Great shop to find all sorts of souvenirs. From my experience, it had the greatest amount of options compared to all the other shops on the pier. Their customer service is also INCREDIBLE! I mailed a bunch of souvenirs to friends (by going to the post office, not through this shop), but one of the mugs broke when shipping. I no longer had the receipt to make a claim, but I called the store to see if they could help me. At first it seemed hopeless, but I knew what day I had made the purchase, and I could remember most of the items I bought. I described a few of the items to the person on the phone, and she found the items in the shop to get the SKU number, and then looked up my receipt based on a few of the items' SKU numbers and date! I confirmed with the last 4 digits of my CC number (can't look up by CC only), and then she scanned the receipt and emailed it to me!!! I thought it was a long shot, but within 15min I had the receipt so I could make the claim! Definitely an example of going above and beyond! :)

Unique items for self and others. Best prices in San Francisco for any age. Losing battery on a charger or need a sims card... its chilly downtown looking for a cool cover up or a neat sweatshirt... did you forget to pick up fido gift or are you just on the go need items like personal hygiene the airlines took. Unique one of a kind souvenirs or just because you had to have an Alcatraz item. To get there.. We took the trolly down.. Prime location of course in down town San Francisco tourist district. Plus the area is where to go place for snacks food and beverages I PURCHASED A BAG PACK THAT EVERYONE ASKS WHERE I boughtaaaa

The gift shop is located very next to pier39 entrance opposite to Hard Rock cafe. It is easily accessible from pier parking lot. Features: They have snow globe, fridge magnet and T-shirt souvenirs. Price is reasonable for the fridge magnets. They also have lot of toys and other gift items. Best choice for last minute purchases while in pier. #HappyShopping

Great gift shop with so many options of souvenirs to choose from! I spent a lot of time here and wanted to get so much! There are some items here that are very well priced and cheap, and things here that I did not find at any of the other gift shops in the area. The staff are apathetic towards their job and do not make a positive interaction.

I have lived in the Bay Area most of my life! So I really didn't need any souvenirs however when I got in contact with some long lost family on Facebook they did request souvenirs. It was my pleasure to go over to only in San Francisco where I've always got great customer service and affordable prices for some fun trinkets

  • Joanne Chan

The staff that served me were rude. As a tourist visiting san francisco I would appreciate the staff not talking chinese right in front of me as I checked out commenting on my spending, thinking I didn't hear/wouldn't understand. It set my mood for the rest of the day.

Decent place to pickup a shirt, hat, mug, ornament, keychain, or other collectible to remind yourself of your trip to the city or a great gift idea for those you have at home. Can get real crowded and small aisles, so beware if you have a big backpack.

The shop-stop for souvenirs of San Fran. It's not too expensive and very affordable for the traveler who's on a budget. I come here for the keychains, t-shirts, cups, and even hats. I think I have bought a few fisherman hats here. Great

We found some cute souvenirs to take home. Being from the bay area, there's not a lot that we find in the way of keepsakes but we did find a really nice San Francisco magnet and one that was fun. And by fun I mean it moves around a lot!

  • Adam Dunne

The perfect place to grab a few bits and there was lots to pick from. I only got a couple of post cards but because it is one of the first shops on the pier, it is a very busy and crowded place. The service was good and friendly.

  • Ina Sam

These people are thieves. Same stuff are much cheaper in the stores just down the pier. Don’t buy from them. I got deceived in at least $30!!. Sweatshirts are at least $10 cheaper in souvenir shops down the pier!

  • Ana GL

Giant souvenir store!! They sell practically everything in different shapes and colours. You will definitely find the souvenir you are looking for here. Prices are okay, I have not compared them to other places

  • Ron Ruzal

It's a huge souvenir shop and you can really find anything here a-z. Although I would suggest check out the other shops on the pier before making a purchase because you just mi5find something more interesting.

  • yashica simon

Bought a couple of keychains again my dark brown skin seem to be off putting to these people in the store got a lot stares customer service was lacking Black people stay away plenty other Nice Souvenir shops

  • Saptami Rao

It's a great shop to pick up souvenirs. They house almost all variety of souvenirs that you find in most shops on the Pier. However, most items here are priced slightly higher compared to the other shops

  • Sean Rancier

I bought some gifts for my family while in town. Stopped here for the convenience of the location. Prices are a bit steep on most things, but it is a tourist area, so I expected it to be more expensive.

  • Queta Gaeta

Love the place. The streets go up & down it was Great. It's a killer to walk up & down but truly enjoy it. The view of the streets was Awesome! The place is clean. People taking pictures everywhere.

Bought a pullover for 33 Dollar, that shows its extremely poor material quality already after one day of wearing. Disappointed, cause I can't wear it anymore already - feels like a total rip off.

  • Thiago Vital Gama

Horrible experience in this store!!! Mega expensive prices and not true communication at all. Check the others souvenirs stores around if you don’t want to get rip off. By the way they DON’T

  • Ansel Hendrickson

Historical city with endless activities to do. This city is filled with anything and everything you could possibly want to do, see, and experience. Go there and you will not be disappointed.

  • Hat “Hatman” Man

Very amazing gift shop has any thing you can almost think of as a souvenir gift great people friendly and a nice environment I would recommend this to anybody if you go to San Francisco

  • Megan Coburn

We got a good stash of "San Francisco" labeled gear from their promotional and sales racks. Nothing incredible, but definitely filled that need, and the designs were pretty cute.

  • Aurora A

Good store but it's a tourist trap so everything is quite overpriced. All of the clothes are in asian sizes so expect to go up a size or two for anything comfortable.

  • Miriam

Large selection of tourist souvenirs but nothing you actually need. Also massively overpriced, go to Fisherman's Wharf and you'll get postcards for half the price.

  • Neel Patel

Beware: exchange only, they are not allowing return of an iteam, advice to roam around and buy stuff at the end. Maybe you will find better stuff somewhere else.

  • K. K.

Prices are quite high, size didn't match the labels. They do have a good choice of motifs and different souvenirs and the staff members were friendly.

  • Danny Ruiz

The entire wharf is an experience to have. Food crowd, sites, restaurants, and so much more. San Francisco great place to visit!

  • Brandon Seibold

Over priced made in China souvenirs you can buy online, find something unique like a shell off the beach or something.

  • Abby Rollins

Tad bit pricy, but staff is SUPER friendly! Prepare to open your wallet, because they have some cool stuff in there!

  • Derek Peters

The guy for really aggressive with me when I tried to go in the open door when they werent open for business yet.

  • L L (C)

Didn't let ice Poseidon return his item because he lost his receipt even though the cashier knows he bought it.

  • Lucy

Best shop to stop into. Prices are more decent than most. Gtab some keychains, magnets, etc and enjoy the pier.
