I was skeptical about this whole ICE thing but it was actually really nice. There were moments in the movie I felt like I was in the scene. Marvellous! No buttons for on seat F&B service. No menu handouts. This was distracting me from the movie itself and I had to rely on my memory from what I saw outside to order. I also had to shout to get the staff’s attention which sure is distracting for other people watching. Payment could not be done in the intermission for whatever reason. Finding my card for payment and doing this process during the movie was also yet another distraction. Don’t know what’s up with this because other PVRs have not treated me like this. No seat lights like in other PVRs. Eating in absolute darkness is never a nice experience. A tiny bit of light is usually helpful. F&B items themselves weren’t very tasty. I’ve already shared that feedback on the PVR form. All in all, ICE, although great, alone is not reason enough for me to come to this theatre again.

They have recently renovated a lot of their movie halls. Very comfortable seats and amazing Dolby surround sound. It’s just that the popcorns and beverages are exorbitantly priced which is extremely unfair. They are costlier than the movie tickets. Moreover they are stale and at times too salty. Beverages are 99% of times flat and with no fizz. This becomes the reason we avoid going to movie halls these days. One definitely likes to have popcorns etc while watching the movie but then it’s not fairly priced.

Theatre gives great movie experience. The only place where I love going for movie. Excellence courteous staff and everyone is on toes to ensure that cleanliness and service is top notch. Seats are very comfortable. If you are in Delhi Vasant Kunj area and want to experience a movie theatre with good decent crowd then this is the place to be. Caramel popcorn is a must have with Americano. Also the movie theatre has superb food court which usually caters to all kind of food.

One of the best cinema experiences in Delhi. The place is situated on the top floor of South Delhi's best mall: DLF Promenade. Ticket prices are a bit on the higher side but the experience is totally worth it. The best part about the place is that it opens into the food court of the mall so one can easily enjoy a movie and eat at the food court. Not to mention the various other restaurants on the same floor. Overall, a good place to watch movies if you're in South Delhi.

Wanted small coke, small coke glass was not available had to pay medium glass extra money n calories. Really expensive food. Tickets too are really expensive. There other cinema halls where the tickets much cheaper and so is food cheaper. This place costs per person for 500 tickets food like popcorn n coke can cost 800 for medium popcorn n coke. Also you will never find discounts ever here. It's better to wait for ott or go to other halls

Visited PVR Promenade to watch Movie Aankh Micholi. Movie was good, however sound quality was very poor. Contacted Manager who says nothing can be done about it. Even the hall lights were not dimmed down after movie commencement. Hall claims to be Dolby Sound, however sound quality in this movie was below average and no help from staff. Made the movie watching experience poor and waste of money for tickets. Can be improved.

With multiple screens and a very sophisticated waiting area this place is visited by a large number of people on a daily basis. Just outside of it there is a large food court. Nice washrooms, creative posters, comfy & stylish sitting chairs and music system makes the waiting area more lively. Sitting chairs inside the hall are also very comfortable and movie friendly. The sound system is good. Only screens aren't that big.

It was nice experience Staff was very friendly I had ordered chicken burger but by mistake they gave me veg burger but when they realised they delivered wrong burger they gave me another burger which I ordered and when I humbly asked them that no prb I will give amount of veg burger staff responded that was our mistake and for your inconvenience that burger is on the house.

Quite a spacious cinema with 7 screens. It is located in DLF PROMENADE MALL . The interiors are very lavish and luxurious. The washrooms are very clean. There lots of varieties of food just like PVR Superplex. The Seats are Super Comfy and even the normal seats give comfort like Recliners. There is good leg space between the seats. Overall a good and enjoyable experience.

Very Nice theatre, excellent sound and visual quality. The staff was very helpful. The audi's were not really big and the seating is limited screen is slightly smaller than conventional theatre, But you won't miss out on anything. The seat are the best, very soft and cushiony recliners. Even the lounge area is well kept and looks like a fancy cafe. 10/10 recommend!

Inside DLF promenade Mall. Nearest metro station is Vasant Vihar on Majenta line. Chatterpur in yellow line. Have a big food court. Almost all brands are available. You can also do shopping in dlf mall post watching movies. Male and female washrooms available. Waiting area is very good inside pvr premises.

One of the best experiences I've had watching movie came from this theatre. From seats to cleanliness everything is top notch along with convenient ticket prices. The staff is friendly and cheerful, very supportive and understanding. This would be a certain recommendation for a place to go watch a movie @.

Love the place. But for some reason there was less staff. And the staff was... Idk... There but not there. Like I saw a 3D movie, and there was no one giving out 3D glasses outside the hall. A bit weird. Probably coz it was a show at 11 in the morning, but still never seen a PVR so... Mismanaged.

One of the Prime PVR Screen i visted, loved the leather seating which is super comfortable, as usual sound and picture quality is awesome. This PVR promenade is located in DLF Promenade mall, vasant kunj. Once you are done with the move we have multiple food options just out side the screens.

Went for a film here - the halls are pretty good and so is the food and beverage selection. They also offer on-seat service so that makes things convenient and easy. The halls also have great seats at the very back so definitely recommend those.

This is by far the most amazing PVR. This is my favourite place to watch movie. The staff here are helpful and polite. Just this time when i ordered Pepsi it was very very watered down and didn't even taste like it. I hope they'll check into it.

Several halls ie 7 / 8 are in there next to next. Halls are good, location is fine, the food cart has plenty to offer. Just infront of the area, there is a large area with several reputed food stalls and people can have food in the common area.

It's a bit far away from the lift so elderly people struggle when walking. The staff at the Popcorn counter did not agree to deliver the food on the seat at first. I had to request since there was too much for me carry. Rest was good.

Watched a movie in ICE 3D. Its great hall. Theatrevis just next to food court. One could grab a quick bit in the interval but we have to finish food prior entering pvr. The staff is professional and courteous. Place is neat and clean.

Have been a PVR Promenade person since 2013. And I seem to like none better than PVR Promenade exception being the PVR Directors cut. Over the years I have seen it grow better and more elegant the latest being its ICE audi.

It was good, but we had to wait longer at the ticket booth since their system crashed, and we just made it to the movie minutes before it started. They ought to have a process in place to deal with situations like this.

Good seats at PVR Icon. Nice food menu. Tried their popcorn, Veg Dimsum and sev Puri. Everything was good. Special mention to the seats which are much more comfortable than ones on chanakya PVR. Prefer going here now.

I normally go for movies here at the PVR halls. Just adjoining is the food court, very pleasant attractive and lots of food choices. And browsing the shops and other eateries is of course the other enjoyable part

Went to Audi 5 and 6. Sets are new and wide. I enjoyed the ICE thing. It doesn't stay on though out the movie, only, initially and 5 mins before the ending. But its nice.

The mall is very good but on weekends there are lots of rush in the food court and very long lines of vehicles in the parking area that is time consuming.
