The breadsticks were warm, soft, and accompanied by a delicious garlic butter sauce that left me craving more. The soups and salads were fresh and vibrant, perfectly setting the stage for the main course. We opted for their Cheese Ravioli and their signature Fettuccine Alfredo, and oh my, it was heavenly! The creamy sauce was rich and velvety, perfectly coating the perfectly cooked pasta. It was a true symphony of flavors that left me wanting to savor every last bite. The portions at Olive Garden were generous, ensuring that no one leaves hungry. The value for money is remarkable, especially considering the quality of the food and the impeccable service provided. Jordan... Let me tell everyone about our waiter Mr. Jordan. If every server was half as good/professional as Mr. Jordan this world would be a much better place. Jordan goes above and beyond to serve his guests, he was very attentive and knew the menu front to back. Not once did I have to ask for anything and if I even thought about wanting/needing anything Mr. Jordan was already on it. Olive Garden should hire Jordan as a personal trainer for every new waitstaff trainee because he's flawless and cares about his job and his guests. The food As we already know the salad at Olive Garden is the best (IMO). I normally order chicken or shrimp entrée but decided to try something different today and ordered the spaghetti and meatballs with the meat sauce. I didn't care for the taste of the sauce and the meatballs were a bit mushy. The sauce tasted like the spaghetti-o's in the can, maybe it was just an off day, or my taste buds were off. I will make sure to ask for Mr. Jordan every time I visit my Olive Garden for another wonderful meal.

The grandkids love Olive Garden for the breadsticks.

This location was getting better, but the last two visits got worse and worse. Last time there was a hair in our food, this time we were seated in the back and literally forgotten. The people in the booth next to us experienced the same, but were given all this food to take home at the end that made them question why. We on the other hand were given lunch portions of food when we didn't order a lunch portion. I thought lunch portions were for weekdays anyway and not the weekend. The salad had almost no dressing on it. The soup was cold. A server walking by decided to help us after seeing us still waiting for someone to help, and numerous servers as well as the manager walked by without saying anything to us. We almost left until someone took our order and someone else took our table, both saying it wasn't their table. Two people were helping a big table and that's it. When the guests at that table left, he kept coming and vacuuming by us when our floor wasn't even in the vicinity of that table and wasn't dirty. It was absolutely ridiculous and when I tried to fill out a survey on the kiosk, it said something was wrong with it, so Idk if they saw it but someone needs to fix these issues ASAP. I felt bad I even suggested going here for lunch today. We thought this location was the best but it's headed in the other direction.

We went to have lunch and were given such a hard time if we asked for something. It was always a charge. It's a charge for extra pack of croutons or cheese packets. But there's a homeless man with a cart eating in front of the restaurant. Do I have to be homeless to get customer service? The management was kinder to him. I'm supposed to be grateful for whatever they give me, like I'm homeless and I'm a paying customer!! I'm a PA at hospital and if I'm paying for something I except to get what I paid for. We kept this business going during COVID in 2020 by getting to go catering for the entire unit at hospital. They give the paying customer a hard time. I believe we should of been treated better. They served us without a smile, because they were stingy with small items. They treat to go badly. They overcharge and still don't want to give us but a very small amount and get a attitude if we point out a error or ask for extra condiments. It's exhausting coming here to get service. I do not like the staff and management here. They are not friendly and overcharge for everything. Won't go back!! Other olive gardens are not that stingy. Or maybe they're prejudice?? AND I NOTICE WHEN THEY HAVE OTHER REVIEWS FOR TO GO THAT'S BAD, THEY DON'T COMMENT AND I DON'T NEED A COMMENT. WE JUST WANT PUBLIC TO KNOW.

I have actually never had a problem ordering from here up until today. My mom had ordered the food to-go 30min in advanced. She had ordered the tour of italy and chicken alfredo. As she arrives and gets the food they have got the whole order wrong. So she had to wait another 30 minutes just to get the right order. So what is that like an hour wait just for 2 dishes? Keep in mind she's just trying to come home from work and eat but she has to deal with all that. So she finally comes home with the right order and we check the food and of course there's another problem. When we look at the tour of italy, it seems that the chicken is missing. There was only the lasagna and the pasta present. We thought that they forgot the chicken but as look around in the plate it seems that the chicken was hiding underneath the lasagna. I mean what kind of a joke is this? I had to play scavenger hunt just to find the chicken. In the photo I posted underneath you can see the chicken in the middle that I had to dig out from the lasagna. This was truly unacceptable and I hope no one else will have this experience.

Great food. But on a Saturday night in Clear Lake, it's a madhouse. We had a new server who was still learning, so I'll cut her some slack. But the alfredo dipping sauce should always come out with the breadsticks, not 10 minutes after all of the food has been brought out. The hand towels in the ladies bathroom should always be on supply, which I had to tell 3 members of the waitstaff, before it was taken care of. And when you push the "call server" button on the table kiosk, someone.... anyone... with an Olive Garden name tag should respond in less than 20 minutes, yes...the red light blinked for 20 minutes before someone came to our table and that was only because, I eventually flagged someone down. Normally the Clear Lake location is on top of things, but tonight the service time lacked. But the food as always was delicious. Other than the untimely service, I still recommend the Baybrook Mall location, maybe just not on a Saturday night.

We were assigned 2 waitresses for a party of 14-16. Waitresses were massively stressing out over the tickets after they took initiative from the start as to over who's child is assigned to who. Additional plates were served without anyone requesting them. One waitress was upset when one of our attendees asked for more more soup and was overheard saying "Thats his third soup". I didn't know unlimited soup had a LIMIT. After a while both waitresses disappeared without checking on us. Empty drinks and a mass amount of finished plates were left behind without ever being picked up. Dessert option never came, we had to get up and seek assistance just for 1 dessert instead of getting everyone something. The service was ridiculous and will definitely not recommend for large parties.

I usually love Olive Garden. I decided to branch out from my normal pasta to try the salmon. The flavor of the salmon was very good, but the portion was small and was served with, I kid you not, a good half plate of broccoli. While the flavor of the broccoli was okay, it was overcooked and far too much broccoli - even if you like broccoli (and I do). There really needs to be a starch of some sort and at least half the amount of broccoli that isn't cooked to death. The 3 stars for service was not for the wait staff but rather the young lady at the front. When she asked if a table was okay, I said a booth, please. She literally rolled her eyes in front of me. My husband has some hearing issues, so we always try to sit in a booth or quiter area. Our wait staff was good.

So.......they removed many items from the menu, made portion sizes smaller, raised 2b prices of everything on the menu, and hired some of the worst staff I've ever seen in the restaurant industry. We asked the waitress ( i wouldn't really call her a waitress) if manicotti was on the menu. She gave us a puzzled look, paused ror a minute, then says "i dont know! Food was cold. Entrees tasted terrible. Chicken was severly undercooked, service was unbelievably horrible, Definitely wont ever go back to olive garden.

I recently went to Olive Garden for a Birthday party. It has been some years since I have dined in one. Things have really changed in the quality of food that they serve. What I loved the most was the endless salad and bread sticks. The salad didn’t look appealing at all, and it wasn’t endless. My meal was mediocre and didn’t have any flavor to it. Needless to say, I didn’t finish it. Not a restaurant that I would put on my radar to dine in.

This location is consistent on delicious food and great service. On our most recent visit for a family member’s birthday we had drinks, appetizers, entrees and dessert; all was wonderful. In addition, Anna was our server and was hospitable and very attentive. Kitchen manager as well as dining room manager checked in at our table to ask how our visit was. I highly recommend this location whether for lunch or dinner because it never disappoints, thanks to the entire staff.

Last Sunday this Olive Garden (Bay Area) had their system go down. I paid for an online order and when I got there they refused to give me my food. Even though I had already paid for it AND the payment went through. I still have not been given my refund! I waited for over 1 hour and even though my food was ready and the payment was taken they refused to give it to me. I saw other people given their food except for me. I walked into the lobby to ask for my food and they said they needed to bag it but never gave it to me. DON’T come to this Olive Garden!! Their service is terrible!

I took my grandma here after church. The food was great. My only real issue was my grandma got a dirty fork. We asked to get a new one and had to wait for a bit until after the food came to get a new fork to eat with. I drink alot of fluids normally. The waitress kept up with my drink demands. Very clean, very friendly. Originally went to the olive garden in texas city. We had to walk out. The tables were falling apart, the silverware and glasses were dirty and stained. The chairs were horribly dirty. Stained and dusty. It was very uncomfortable to eat there. If the dinning room area looked like that, I could only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Bayarea was a much better choice we will continue to eat there for sure.

Like the new look. Prices kinda high except for lunch. Been going to Olive Garden for over 40 yrs . It's a shame that all the decorations and dining experience is ruined by having a massive glowing tablet on your table. Let waiters do their job and make it an enjoyable experience. Enjoy coming here however can be hit or miss when it comes to service and food quality. But the wifey loves the soup and salad so we always come back. The atmosphere is always calm and welcoming. Abi our server was fantastic. We went for dinner and had the pleasure of sitting at the Bar as there was a decent wait. She was amazingly courteous and great with the customers. During our meal the servers went down so they had to do manual tickets, she apologized for the wait and did everything to expedite our ticket. They took my name and number but I checked yet and when I went up to the counter, I told the gal I name is Randy and she goes Brandy and I said do you know a lot of guys named Brandy. She then got super rude with me and was talking down to me. This employee is a bad representation for your company. It's sad you have people like this working for your establishment. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she would talk with her. I would definitely recommend dining at a different location.

This place has the absolute worst service. We arrived and were seated promptly. However, we waited over 25 mins for a server to come and take our order. Now we are waiting over 45 mins for our food to come. I wish I could say this was a one time thing but this has happened multiple times. I have brought it up to Mangement but it seems like nothing has changed.

Sat there for 15 minutes earlier today. & No-one even offered us a drink. It wasn't even that busy. The waitress just kept checking on others asking if they needed more bread or water, but left us dry and hanging. Me and the misses politely walked out & took out business elsewhere. The only reason I'm here on this review is because it was highly inconvenient, as I was really craving their Shrimp Scampi, but had to settle for other food. Hopefully they get it together

Probably came at the worst time (lunch) But it sucked. My coworkers and my husband were all hangry. To be honest they need more personnel during mid shift. Food was great but it took almost 25 minutes for us to get our drinks and then 30 after that for our food. We kinda just chugged it all and left. But we had great conversations and laughs.

This Olive Garden has consistently been very good. The food is always hot and delicious, the service is great, and the prices are somewhat reasonable. The prices have definitely gone up in recent years, but I feel that you get good value here. The unlimited soup or salad with your entree is always a nice bonus. Never tried the drinks or dessert here so I can't speak to that.

It was a busy day during lunch time and I had a 14 minute wait but it went but quicker than that. Food was good, service was outstanding and the place was clean. Price is very affordable. The breadsticks are to die for... I had the Italian Margarita, and make your own pasta. Great place for causal Italian cuisine. I would definitely recommend this anyone look for a nice place to dine.

Something went wrong in the kitchen the day we were there, we didn't get any appetizers and our food wasn't great. They did take 30% off the bill after I let them know we never got salad or breadsticks, but this visit was really disappointing in general.

Went to dinner with my family and we had such a great time. We waited only about 5 minutes to seat 7 of us. Our waitress, Eleni, was absolutely fabulous. We received quick and friendly service. She checked on us often to see if we need anything. The food was also very good.

I was pleasantly surprised they were able to seat 7 of us quickly on a Saturday night. Our waiter John was amazing, the reason of this review. He was super diligent, kind, kept up with the drinks, the order, checking on us. He was such a nice guy. The chicken I ordered was questionable but not the end of the world. Back to our usual Soup and Salad.

We kept the server running back and forth for things we forgot to ask for the last time she was there, but through it all, she stayed pleasant and polite.

Its Olive Garden, if you've been here you know it's good food. What made our experience great was Dom! He was very attentive to the end. There was a mix up at the beginning with who our server was but once Dom came out service was excellent. That kind of service is what brings people back.

The best thing that separates this location from any other Olive Garden is the greatest customer service from the Host and wait staff. Food is Great as usual. I can't express enough the customer service experience is top notch! Five star Host that make you feel like a VIP.

Out of all of the olive gardens I've been to, this was by far the best experience I have EVER had. We had the absolute best server. Her name was McKenna. Cant believe how satisfied we were! The food was great, and they even gave us a cheesecake with a candle for my birthday. LOVED IT.

There is nothing wrong with OG I've just outgrown the place. However, it was my friends bday and my other friend was hungry. There food look decent the staff was very nice and friendly. This location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking

So busy, we were sat and never greeted. We were passed up by two managers who sang happy birthday to two different tables while we sat waiting to get our drink orders or at least greeted.

We love the Pasta Fazioli and the bread sticks. We do take out usually. It’s easy using the app. Just let them know which slot you are in and they bring it out on time.

Its order food was sitting in a pot and you got it two minutes later.i can eat better at home but this was where i was shopping.there food uaed to be good at one time.

My to-go order came out perfectly. It tasted amazing, and it was perfect for our at home Valentines. Service was beautiful, bartender was kind, and there was no rush.
