My sisters long term Mexican boyfriend was stopped at border control at Heathrow, we were frightened and nervous and I called UK migration lawyers after a frantic google search. After a quick explanation to someone I was called back within minutes by Aisha Bi who filled me with confidence that she knew exactly what to do. I called back so many times with so many questions to ask, Aisha answered them all with patience and respect, I felt like she generally cared and fees were not mentioned until I discussed them formally representing us. They both answered as many questions as we threw at them, at one point there was 3 panicked siblings firing questions to Amara on a zoom call and she was just fantastic! We didn’t have long to bring the case together and get it over to border control before he was on a flight back to Mexico, he was being held in a detention centre. UK migration lawyers defence for us was brilliant, it was clear our situation and their relationship background had been fully understood and Amara was on board with anything we wanted to add/adapt, never making us feel badly about our lack of understanding of this sort of situation. The following morning was a panic as no one at the detention centre had given him the defence to sign, but Amara chased that up quickly and ensured he would not be allowed on the plane until he had the opportunity to sign it. We as a family were so happy with what Amara had done but were not hopeful, because of time, yet suddenly with hardly any time until he should have been boarding, Amara had phoned my sister to say they had over turned the decision and she could pick him up! We were absolutely delighted and my sister and her boyfriend, who are now quarantining together are living their fairytale! He can stay for 6 months on a tourist visa (what we wanted) and then we will most definitely be using UK migration lawyers to assist them with their fiancé visa, which will be their next step. I would honestly recommend UK migration lawyers without a single doubt to anyone, even if our case hadn’t been successful because of their sense of urgency, their on level support and their honestly throughout the whole process. Harris Qadir fought for our case until we won! Harris Qadir from UK Migration Lawyers has provided us with what I consider without exageration the best service I've ever had my whole life. No one has ever cared as much about client satisfaction as much as Harris. The man simply doesn't give up on you. We have approached UK Migration Lawyers in December 2020 to apply for a UK visitor visa for my Ukrainian girlfriend. Harris was appointed as our caseworker. His thorough and simple explanation of the application process and his attention to details assured us that we are being looked after by a very knowledgeable and professional person. Once Harris established our pupose of visit and our circumstances he requested us to prepare a very clear and detailed set of documents and he proceeded to submitting the application on our behalf. Until then, everything was straightforward and clear and we were quite confident that my girlfriend's visa would be granted since we have met all the requirements and our circumstances are clear and advantageous. However, few days after our application was submitted we were shocked to receive an email informing that the visa was rejected. Now... In normal cases, this is when you would usually get an email saying sorry and the story ends there. But Harris is not that type. Harris was in fact as baffled as us by the decision and he was 100% committed to deliver the results we believed we deserve. He called us and explained that the person who made the decision did not take all details we submitted into consideration. Harris offered the option of appealing against this decision through PAP. To be honest, when I sensed that level of commitment from Harris to our case I felt like no matter what the decision of the appeal would be, this man deserves a lot of credit just for the efforts he made to push for a positive decision. Few weeks after the appeal was lodged, my girlfriend sent me a screenshot from an email reading... "Your visa decision was overturned". I literally jumped off my seat at work and punched the air like we just won an Oscar! But the person who really deserves an Oscar is the one who stuck around for 4 months making calls, answering calls, writing emails, replying to emails, collecting documents, writing letters, reviewing decisions, lodging appeals and pretty much fighting for us until our last glimmer of hope. That person is Harris Qadir and I will never be able to thank him enough.

The following morning Amara began work early, following up on the case and the whereabouts of my partner. Our case felt as urgent and important to Amara as it did to us, even though she must do this everyday. Amara was 100% on our side and willing to work when she needed to in order to achieve the outcome we wanted. With a few last minute complications, all of which Amara calmly overcame, the decision was reversed and my partner was granted entry to the UK for 6 months as a tourist, giving us time to figure out if a finance visa might be the next step. If it is, there is no-one else I would use to help us but Aisha, Amara and UK Migration Lawyers. Their service and client care was just incredible and we will never be able to thank them enough for supporting us through such a difficult and stressful time.

Okay, so I don’t know how to start writing this review but people had told me that getting married to someone from Pakistan would put me into the very difficult position of applying for a visa. I had also heard that many people’s visas got rejected which made it very stressful for me. I did a quick google search on where to find the best solicitors (as one casually does). I then came across Migration Lawyers and saw their success ratings. The only downside was the solicitors fees (as it’s on the high end). However, paying the little bit extra in the short run is much better than losing a lot more (and I mean a lot more!) in the long run. Migration lawyers were very supportive. They had given me a break down of what documents were exactly needed (and it was very clear). My solicitor (Abdul) was very proactive in answering my queries (calls and emails). Once, when I was unable to get in touch with him, I contacted the head office and they helped me out straight away (that’s the good thing of going through a big firm). Moving on, my solicitor wrote a detailed cover letter for me which I sent off with the documents. Then, the wait started but it happened within the 12 week limit! Thank you Mehvish, the response to my husbands application came back positive. It did go over the 24 week time period which did stress me out. Also a few things that put me down was that she couldn’t do anything to chase up my case or find out what was happening with it, whereas a few other people I know were always getting it chased up by their lawyers and another thing was she never answered my calls, her line was always busy, and other members said that they’ll get her to call me but never did. Our family have been on a roller coaster ride with immigration to get a wife of 27 years, two British children a leave to remain. Very friendly service from the consultant dealing with my visa application. However, there was one specific error made which could have cost me dearly in timescales when I was instructed to complete the Biometrics interview before they requested our case to be put into the Priority stream. In fact this should have been done in the other order. Had I not questioned this at the interview my application would have suffered a 5 to 6 month delay.
