Went to this place 4 times as I bought 5 times package but it only need one bad experience enough to help me decide whether to return to this place. I thought that a female would understand the other female's body condition better but looks like they only think about themselves and their business. I was unwell and hence cancelled my booking hoping to re-schedule (less than 24 hrs notice). First off, I wasn't aware of this policy otherwise I wouldn't be calling them numerous times and sending emails without any answers and finally deciding not to attend. They did not look at the customer's perspective but to come to me saying I should not repeat this the next time. I did apologise to them as I wasn't aware of their policy in the first place. The owner wanted to re-schedule my appointment but I told her look if this is my fault, then just take it as I came and that's it. But she insisted to lecture me about cancelling last minute and losing a customer slot due to that. I don't need repetitive lecture as I only require her to be a bit sympathetic to customers' who is unwell. You can't predict how your body is reacting I supposed. Does that mean when one is unwell and still need to push themselves to go because of their cancellation policy? Totally disappointed about how they attend their customer when something like this arises. Will never go back again and won't even recommend to any of my friends anymore.

I have been going to Oriental Spa for a number of years for infrared sauna and it is always amazing, but today I went for the 'One Step Ahead Spa Package' and it was absolutely blissful. The treatment room was at the back and opened out onto the garden/deck area, a light breeze drifted in, a water feature bubbled quietly away in the background, dreamy and calming music played gently, the lighting was soft and warm, the massage table was pillowy, comfortable and heated to perfection. It honestly had the ambience and serenity of a secluded tropical island spa retreat. The treatment was divine; relaxing and restorative. Booking online was easy and all Covid protocols were followed which contributed to peace of mind. Tiwi and the team really are wonderful, and I am so grateful to them for such a beautiful experience today (and every time). I would definitely recommend Oriental Spa.

If I could give it a zero star, I would. The worse massage ever! The lady barely touched me and it was supposed to be remedial. The first 15 was a foot soak, the next 30mins was mainly arms and legs. The torso only a soft gentle and barely a massage. The last half an hour of an hour massage was her just softly touching, not massaging. There is a difference. This was a complete joke.. I know the difference between a massage and a touch. She was just touching. There was no force on her hands. And she finished 10 mins early and charge me a full fee. Expect to get just "touched" and not a proper massage. This place is a joke. I am so angry, words can't define it.

Out of the hundreds of massage parlors I have visited, this place is the worst by far. I am fully convinced that the other reviews here are either fake and paid for, or done by the friends and family of the owner. Why ask me what part should be the focus and then do everything other then that part? I had to ask for them to increase the pressure and even then it caused no reduction in tension or stress. The staff are rude, inconsiderate, have poor skills and have abysmal customer service. If there was an option to pay to get my hour back and have no memory of this place then I would do so gladly. What a horrible experience that will never be forgotten.

I'm a huge fan of Chatswood Oriental Spa and have been for over 12 years now. Without a doubt, this is the best massage therapy I've experienced. It's consistently excellent and I doubt I'd find better. The technique and mindfulness employed by many of the therapists - completely take it to another level. My preference is for a 2-hr session - combining 1.5hrs Balinese massage, followed by .5hrs Reflexology. That extra time is hugely beneficial and worthwhile, because it takes the body and mind into a much deeper healing state than the normal 1 or 1.5 hrs allows.

Best spa in Chatswood. Each of the massage therapists are very skilled, their technique demonstrates an understanding of the body structure, where to focus, the right pressure for each muscle. I visit Oriental Spa with my partner for a 90 minute Balinese massage. The couples room at the back is like a tranquil oasis in the heart of the Chatswood shopping district. I visit every couple of months, probably about 20+ times by now. Their prices are very reasonable, and have loyalty cards and offer bulk discounts as well. Long live Oriental Spa!

Didn’t really enjoy this massage even though the staff were nice. It was just 1.5 hours of oil being rubbed all over with no attention to any tension or stress points. Honestly I couldn’t wait for it to be over. The towel covering me was damp so I was cold for most of the time, and the smoke from the incense made breathing a little difficult. The toilet/basin could do with a good spring clean. Quite a disappointment after all the positive reviews - maybe other clients have never experienced a proper massage

Poor poor poor communication. Terrible customer service. I tried to book something for myself and my partner and the lady was so reprimanding about both of us having the exact same start and end time, so that they don't waste any time in between. As we were trying to figure out different services that would work, she started to lose her patience and raised her volume at me. ? Don't run a business that is meant to provide relaxation to clients if you are not capable of doing so.

Worthy of every dollar that was spent. Warm welcome by the front staff every time. Detailed explanation of the procedure and also confirmation of your treatment. The the bucket of warm water with rose petal before any treatment was a highlight as not all places would do it for the thai massage. Also at least its a meaningful massage and not one that is just rubbing oil on you and no pressure. Would highly recommend this place to friends.

First time visiting Oriental Spa and definitely won't be my last! Tiwi and Sunny are very professional and prompt with there appointments. Once you step inside Oriental spa the ambiance immediately teleports you away from the busy-ness of Chatswood. I booked in for a Remedial massage and Sunny was my massage therapist. I walked out of there feeling like I was floating on air. Thank you Oriental Spa I will definitely be back!

Booked a facial with their French products and a foot reflexology massage. Spent there 2 hours, but I felt like if I have being there for 5 hrs as it was so nice and relaxing, I was able to totally disconnect my mind and get the relaxation I needed. The atmosphere, the music, the service and how accomodating they are to your needs was incredible. I will definetely come back and recommend the service to everyone! Thank you!

Really relaxing spa, I highly recommend the stress relief massage. The staff are really nice and patient. The facilities are well maintained and clean. There is a bathroom and they provide a nice hot ginger tea as well as a foot bath beforehand. They close at 7pm so the latest booking is 6pm with 15 mins buffer depending on your selected treatment time.

I had a fantastic relaxing and pampering day. This place is worth visiting. The ambience and the services from the time I arrived till the time I left was amazing. I loved every minute of my detox facial, it's definitely worth every dollar and I they did a few things I wasn't expecting but were good surprises such as the hot stones and the head massage. The massage lady was very professional.

2 hours of oil rubbing on my whole body for $195 and didn't even use a hot towel to wipe away the oil. This is the first time I went to a massage and they didn't wipe down the oil. My body feels disgusting.
