Collecting a Christmas present for my mum that hadn’t turned up - staff confirmed it had gone missing and right before Christmas. One really helpful assistant did literally everything she could, and then the manager offered to personally drive to Harborne to pick up the item for me from that store. What mega women!! The staff is friendly. e helpful. The variety is enough. Prices are average. A store you can enjoy visiting. There are very beautiful models in jewelry and accessories.

Whilst waiting for me my 68 year old friend collapsed in the shop. The staff were fabulous. Felicity was able to stay with her the whole time whilst waiting for me and the ambulance. They are wonderful staff ladies and deserve all the praise.
