, since it has a great collection of items. Probably won’t go there anymore for my souvenirs if I have to deal with people like him.

Our family was not greeted when we walked in the store nor as we were shopping by either one of the employees. When we paid the young cashier did not even say thank you!! Makes us wonder if this store has a problem with dark skinned people. So disappointed that my young son had to witness this. This is NOT New Mexico.

Great place for reasonably priced souvenirs. I went here to get things for people in other states, and we also bought doodads for family. Go to the other places to look at the expensive art and pretty pottery, but come here for your tshirts, hats, cactus candy, toys, magnets, keychains, etc.

Came here on our first visit to NM and we loved all the neat trinkets and souvenirs. They had so many awesome socks too! We ended up leaving with 2 very neat sarapes! Will definitely be going back on our future visits!❤

My fiancee went into the store, and the cashier followed her around and accused her of possibly stealing my debit card. If you're a person of color don't give this company your business. These people are trash.

  • John Thornton

Visited once and thought prices were good, after visiting other shops over the next week I realised just how good their prices were. Bought more on second visit - good basic souvenirs/mementos.

It was the perfect place to get gifts and had very reasonable prices. My mom loved the wind chime I got her and my freinds loved there snowglobes. Very nest and reasonable place.

  • Alison Ludwig

Fun gift shop, a little on the quirky side. Most items didn't interest me but I was impressed by their selection of incenses and smudge sticks. A lot of great stuff for kids.

  • Jeremy Graff

Great variety of souvenirs that appeal to everyone. We booked a trolly ride that is based here. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Very cute store! They have cute tourist stuff, and it's at a reasonable price. The people behind the counter are nice, and I love talking to them.

  • Theultimategamer “Theultimategamer”

This is my freinds store and prices are significantly cheaper than the airport the buisness is mostly family owned and are really nice

Don't bother if you are anything except white. They don't seem to like anyone brown or Muslim or any other minority like that.
