We are very disappointed in the job done by Dom. Firstly he painted all window frames, door frames, skirting etc in emulsion, despite us telling him multiple times it had to be done in satin. There were huge gaps where areas of woodwork and coving were not covered and needed several more coats, nothing was sanded back or prepared ahead of painting. Two windows were painted shut. On top of all this, he spilt paint on the carpet in several places and did not tape any of the edges to protect it. He did send a carpet cleaner to try to sort this, but they told us the damage was irreparable and we have now been quoted 2800 to replace it. Since us contacting him telling him of our complaints, he has completely ignored us. We held back 300 pounds of payment as we were away at the time he finished, but he asked us to transfer the rest and we were trusting enough to do so. We are really disappointed as we trusted him with our home and we have been left with a huge bill to fix the damage and complete the work that we already paid him for.

The painters transformed my house. Absolutely DELIGHTED with it. My wife was always nagging me about the decor as it didn't fit in with her vision, however no more of that Dom was professional and worked within my timeframe and was super flexible. Will be hiring him for my sons flat too hpefully within the next few months. Will be recommending to anyone needing painting work done
