Extremely unprofessional service. We scheduled an initial consultation appt with Robina Shah and paid an extra 50 pounds (200 pounds) in total to only have to wait more than 40 minutes for a no show. When we called for an explanation, we were given two completely different reasons. The entire experience was unpleasant and off putting to say the least. We now have to chase the firm for a refund. Highly recommend going elsewhere to avoid the extra hassle. We’ve read multiple negative reviews as well so save your time.

The Business Development Manager is very friendly and quick response to my emails. Paid £150 to book online consultation and we got Robina. She was late for the appointment that we are agreed and she's seem not interested at all to help us. During the consultation, she was more busy with her tea and eating her snacks. She is not professional at all!! Feel like I had a chat with a hot dog man in Manhattan street than a solicitor. Definitely will not use their services!

I received just a summary advices on the pre settled status and some of them were not correct. I asked to be refunded, but I received just an email with “correct” information, that I didn't trust considering the previous advice.
