A very tranquil feel as you walk in that stays with you when you leave. I started on the massage chair which was a great way to wind down and relax before hopping in the magnesium float pod. I almost dozed off. Then it was on to the very well set up float room, complete with shower and all you need for the experience. I honestly didn't realise how much tension I was holding in my body until I got out and felt how much my body had relaxed. If you have never tried this please do. The prices here are really great value for the service and high quality you receive. Can't recommend highly enough

I booked in last week for the Magnesium Float Pod I floated there for an hour and thought mmm ok yep this is good it wasn’t till I had my shower washed the hair etc products supplied etc that I felt sooooo relaxed and no pain in my knee or joints my whole body felt amazing! Definitely going back and I know my sleep tonight will be peaceful as it’s relaxed all my muscles .. Well that’s how I feel and yep heading back next week my weekly gift to myself - I run a very busy business so it felt good to get out and do this ! See you guys next week!

So far I’ve tried the massage chair, infrared sauna and magnesium float. All I can say is wow! This place is beautiful and relaxing. Shondha has done an amazing job and goes out of her way to ensure your visit is 5 star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A physiotherapist recommended that my son use the magnesium float tank. He found it very calming and he had a much better night sleep. Shonda was helpful and very friendly. We will be back again.

Relaxing space with lovely staff. Everything is kept very clean and the facilities are top of the range.
