Moving to Pakenham, I needed to see a doctor. I saw that this place is good with women's health and LGBTQ+ patients which I need and greatly appreciated. However, I really don't recommend this clinic at all. My first initial appointment was on time (very good considering what I'm used to at other public doctors), she saw to my mum's concerns and then mine she said that I might have lymphedema and to get an ultrasound on my leg. I don't have lymphedema, I don't experience what others experience, my mum did a simple test on me that you can do at home is to press in your leg if it leaves a dint then something's wrong, my skin bounced back. The second time I saw a different doctor (Vera I think?), spoke to her about my issue she prescribed me medication, it's fine. But I wasn't feeling quite good about the side effects the next day and thus make an appointment the following day, I see another doctor (Cheryl I believe) who ignores the issues I had when I specifically told her that it wasn't the painkiller I'm taking though she ignored that and told me to continue to take the medication and prescribed me a new painkiller. Also, these wait times were up to half an hour or so. I'm used to long wait times, but there shouldn't be that long wait times if you want your doctor to care about you, book a double appointment. Fourth and quite honestly, the final time I come here. I arrive ten minutes before my appointment and this time I'm with my mum again. The doctor I am to see comes in at the time of my appointment (I get that you can have a bad morning sometimes, you can be rushed, but she waltz in like it was nothing), the person before me gets called about ten minutes later, and then I eventually get called 20 minutes after my appointment is supposed to start. I tell this doctor everything that I previously went through and she acts like I've self-diagnosed myself my issue until she goes through my files and sees the ultrasound notes, then tells me that my issue isn't really my issue (when from what I've read my symptoms match), then told me that it was the painkillers that were making me this way and not the other pill. I had a very serious problem that induced a panic attack, and it's honestly frustrating that the doctors here would ignore my problems. If I know something is wrong, then something is wrong. Yes, you are a doctor and you know things better than I do, but when my hand and feet are tingling and I feel quite nauseous, and those symptoms match the side effects (which also told me "if you're feeling these symptoms call your doctor or pharmacist immediately") then freaking listen to me. I wish this doctors clinic was good, the new plants and aesthetics of the place were cool, the receptionists were friendly, it was a modern feeling clinic. But the women doctors are just terrible. I wish that this clinic was better, but I just cannot continue going to a clinic where their doctors don't care about my time and don't care about my health.

Absolutely Disgusted at this Doctors Practice. I have been here multiple times and have seen many of the doctors and they are terrible. One instance I went in for a blood test to test for a hereditary disease that my mother was diagnosed with. When my results came in, it showed they had tested me for something entirely different. On another occasion with a different doctor there (Dr Kapadia), he had no idea what I was even talking about. I had to go home, find the information myself on the internet, print it off and return later that week with the documents for him to read before he would actually help me (and even then he just palmed me off to a different doctor there because he said he didn't know what to do). My appointment today was the last straw and I will never go here again. Rude and extremely judgemental. The doctor today (Dr Cheryl Marshall) confronted me about my vaccination status in front of the waiting room and then called me selfish, silly and said I'm putting lives at risk even though I have a LEGAL EXEMPTION TO NOT BE VACCINATED!! I came to see a doctor for something entirely unrelated to covid and she continued to go on about it my entire appointment. She then said that in the future she will not see me as a patient again because of it. WELL YOU WILL HAVE NO COMPLAINTS HERE. I honestly couldn't believe it and was in shock. I was extremely uncomfortable and humiliated the whole time. Not something you want to feel when you need to see a doctor. And it says on the website that she specialises in women's mental health. After the way she treated me I wouldn't want anyone to see her for mental health reasons. And to top it all off, they are always running at least an hour behind so don't expect to be seen at your appointment time. I will say that I have seen one doctor at this practice who seems ok (Dr Vera) however she is usually booked out weeks in advance so unless you know that you will need a doctor 2-3 weeks beforehand, it's unlikely you'll get in to see her. If you value your health and want to be taken seriously without judgement DO NOT GO HERE!

Do read this before you visit this place. Really disappointed by the doctor whose there just to make money and have no concern for there patients.Today we had an appointment with Dr.Sagufta Badar. My 21 months old baby was really sick and dehydrated because of vomiting, i went there to know the cause of my daughter's vomiting but dr just looked my baby very carelessly, i told her that my baby is coughing she just checked her chest but didn't bother to check her throat.Further more she wrote referal for casey clinic emergency, so they can observe baby for dehydration , and that was okay but my concern was why my baby was vomiting which she didn't know herself. After few hours my baby stopped vomiting but was still crying and not eating anything so we went to other clinic, pakenham medical centre, dr checked my baby and told us that baby's thorat was very sore that's why she'd been vomiting and gave medicine to the baby which finaly worked. And one more thing they over charged us , they charged 75 dollars and said this is because you have taken more time than other patients, time taken was hardly 10 mins. While the other clinic where we went afterwards only charged us 50 dollars and they also checked baby very carefully and made a correct diagnose and gave more then 15 minutes.

This is the most awful doctors clinic I have ever experienced!! My boyfriend came in a few weeks ago and dealt with Dr Marshall and she was making assumptions that my boyfriend wanted to get work cover, even though his back injury didn't occur at work. After several attempts to get her to understand, my boyfriend was denied a care plan for an Osteopath. Rebooked appointment with Dr Kapadia and the nurse for two weeks later as appointments weren't available any earlier. Until I told the nurse I'd lodged a complaint about Dr Cheryl Marshall, my boyfriend nearly didn't get the care plan! Had an appointment today as my boyfriend had a letter from the Osteopath saying he would like Dr Kapadia's opinion and to get a scan for his back. Dr Kapadia denied my boyfriend a referral for a scan and said "I don't work for Osteopath's, I work for myself, because the problem has been going on for so long, I dont want the headache." WHERE THE HELL IS THE COMPASSION AND HOLISTIC CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS?! Absolutely disgusting that we sat waiting for nearly an hour, just to come out empty handed again! Doctors are supposed to collaborate with service providers if need be, and this clearly didn't happen. Shame on this doctors clinic!!! NEVER GOING BACK.

My family and I (my 64yo mum, my younger 26 yo sister with severe mental health Illness and myself 30yo with PTSD and chronic pain) have been coming to Pakenham family health for nearly 6 years now. We don’t go anywhere else because it really is a family clinic. All the doctors are great in their own way and work with each problem in their own unique way depending on the problem, so I feel comfortable seeing different ones for different problems because they each have their specialities. I love Dr Visnu, Dr Shire, Dr Vera Nikolic and Dr shagufta personally because they know me best and never judge or assume. They all listen, and understand my needs. Admin always fit me in if it’s urgent and I can see whichever dr is available and they seem like they know my file before I sit down to discuss. It’s comforting coming to this clinic. Wait times are expected as they will do a long appt for emergencies and I understand they come first. All round a great local service I can always rely on and never feel judged. Highly recommend.

Not sure about the other doctors or staff but Dr Rahila Wardak i would Not recommend. Rude and blunt, no consideration and just rushes people in and out. Doesnt listen to you properly and let you explain it all. My mother also had bad time there and she was just trying to push the flu vac, instead of the swelling that she went there for. Can Definitely tell she is a government funded doctor. Do Not Recommend Her!!!!!! Would also note that went there a couple months ago to see the Psychiatrist and went well. Been having little trouble with it all lately and when called to make another appointment which i still had couple more sessions on the health plan, i was told she charges $170 now and there are no other Psychiatrists there to bulk bill. There also said she is all they recommend and dont know any others near by. Ridiculous when they are ment to be there to help, and really they just taking government money and bot caring bout the people.

Pakenham Family Health is overall an amazing medical clinic very clean as also has very good doctors. Pakenham Family Health is a very excellent clinic to go to regardless about the other reviews. My mother actually works at this clinic as a doctor and sometimes she may not be able to make it in time because she has to look after us. But we all have different situations and I think we all should respect not all the doctors and staff may be on time but they work so hard to give the best service to every patient that steps foot at this clinic. But regardless this clinic is probably better than any other clinic in Pakenham. To add the reception they are so kind and respectful when I see them they put a smile on my face. All the staff that works here is really nice and are always putting there hard work in that you get the best service when you’re here. So I definitely highly recommend for anyone to come here when unwell.

I'm sorry to hear about everyone's experiences with Dr. Marshal... I haven't seen her there for a while, so I assume that her reviews got back to her boss... So, Good Call. I have 2 names for you guys. Dr. Kapadia and Dr. Shire... Both are amazing. Their level of care is obvious as they clearly care about the needs of their patients. Ask for either and you won't be disappointed. Regarding wait times... its a public bulk billing GP's office on the main street with parking and great street viability, with good doctors and a lot of patients... its going to get busy quite often, but they provide a T.V and a kids area to make the wait less painful. If you don't like to wait, go private or shut up, nit picking wait times for a GP's office is petty, they all have long wait times, atleast this one has some great doctors at the end of it.

I love this medical centre, the front desk staff are amazing, Lauren and Nikolena are the best. They work so hard to manage the massive amount of patients that use this centre and it’s always easy to change or manage an appointment through them. The doctors can be hit and miss but just try a different doctor if you don’t get one that is what your after. I’m always looking for the most informative, patient, consistent and thorough doctor I can find, if that’s what your after as well then consider doctor Anis, doctor Shia, doctor Lin or doctor Vera. The centre is well managed and loves their patients I feel sorry for them on their off days because I’ve seen ridiculous patient abuse towards staff in this place. Pakenham does have a lot of meth use which I’m sure contributes to this problem.

I had booked an appointment for 1:30pm and arrived in time. The reception staff were polite and pleasant and the waiting room quiet, but I then had to wait for 55 minutes to be seen. I explained my situation, and the doctor I saw listened for 30 seconds before brushing over my request and directing me down a line of treatment that did not address my concern. I tried for the next 5 minutes to explain myself further but was interrupted repeatedly and eventually told to ask another GP for what I need. I left the clinic and burst into tears in the car park. I respect a doctors role is to advise treatment based on what they think is best for the patient, however I felt grievously misunderstood and ignored by the practitioner I saw, and my appointment has caused me much distress.

  • Fiona lee

Dr Rahila Wardar Do not book with her she has 0 empathy or bed side matter. Today I booked an appointment with her as I couldn’t get in with my normal doctor Dr Magdy. I moved over with him from his clinic. I couldn’t get an appointment with him, so I decided to book with any other doctor. I have had COPD for over six years. All my medical history is at the clinic on file. I’m starting a new job and we all know what everyone is like with Coughing. I just wanted a letter to state that I have COPD my workplace. Instead of reading my file and offering a solution she straight up, shut me down and said how do I know you have COPD… She is extremely rude! Uneducated and makes you feel like you’re wasting her time. Never have I ever been treated that way! Disgusting

  • Lachlan Bannan

TLDR: Don't book with Dr Wardak. She's cold and rude. I had a telephone appointment with Dr Wardak for a long-lasting cough a different, lovely doctor (I can't remember her name, unfortunately) from the clinic had previously given me a prescription for antibiotics. While I was explaining my situation, not only did Dr Wardak rudely interrupt me, but she assumed and accused me of asking for another script for antibiotics. She did later explain that she can't give out antibiotics over the phone, but the chip on her shoulder was extremely unpleasant, and she made me feel like I was a burden to her day. It's truly a shame that my 1st experience at the clinic was great, only to be dampened by my experience with Dr Wardak. They also Bulk Bill, a big highlight.

After having the same doctor for over 40 years, we transferred to this practice simply for convenience and can only speak as we find. We would refer anyone to PFH. Vera and Paul have been very good and Nina is great on the diabetes front. As far as wait times are concerned, show me a doctor or a hospital that doesn't get behind with appointments. Generally, delays are caused by inconsiderate patients who make one appointment and take the whole tribe with them. Why can't we have a strict policy of one patient only per appointment? Also, if a doctor simply asks what is wrong and treats that affliction, they are accused of being abrupt, rude, uncaring and (according to one idiot) money grabbing. Can they win? Keep it up, PFH, you're doing a good job.

  • Mister X

This is for all the doctors working here. Especially kapadia. Please stop prescribing antibiotics as if it is going out of fashion. You only prescribe it for bacterial infection. Nothing else. When I hear them saying, oh it's as a precaution after being questioned why. Precaution for what? You the doctor not being able to identify a bacterial sickness or more like a precaution so you get the money from big pharma so you can keep driving a mercedes. Ever heard of antibiotics resistance? Once resistant and having a real bacterial infection that means patient going to die as Nothing else in this world will help. A real doctor won't just prescribe it but a greedy for profit not caring about the patients future health will do that.

  • Kerry Thompson

Great doctors and modern clinic but the wait time is terrible. I have waited in excess of 1.5 hrs even with an appointment. I try to get the first days appointment each time I go now but even then they book 4 people for the opening time appointment so arriving at 8.30am for 8.30am appointment still did not see the doctor til 9.05am - quickest I have ever seen the doctor here - 35 mins after appointment time. Most frustrating part is all I need is a repeat prescription. It would really help if they did repeat prescriptions without seeing the Dr as most clinics do - it might improve all peoples wait time there. If anyone knows faster clinic in Pake please let me know as I dont have 2 hours spare just see the Dr

  • Emily Headland

The doctors here are very nice and friendly, I have never had any issues with the doctors. The receptionist on the other hand are very rude and have the worst people skills. Their phone manners are shocking, they will hang up and cut you off before you have finished speaking. I understand and respect that they are asked the same questions by multiple people during the day but there is no need to be rude and abrupt. People who are calling the clinic are most likely unwell and people may be in sensitive situations. Being a little more understanding and compassionate also wouldn’t hurt, as you are receptionist at a medical clinic not a sales receptionist.

  • tonii -

The clinic is a bit hit and Miss. The receptionist vary from rude, to incompetent to super helpful. The nurses I’ve seen have been great and very professional Some of the doctors are ok. Some I wouldn’t see if there was something really wrong. A couple of them are REALLY good. Cannot speak highly enough of Dr Anis. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. And LISTENS. Discusses options with you so you can both agree to a treatment. Picks up things you didn’t even know were wrong with you and is so good at explaining how things work and why he’s suggest the treatments he does. Down side, he’s also very popular and it’s hard to get appointments with him.

  • Karen Kent

I had a really horrible experience with Dr Marshall too. I went to see a doctor hoping to get some help for a very urgent issue and she was cold, uncaring and rude. I have seen a lot of doctors at this clinic and always found them to be more than helpful, but not her. I left the clinic in tears. I received a phone call from her 15 minutes after l left - she offered me a phone number that she thought might help. TOO LITTLE TOO LATE!!!! I rang the following day and asked the receptionist who l could complain to. She left a message for the manager to ring me - 3 days later NO CALL BACK YET, STILL WAITING. Very, very poor for a professional clinic.

  • Amber xx

Failed to get in contact with me in regards to cancelling my appointment. I had been waiting an hour for the doctor to contact me and this did not happen! They knew she wouldn’t be in and still failed to contact her patients or cancel their appointments or even offer to reschedule them. The receptionist are always so rude and bland! When I was in on the 9/2/21 with my daughter for her immunisations an elderly man came in and the receptionist refused to help him when he was clearly confused about where his appointment was and what day. The pathologist actually came out and helped the elderly man. The treatment of this man is disgusting.

  • Beth Robinson

Everytime I have been here I have waited for over an hour to see a doctor. Even when I was the first patient of the day it was still a 30 minute wait! The receptiontists didn't even warn me or have any indication of how long the wait would be. Once you actually get to see the doctors they seemed very rushed to get you in and out again. One of the male doctors was extremely harsh and judgemental of a phobia of needles that I have and told me to get over it. They need to call patients if they are going to be running behind time and reschedule them. ong the wait will be. Once i got into see a doctor they seemed so rushed

  • Vimala Manish

Great clinic and doctor! Our doctor, Dr. Madgy, is highly professional and knowledgeable. He consistently demonstrates excellent listening skills and provides thorough explanations. Moreover, he always reassures us as patients, encouraging bravery and alleviating worries. Despite moving away from Pakenham, we willingly travel 30kms to consult with Dr. Madgy. The clinic environment is welcoming to families, and the staff are friendly. Additionally, the clinic boasts its own pathology department, where the staff are both friendly and professional. Thank you for the good service !!!

  • shane fewster

I WAS A PATIENT until i had issues with my hearing and dizzy spells i saw doctor steel he just sent me home i got sick within a few hours went back they sat me in the treatment room until i felt better and then dr steel just sent me home again , 1 hour later i had an ambulance ride to emergency in which i had had an ear infection , i am now permanently deaf in one ear , after seeing a specialist from the hospital , i was told if they had of treated you it would have been fine but the neglect and mis-diagnoses cased me to be deaf forever so thank you for the great care dr steel

  • Nicky Lawson

My Dr (Dr Twodros) has moved to this medical centre and I had an appointment today. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful I did not wait long at all for my appointment and as always Dr Twodros was fantastic in helping me with what was needed. Having never been there was the option to wait inside or get a phone call when you were ready to go in which personally I preferred with my kids in tow. The centre looked very clean and again my appointment was fantastic with everything I needed. Will have no issues continuing at this centre

  • Lida chatkiewicz

Today, Oct. 20th, while trying to make an appointment by telephone a lady with indian accent was very rude to me, hanging up the phone without confirming if I had the appointment on the chosen day. I had to call again and once more she was rude informing that I had the date confirming with an undermining tone. I think that if she is not able to be polite with people she would have to consider having another job in which doesn't have to deal with people that sometimes are ill. This is the first time it happens to me. I am very disappointed.

  • Amy Mead

The waiting room is nice, which is a blessing since the average wait time past your booked appointment is going to be about an hour - and even then you may not even see the doctor you requested. The staff are lovely, with Dr. Cheryl Marshall being the obvious exception. I find her cold, hostile, and in need of constant correction as she will ask questions but not listen fully to your answers. Drs Kapadia and Nikolic are my preferred doctors. Convenient location and a bulk-billing practice with additional surcharges on weekends.

  • Dwane Suitor

I would not recommend this clinic. The first time me and my mum went here we waited over two hours past our appointment time,in the end we decided to leave without seeing a doctor. The second time we went to see a different doctor there and he said he could help me but not my mum, when he was supposed to see both of us. The wait times here are ridiculous and the Doctors there are very cold and uncaring. The receptionists are very abrupt and not friendly. Too busy gossiping among themselves than to care about the patients.

  • Amir Shams

Dr. ( Olfat Hefzallah) and the entire staff are beyond amazing. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I know when I come in to see Dr she already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and she always asks if I have any other questions. Sh’s awesome. Also, when she knew my medication was expensive on my insurance, she looked up what competing pharmacies charged with GoodRX and printed me out the prices – saved me lots

  • Rachael O'Sullivan

Reception are shocking I don’t even think I’d give them one star. So rude and disrespectful. They yell at many people when they don’t hear what they said and ask it to be repeated. I’ll continue to visit this centre as the doctors are wonderful but I absolutely hate the reception. They may as well go work at Karen’s Diner Doctors are wonderful 5 stars to them. They take their time unfortunately making wait times horrible but will listen and help you thought whatever medical situation you’re going through

  • Kirandeep Kaur

Always I have to think twice to see the doctor that I have to go through non-empathetic , rude front desk staff. Centre must change their front desk people. Better to appoint people bit more polite , empathetic and responsive towards patients, better communication skills to resolve conflicts. It seems , poor communication skills of the Present front staff is enough to cause an emotional trauma to the patients who are already living with their existing medical problems.

  • S Grace

Have been coming to this Clinic since moving to Pakenham 4 years ago. Seen numerous doctors here but after seeing Dr Shagufta Badar I knew I had found "my doctor". Not only is she extremely kind but she takes her time to address all your questions and ensures she does a thorough investigation, even if that means going over slightly in appointment time. Knowing this, I am always happy to wait knowing I will be receiving the best care when called.

  • Jayde Thurling

Never have I ever felt more invalidated by a doctor than I have today. I had gone to get something to make me feel better for a viral infection, only to be lectured and treated absolutely horribly by the doctors. About something that wasn’t even regarding my appointment - Dr Wardak. Never again will I be using this Clinic, and I will be taking this further. I hope no one is treated the way I was treated today. Disgusted.

  • Riley Jane

Receptionist are extremely rude!! Hang up on you before you finish speaking. No communication skills at all. And Nicole the nurse is one of the rudest ppl i have ever come across in my life. If your going to attempt nursing have some manors and learn how to speak to ppl. Kindness is free. Her attitude stinks. I witnessed her verbally abusing and elderly patient bec they couldn't walk fast. Absolutely appalling.

  • kim mcnamara

Yes, sometimes you have to wait a while, but to see a good Doctor, that's what happens. Once you are with the Doctor, the door closes and they give you their full attention. All excellent Doctors!! Especially Dr.Vera but I am very biased towards her. I have many issues and I always book a double appointment, sometimes I'm out within 5~10 mins, sometimes longer but the service I get from her is fantastic !!

  • Amandeep Kular

I had a telephonic appointment with Dr Rahila Wardak. Firstly she was talking over the speaker which was very hard to listen to because there was voice echo. I requested refferal for my little one BCG vaccine as we are travelling, she refused to do so I don’t know why and said go to your regular GP. My GP was busy and we urgently required refferal to get a vaccine. So please consider going to other.

  • Caitlyn O

Wouldn’t recommend visiting. Just called up to book a COVID vaccine and got refused because I was a new patient and they are only treating their own… wow. Here I thought we were part of a community and to move forward we all need to get vaccinated. Absolutely appalled at the service I got from the receptionist. If those are the discriminating policies they have in place … I’ll happily go elsewhere.

  • Marina Jeffery

The most appalling service, rude reception staff and manager. Would give a zero star review if the option was available. Accompanied my elderly mother who was a patient and wanted to see her preferred doctor however was rudely ordered to put on a mask despite being medical Lily exempt and having been issued with the exemption from the same clinic. The low review rating is certainly well deserved.

  • Akanksha Pahwa

I got my blood test done from this clinic more than 3 weeks back , still the authorized doctor hasn’t received the results. The receptionist seems to be always blank , very unprofessional. I have tried many doctors here , all are same , no duty of care. I think this clinic should be removed from Pakenham . If not , receptionist should be removed asap as she doesnt know what she is doing.

  • Damien Clayton

Have been coming to this practice since it opened, I find the doctors understanding and very helpful. Dr Steele is very good, gentle and with an interest in Men’s health. The wait time can be a little on the long time but I find this is because the Doctors spend extra time when needed with patients which is hard to find these days. Bulk Billing practice and nice new premises.

  • Renner Ridiculous

Apparently doctors are allowed to treat you poorly if your life decisions go against their beliefs. Pretty pathetic. Avoid this clinic and go to one where the doctors actually care to help, rather than dismiss you because of their own personal reasons. Disgusting behaviour from medical professionals. At least two should be without their medical licenses.

  • T M

I also had an awful experience with Dr. Marshall. I specifically asked for a female doctor hoping she would be kind and understanding, I couldn't have been more wrong. She was very callous and unkind, she was horrible to me. I had previously seen Dr. Narynski and he was very helpful, I wish I had just stuck with him. I will never see Dr. Marshall again!

  • Helen Page

I had the pleasure of being taken care of by a new dr by the name of Dr anjali Mardolker, she was patient, caring, and thorough and listened closely, she monitored me through my illness and changed my treatment as my illness progressed,,she is very easy to talk too,and takes her job seriously and is very professional, I felt I was in good hands

  • ALISON Slattery

Don’t go here. Whatever you do, just don’t go here. I went with a sore elbow and they told me to “take a panadol”. Turns out, my elbow was broken. Sooo bad am I’m not the only one. The wait time is around 1 hour and when they get you in they treat you like you are trash. Just go elsewhere if you can, your health depends on it

  • Robot Alien

I've been seeing my doctor here for 5 years, and she's great. She takes the time to get to know you and your family, and sometimes there has been a bit of a wait, but it's worth it because I know she's providing a personal service. I live further away, but continue to çome here for the personal and quality service. Thànks.

  • Sarah Sarah

I have been here many times, it's the worst waiting times ever. Wait time is over 45mins for appointments to see any doctor (some are worst than others) No matter what time of the day. The waiting rooms are full, no chairs for their patients. The receptionist are not helpful, saying you are next, but you are not in fact.

  • A J

The admin girls at the front desk are absolutely lovely, however the female Dr I saw was very rude, I didn't feel comfortable seeing this particular Dr after what happened Infront of other patients in the waiting area. Not nice when you come to a medical clinic for medical issues, there needs to be more empathy

  • Alison Neil

My daughter had an appointment today and we waited 75 minutes to be seen. My three kids under 7 years were just about climbing the walls by this point. No apology from the doctor or reception staff. If I’d received an apology or some kind of acknowledgment, I would not be complaining online.

  • Joshua Moss

There was a little wait and I think they could do with some more seating for sure. Good doctors and friendly reception staff as well as in site blood test / pathology. Overall one of the better doctors in the area. Definitely recommend booking as walk ins might have a substantial wait.

  • Bernadette Runting

Attended on a Sunday and waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. I needed antibiotics which I was given and told I had to do a urine test and to go back to my own GP at another medical clinic for results, I asked about changing doctors to her and gave me an abrupt no

  • Victor Chant

Pakenham family health will not let the elderly stay inside to wait for appointments. The elderly are being forced to wait outside on 4°c temp and with a really icy wind blowing. Our health system at work. If the COVID19 doesn't get them the cold will.

  • Sharon Sharp

Never I ever felt so much inconsistent from a doctor Didn’t want to listen or recommend what I should do Told me to take Panadol and I will be right I walked out in tears and so upset We’re has passion for patients gone Everaless I won’t be going back

Sheryl Marshall was great doctor to see really caring also the nurse was really nice and good, good customer service, i definetly recommend this place. The doctors might take long time but that is actually good, means the taking time on each patient.

  • ZAMIRA S

Dr Cheryl Marsh is rude as rude can be. My husband had a thyroidectomy to remove his cancer and she has the audacity to prescribe him nurofen because it “shouldn’t hurt that much”. Never going to this place again. Absolutely disgusting.

  • Megan Fry

Dr Anis is amazing, always very thorough, helpful and considerate in what is best for both the issue at hand, and what is best for the patient too. Reception have always been kind to us, and the nurses are so lovely too.

  • Stacey Edwards

Doctors are ok, but every time I have gone( 10+ times in the last year) I have waited 40-70 mins. With a baby its not much fun. They need to give more accurate appointment times if they know its going to be that long.

  • Waris Hamdard

Had an appointment for mum, Dr Rahila Wardak was the rudest Dr I have ever met in Australia, I will for sure report her to Beterhealth Vic, shame on Pakenham family health employing such a Rude Dr within this Clinic

  • Sandra Maison

Excellent clinic, clean professional and only waited about 10 minutes on a Sunday. I saw Dr Sulthana who was very pleasant, thorough and listened and communicated well, I was very impressed, and they bulk bill too!

  • Lilendra malmi Thambavita

Dr Anis is amazing . But the receptionist who answered the phone didn’t want to take my appointment. I really don’t understand why medical centre receptionists behave like they are beyond doctors..

  • Ali Habibi

I waited about 50 minute with my neck pain while i’m stood in my feet and she didn’t care about my condition and i had back to home after 1 hour wait.. they dont care about patients time and pain

  • Fernando António

The receptionists treat us as numbers. Real unfriendly environment. They ask me if I prefer male or female Doctor. What a silly question. They should have asked me what doctors religion I prefer.

  • harold bautista

Doctors are really nice. But the receptionist is worst. I booked to be the first patient (telehealth)but they prioritised in person patient. There is a reason why i book to be the first patient.

  • David T

Very bad service and always too quick and bother to chat. always looks unwelcome. we family will never come back ever again.... Care standards of this practice has gone downhill past few years

  • bec flynn

Love this clinic dr shire takes the time to really understand the problem and discusses what course of action should be taken. The other doctors there are also very lovely! Highly recommend

  • Danny Quinn

I’d give this place 0 stars if that was an option, for 0 care they give. Go in and they refuse to see you, because it’s Sunday and you are would have been a new patient. Pathetic service.

  • Grace Johnson

The drs and all the front line staff are very professional and courteous. Dr wadrak is a very kind and knowledgeable GP She goes out of her way to help her patients in treatment and care

  • Rebecca Muir

I've been in the waiting room for over half an hour and people that were here after me has been gone before me. Not sure if it depends on the doctor you're seeing but I'm still upset.

  • Kristie Van Swol

How is it possible to have to wait over an hour, when your appoints is at 10am. How can you possible fall that behind in an hour? Maybe schedule the appointments further apart!

  • mary g

I've always been happy with my treatment at this clinic. I find the doctors to be very helpful and friendly. I have no problem recommending this medical centre to anyone.

  • Julian Giannetti

I saw Dr Nazia Gul and was very impressed with the experience. Did not wait long. She was very thorough and asked all the right questions. Will be booking again.

  • SJ Stewie

Very, quit rude and Disrespectful. The receptionist book you in with different doctors I highly not recommend this place.. doctor Shanta. Not a good Doctor!

  • Grant Dolley

Do not go here for help with Mental health issues you will be told there is nothing wrong with you. Bad service rude and arrogant Dr Marshall no help!!!!!

  • Melanie Touzel

No point making appointment as had to wait nearly and hour to see the doctor then had to wait again to see the nurse for a two second injection, poor

  • Sandman

Did not have to wait very long at all, great atmosphere and people. Dr Steele is polite, will listen and treats you like a person not a patient.

  • Dee Pintar

They used to be great. The down side is everytime I need to see a GP.The appointment most of the time is full.I have to find another GP mostly.

  • Jessica Petropoulos

My family and i have been seeing Dr Wardak for many years now she is lovely, kind and listens to everything without rushing or dismissing you!

  • tyrone brown

Definitely would not recommend this medical centre , horrible service by both the receptionist and doctors with waiting times over an hour

  • Ana Richardson

Shocking service. Only visited here twice waited 50 minutes my first visit and walked out after waiting a hour on the second visit.

  • Darkan Mayou

Won't use again. Have been many times over the years. Seen a new female doctor, less than acceptable attitude, rude and abrupt.

  • Ian Shugg

Not sure why we book a time for an appointment and have to wait wait wait wait wait wait waited over 1 hour …

  • G K

Won’t go back for kids vaccines again nurses administered injection wrongly caused trauma to baby’s thighs …

  • RONG KIM

Last 2 years service very good now geting bad online appiontment crab even contact very poorrrrr …

  • Connie Wakefield

Worst! I know doctors can be late but waiting an hour later for your appointment is beyond a joke.

  • Consciência Positiva (Zi)

Very scary. As patients, we aren't numbers. But I felt like. This place is just about money.

  • Paul

Turned up for 4th covid jab 20 mins before my appointment, no problem, got straight in

  • Kelly Schnautz

Great team of doctors, nurses and reception staff. Caring and professional.

  • Regina T

Care standards of this practice has gone downhill past few years …

  • Rachel Josephine (Raych)
