Great that you can but a wine or coffee too take in to the cinema as you can at other cinemas around BrisVegas. Can't say I have ever been impressed during my visits here. The staff can be rather abrupt or seemingly bored so you are processed through which is not a great start to an outing. On many occasions the venue has been in need of a clean in the main areas eg. Popcorn over the carpets, rubbish left on chairs, etc and not in small quantities either!!! Quite appalling! The cinema seats are comfortable and clean however and have a headrest and there is a small rest table for your drink. On this visit the hall/ walkway to the cinemas was smelly - the carpets the obvious problem. If you need to use the toilets you have to return downstairs to the ground floor level. Its quite a hike and is disruptive and takes time of you are wanting to visit during a movie! Unlike other cinemas around you have to pay for parking. You can have your parking voucher stamped for a small discount. Bad luck of you want to stay around afterwards to share a drink, meal or an ice cream at one of the many nearby venues as you won't be covered. There is very limited street parking nearby in the busy Caxton Street precinct and not easy to get a space. Certainly not my favourite venue for taking in a movie.
Yesterday I arrived at the cinema at 2pm for a 2.15pm session only to be met by a very long queue and a lot of unhappy people. By the time I got to the ticket counter after a 35 minute wait, I was informed by the young man behind the counter that I "would only miss the first 10 minutes" of the movie so I chose not to stay, to which he replied "too easy""which only added to my frustration. The staff were obviously struggling to cope with the crowd and, having 3 attending to the bar queue which was very short, and 2 selling tickets, (1 to pre booked ticket holders and 1 to everyone else) where the queue was very long, was clearly not the best use of resources and I would like to suggest that management overhaul their staffing roster. This experience proved to be very disappointing and a total waste of my time as I had travelled in to the city to see this particular movie and was even prepared to pay the exorbitant parking charges. Would give zero stars if I could post without stars. The icing on the cake --- no choc tops left !!!
Went here for the Barbie Premier. The whole experience was so unorganised and stressful. Movie was meant to start at 7pm. Arrived at 6.40pm, line was down the stairs and out the door with no staff members to explain the situation. After sitting in our seats for 45mins with no communication, staff eventually came in stating that trailers would start in 10mins, the film didn't end up starting until 8pm. We missed getting our cocktail that was included as we didn't want to miss the film, even though we were told by staff that we could collect it after - when we finished, there was no staff anywhere to collect these. Because of this delay, we had to pay for parking because we exceeded the limit after scanning our ticket upon arrival. An overall horrible experience and more organisation needs to go into planning events like this.
Palace Barracks has always been one of the best cinemas, until last Wednesday (19/07). A group of friends and I came in for the Barbie "Experience". There were lines all the way down the stairs to the doors, customers had no idea what was going on, and the communication with and from staff was so poor. Any information we did receive was contradicted by another staff member. We did not receive the drink that was part of the tickets, and were told by one staff member we could get it after the screening. The films for both sessions were supposed to have started at 7 and 7:15, both started after 8. When we came out, no staff members anywhere. The cherry on top of the "experience": Palace validates parking tickets, but due to the late start time, most cars leaving the car park needed to pay an additional fee to leave.
Had an awful experience here and honestly, would absolutely never return. We paid $30 a ticket for a "Special Event" which included a coffee and morning tea. Arrived to find instant coffee granules, and extremely stale bakery items. Expressed disappointment to staff and asked if I could grab a barista coffee instead to recuperate some of the extra $15 I paid for this, as I am a big believer in giving businesses a chance to remedy the situation. The staff could honestly not have cared less, and said no, only the instant coffee was included. The staff looked embarassed but defeated, so clearly not the first time this sort of thing has happened. Certainly wont be returning for a normal movie screening or anything else to a business with that kind of attitude towards customers.
Attend open night to movie screening of the new Hunger Games: The Ballad of the songbirds and the snakes to have the wrong movie begin to play it was the original hunger games movie. The problem could not be rectified. We were offered to stay and watch the original hunger games movie. No thanks. Opening screening should be tested before hand, mistakes can happen, but this should have been checked before viewing was to begin. I was offered refund for my tickets but not for the food or drinks purchase with Ño movie to view or no offer of future tickets to view the movie at a suitable time. I Felt this was unprofessional and poorly managed at such an event on opening screening. Extremely disappointed
The cinema is good in its own right. However I have now been to both the JFF and French Dispatch events and both were woefully handled, long unmarked cues, understaffed counters, late movie start times. This is no fault of the staff there on the evening but the management / event planner who couldn’t organise a gentleman's night at a house of ill-repute. The lesson learnt here is that sometimes patience pays and it’s better to avoid poorly organised events and see films after the initial rush. Edit; the movies start was delayed by 30 minutes which meant my parking crept to 4:08 minutes. This trip to the cinemas meant a $15 parking charge footed by us all because the cinema is so poorly organised.
We have been coming to Palace Cinema at the Barracks for years. The seats are comfortable and they show an excellent range of movies - mainstream and international (especially during one of the many film festivals that they host). There is a good selection of wine and nibbles. It’s close to the train station and is fully accessible for wheelchairs. It’s also just a minute away from the delights of Caxton Street. Be prepared to pay for parking at the Barracks - discounted if you get your parking validated at the cinema counter. We usually book online before going but there is rarely much of a line if you just turn up. Ticket prices are very competitive, especially if you become a member.
Relaxed, warm & welcoming atmosphere with an appealing ambience. Comfortable theatre & it was nice to enjoy a movie with a drink. The best thing about this place is if you're a fan of arthouse cinema & cult classics, this cinema is bound to please. During the year they run various film festivals in conjunction with special features while also offering commercial release cinema for those with mainstream tastes & for families and movie fans. Staff were friendly & helpful. Easy to get to on public transport, but there is an easily accessible car park on-site. Overall, great value & a wonderful night out. Thank you. ☺️
If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. Watched barbie and was disappointed and disgusted. Had to see staff to request the cinema be cleaned up because it hadn't been cleaned at all and was extremely dirty. One staff member came and communicated cleaners weren't free to clean or come before the movie started. He cleaned but the room was still a mess. For $18.50 cinemas should be cleaned between movies at least. Food everywhere and overflowing bins, dirty seats and insects in some too. Not worth the money when you could go somewhere cleaner and nicer for cheaper. Very disappointing and dirty experience.
Hi everyone who are paying $19. Get the Palace Card and pay $25 membership per year...you get free movie of your choice for your birthday and free one on joining so mship already paid for! Then its 14.00 i think now? each movie. Plus Monday night's are half price!! This cinema has better value? Class and seats more comfortable than any other I've been in except recliners in gold class of course. Great range of movies...good staff..can take alcohol drinks in...icecreams are the best..and wine etc is reasonable compared to the overpriced Event Cinemas. Love these cinemas!
This used to be our local cinema but we haven’t been for years until last week. Such a beautiful building and fantastic cinema, very comfortable seating and tasteful decor. It was disappointing for us though as it smelt very damp/mildewy in our cinema (no. 2) as though there’d been a leak in the roof and the carpets got wet? Anyway, hopefully they get that sorted soon, it does need a bit of a makeover I think, the downstairs cafe has gone out of business and it’s a bit sad, but still we’ll be coming back for more!
Nice modern cinema, and oh what a city view from the massive windows. Has licensed bar and usual cinema nibbles. Prices are higher than industry average, but can be discounted if you join their movie club. Only bummer is the parking, which can cost more than the ticket if you dont get it validated. No free parking, and basically no on street parking available. Is in shopping center, excellent eating options pre or post movie, and located at top of Caxton St. Would get 5 starts if they offered free parking.
this place is horrible, went to see a movie in there and there was no aircon. we were boiling alive in there, they said that they were going to fix it but they never did. was sitting in heat, and had to fold up our popcorn box to use as a fan. validating the parking ticket did not work as well, and now we are sitting at a red light because of you guys. horrible would not recommend. long walk to bathrooms too. oh and milly had to go buy another beer to cool down, which means she had to spend more money.
Clearly something's going wrong at this cinema. Tried to book tickets to The Origin of Evil for Sun 22/10, but for that one session, there is no provision for purchase. It's not sold out - it would say if a movie is sold out - and it's a French film in Brisbane - it's never going to sell out on a Sunday afternoon. So, tried to call Palace Barracks. The phone rang for 3 minutes 42 seconds and was never answered. What fantastic customer service. No wonder people are complaining about this cinema below.
This place is what all cinemas should be! Classy decor, modern with delicious food options (pasta dishes, cheese & dips ect) & lovely wines & other alcoholic beverages to choose from to enjoy while watching your movies in big squashy comfy chairs. (I love a glass of the house bubbles) Good prices & staff are exceptionally pleasant & helpful. I lost my phone while i visited and all of the staff were so quick to search for it & contact me when they did. Big Thumbs up guys- best cinema in brissie :)
I really like this Palace and want to give it 5 stars. You can have wine and beers in any of the cinemas, which is great. I haven't seen any kids there being loud so it's a nice change from other cinemas. The seats are a bit old and aren't as comfy and don't recline which is becoming standard in other cinemas. You also can't pick seats when you book so there sometimes can be a rush in line to get decent ones. I really hope they eventually upgrade the seats and allow you to select online.
Saw a great movie (Blackkklansman) but the cinema wasn’t as great! When we arrived there was only one staff member, and upon getting into the cinema it was filthy! Upon entering there was a bowl of noodles across the floor and next to our seats was a lot of rubbish. Also, upon the movie finishing the exit door was locked and no one could get out (bit of a fire hazard) and we had to wait 10 minutes to find the only staff member in the building! Was reasonably priced however.
The seats were really comfy and the price of tickets was good. The cinema was great with a steep incline so noone would block your view. Staff were friendly. Only point for improvement would be more interesting snacks for purchase. We got a Didi there and back because it's rather a dodgy access way.. I wouldn't want to walk around the local bridge at night. There seemed to be a crowd evolving on there. There was a drop off point for taxis.
Great place. Not the most appropriate for families due to the pubs nearby where drunks from the lastest game at the Suncorp stadium come to celebrate or soak in their dispair. The popcorn tasted really good however, it does not come cheap 9.50 for a standard combo with a drink about 4/5ths the size of a medium drink at Macca's. Great cinemas. Chairs a comfy and the experience is above average. Would recommend and definitely go again
This cinema is near to brand new and kept immaculately. The seats are amazingly comfortable and the sound systems always sounds great. Palace offers people to join the Movie Club. Joining the club is cheap and easy and offers 12 months of movies at $12 everyday. The food and drinks offered are smaller in selection but higher in quality and value. Such a great place to see the latest release movies without the high cost of other places.
When we walked into the cinema it was very musty, with a smell like pee... It was absolutely disgusting! We sat down and the whole cinema was empty, and the room was filthy. A few other people walked into the cinema after us and from the look on their faces they were probably thinking the same thing as me. I don't know what other people thought of this cinema, but personally, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Cinema was very dirty, we arrived 10 minutes before the 8:30 session for Barbie and thought it hadn't be cleaned /yet/. Then the previews started and there was rubbish everywhere. Bins were overflowing, there was popcorn thrown about the theatre, my seat had tissues covering the cup holders. I was told the cleaners are on strike, so maybe treat your workers better and they wouldn't be striking against you.
Went to a session at 640pm on a Wednesday....no fresh popcorn charging BS prices for a couple of old boxes on the bar. When I tried to purchase my ticket with legal tender I was told it isn't accepted in a manner that was far from polite bordering on inept. Left feeling extremely surprised and disappointed, this a business that can't afford to keep the popcorn machine on yet they dont accept cash. ....
Really disappointed - used to be a great cinema, and has gone downhill significantly. Staff are disinterested and got the ticket prices wrong and overcharged my partner, foyers are run down and smell odd, and the popcorn is nowhere as good as it used to be. For a mainstream movie, a newer chain cinema is better, and for something a little different, you're better off at New Farm or Elizabeth Street.
I used to be a regular at The Barracks up until about four years ago, and I always felt the place was vibrant. I had not ever been to the Palace Cinema until today. I feel that the area on first entering the cinema, and the upstairs cafè/bar area is a bit tired, and needs a good make-over. The actual cinema where the movie was on (Mary Queen of Scots), smelt musty like rising damp. Most unpleasant.
A great cinema, and although the ticket prices are rather high, the overall experience that you will receive here is outstanding. The cinema offers a wide variety of art house and independent movies, which really makes it stand out amongst the Event Cinemas and other such franchises around Brisbane. Also, you can buy olive oil popcorn which is a delicious treat that you have to try!
I can honestly say that I don't go to any other theatre in Brisbane. I became a member of Palace Barracks and have never looked back. Million dollar views. Comfortable theatre seating, and excellent friendly staff, love their special previews and event offers. Well worthwhile becoming a member. Have never had a bad experience at Palace Barracks. Nicest theatre in Brisbane. :-)
My family and I love Palace Barracks. Parking is easy, the cinema is attractive, seating is comfortable, numerous eating places in the complex. Beat high ticket prices by joining the Movie Club- definitely value for money. It also hosts film festivals, like the current Italian Film Festival, and special filming of world opera and stage plays. So glad it's in our neighbourhood.
Greater attention needs to be placed on actually opening the cinema doors for patrons. The entire passage from cinema 1 through to the foyer was waiting for cinema doors to open. A sign on the closed door said not to go in. 10 minutes after the start time we gave up and opened the doors ourselves and went in just as the movie started. Is there no one checking anything?
This is a nice cinema and the seats are quite comfy and I love the fact that they also show some movies that you wouldn't be able to see at some other places-they hold the French film festival and also other film festivals such as the spanish film festival. They also have a good snack bar also stocked with alcohol (you can bring your glass into the cinema!)
Do not expect follow up service . French film festival during lock down. No phone No email. NO contact available. Never purchase tickets on line. They could not care less once they have your money. Even arrived at the door in a hope to speak with someone. Forget it Terrible sight says 15 min before session. No session no people. Never again buy on line
Great cinema with comfy (clean!) seats, good concession options, and never too crowded. Be aware that the onsite parking is not fully validated, but still costs $8 even with ticket purchase. Walking distance to Roma St. or Milton train stations. If you go on a day when there is an event at Suncorp Stadium, be ready to fight a crowd.
Better cinema than most. Wider selection of movies than a suburban megaplex, all the blockbusters plus some limited release films. Licensed snack bar is great. Occasional themed film festivals for even more variety and a movie club for cheap tickets any time. Catch a bus or train though cause parking will set you back $8.
Nice comfy clean seats with a tray for your wine or other choice of beverage. The only cinema I have seen that has someone come in to inspect the area and clean up the mess from the previous viewing. Tickets were a reasonable price. Wine prices are the same as a restaurant price and the quality of wine is quite good.
Really unimpressed with the last couple of visits. Cinema clearly not cleaned, empty glasses and bottles of beer left on the floor which is also unvacuumed. And both of the last two trips the air conditioning had completely shut off and the cinema become sweltering. Won't be renewing the membership or visiting again.
Cinema looks like the seats would be comfy but don't be fooled if it's a long movie you don't want to be down the front on either side unless you want to leave with a sore neck do to the way the seats are and how they are turned. Give yourself extra time to get into the movie to prevent these seats being only option.
Sitting in theatre having paid $19.00 for a 11.20am movie, now 11.44am and we have a blank screen, no explanation, apology, advice when, if at all, movie might start. Paying for this time at carpark too. Not good enough. I remember now why I haven't been using this theatre. Was on a tight time frame, NEVER again.
Had the best choc top ice-cream that I've ever eaten, the staff were super friendly and helpful even though it was the 1st night of the French Film Festival and very crowded. 3 hours free parking is an absolute winner, look forward to our next visit. Oh and the view while you're waiting, well say no more …
Palace really need to sort out parking at this venue. Frequently the parking validation does not work and you cannot stay more than 3 hrs without paying. This makes dinner and a movie or a longer movie more expensive than any other movie venue. The car park is also very congested and slow to get in and out of.
Good coffee & Panatone deal is back! Prices have come down to $7.50 (member) and that's for a weekend screening. Why do regional cinemas put prices up? Or are they the Barracks winter prices? All cinemas comfortable. Cinema 5 is cosy small venue for more intimate films like Tea With The Dames. Brilliant.
A beautiful building which holds a lovely cinema experience. The staff are incredible friendly and there is more on offer than just popcorn and coke. There are also the occasional indie films and film festivals hosted here. Definitely worth the brief stress of driving through Caxton St and parking.
It is a great place to chill out if you wanna watch a movie as it is not so crowded. It has a big car park space free for 2 hrs. And there is a lot of different variety of food to choose around to dine in or take away. Photo is taken of my take away order from a Vitnamese resto around the area.
The cinemas sell great price movie tickets and the cinema has a great feel. There is a great range of food and drinks that you can take in with you. The only negative is there is no allocated seats so for popular movies you must get in early or you risk not be able to sit with your companions.
The cinema was nice but about half way through the movie loud music started up in the foyer and we could hear it over our movie. It made it hard to focus as it was so loud and it really ruined the mood of the film. Parking was also very expensive and no-one was available to validate it for us.
One of the boys that served us …and honestly was the best service with a smile and helped us so much with our food and movie tickets ..it was the staff from the preview of Ariel ..fit looking boy and young we forgot his name ..so the shift from 6:30 it was please reward him ..he’s amazing
Gorgeous cinema in a lovely complex. Perfect for a date night, or a celebration. Pricey, but well worth it! Take your wine into the movie! Seats are comfortable and the foyer upstairs is great for getting to know your companion before the movie or digesting the movie afterwards. Love it!
Quite a small, but cosy cinema. The staff are nice, but at times there is only one person at the 6 person counter. Coffee was also good, and the movie selection is great. The cinemas themselves sit about 50 people, but they are rarely full. I much prefer to go here than to other cinemas.
We've been here about 5-6 times now - the customer service has always been fantastic. Being licenced makes this a hit for us, having our wine in a real and nice glass gives it that touch of class. The cinemas are always clean and the chairs are comfy. Their coffee can be a hit and miss.
Went on a weekday to watch Spiderman No Way Home. I booked the tickets online and yes, the surcharge is a little excessive compared to other cinemas. However the movie started on time and the facilities were clean. I'd rate the place higher if they reduce the online booking surcharge.
Nice theatre even though they're going for a bit of refurbishment so will be even nicer when it's all done up. They also validate parking to get 3 hours free so if you time it right you don't need to pay for parking in the carpark conveniently underground under the Barracks complex.
My personal favourite is Palace @ James Street but on visiting a charity event @ Palace Barracks I was impressed by the ambience, friendly staff, great screen and sound quality and surrounding restaurants. Go early and pick your own seat as they have a free seating arrangement.
A destination in itself, and a different view of Kurilpa Reach of Brisbane River. Bar with food and various drink options available before and after the cinema. Friendly and helpful staff, the cinemas are small and intermit. Reasonably handy to the Roma Street railway station.
Great place for a flick. Comfy seats, big screens and parking is easily validated. Good member discounts and the cinema hosts various film festivals. Only annoying bit of feedback is- that the ticket sale and snacks are served by one person which isn't really time efficient.
Too-cool young staff where the good are great and the bad take patience; you'll get served just as soon as the conversation is resolved, they implicitly promise. Fairly priced. One of few cinemas where the patrons are still civil to each other. Cinema 5 has terrible sound.
Quite a nice venue with big cinemas and comfy seats. Alcohol is served at the candy bar which is handy and the selection of restaurants outside put it in a nice location. Be mindful of the paid parking underneath with only the first few hours free with ticket validation.
A reliable source of rare and special cinema affordably in Brisbane. Getting up and down the three floors, especially when you need a bathroom break, is a little bit of a hassle, and the available food and drinks have few affordable options. But on balance, still great.
It was my first visit last Sunday to see the Japonese Film Festival. Easy parking, friendly staff, comfortable seat, cinema was full but there were no distractions ( it was a great film!). And I validated my parking ticket and didn't have to pay! Highly recommend it.
The free parking is only 3 hours maximum and when your movie is 3 hours (e.g. Indiana Jones), you'd have to run off the moment the movie ends so that you don't have to pay 8 bux for exceeding a minute. Better to watch somewhere where you'd get 4 hours free parking.
Awesome venue which allows the purchase of their food and drinks that can be taken in. Significantly cheaper than gold glass for similar experience. Two for one if a member too!! Incredible value! (And no I don't work here) Staff are the best in customer service
Really enjoy the atmosphere here. They do great events, especially during film festivals. I recently saw a Japsnese & Italian film during those festivals. Saw a brilliant film recently Carvaggio's Shadow... unfortunately the seats were filthy in that theatre.
We couldn't find parking as there was a football game on. We rang the theatre and the guy was so helpful by not only changing our booking to the next day but also informing us about other movies that suited the time we were available that day Great Service !!
Upmarket cinema with incredibly comfortable seats...unfortunately the front-of-house staff this afternoon let down the experience... inappropriate and unpleasant...a contrast to past visits to this cinema...won't be returning any time soon unfortunately...
Costs more, is better. Cinemas are nicer with bigger screens, better seats. Nice foyers to chill and have a drink. Can take alcoholic drinks in too. Shows big releases plus more random stuff. Parking is tight and can cost. Better suited to people on foot.
My favourite cinema. Its nice looking, comfortable, clean and shows great movies: additional to the usual commercialized they offer a regular great range or international and art films. Ah! And the opening nights of the film festivals are awesome.
I really like this cinema. It's not too big and you feel very cosy. Seats are comfortable and you almost feel like home. They propose many international and independent movies. Warm & modern atmosphere. One of my favourite cinema in Brisbane.
My favourite cinema in Brisbane. Reasonable pricing, great stadium seating, comfortable, stylish atmosphere. The staff are very friendly. Also, it's one of the few cinemas that shows interesting movies. The film festivals are also fantastic!
One of my favourite cinemas in Brisbane, good location with surrounding restaurants for a meal before or afterwards. Great prices on Mondays if you join the movie club as well! Seating is a bit dated but this isn’t a huge issue for me.
Our regular Cinema now. We have a members card and enjoy all the great movies and movie festivals Palace presents. Great seats, take your food and drinks in with you, licensed bar. A good experience again and again and again.
Great cinemas. Always a good choice of films. Love having the chance to have a good glass of wine while watching the film. Be careful going on a night when there is an event on at Lang park. Impossible to access the car park.
The cinema is tired and needs refurbishing the seats are stained and dirty and the air conditioning is not on. So air quality is not good. For $20 a ticket it needs to improve, on the upside staff are very nice and helpfull.
I enjoy coming here for the Arthouse movie s offered as well as cinema festivals from around the world French German Israel etc Great ambience with an entry foyer that has an incredible view along the north quay river front
The Palace Barracks a top rating cinema. All staff are friendly and helpful plus the cinemas always spotlessly clean. The Golden Club for older patrons like me make admission prices so reasonable. Only $8 on Tuesday.
Fantastic cinema with great glass windowed views of the city by night! Very comfy , well placed seating so no head from tall folk in front block your view, clear crisp sound and comfort controlled air conditioning.
The people selling the tickets, not friendly Stairs to go up,no indication of lifts, freezing cold in cinema Expensive to park.the movie went more than two hours so had to pay $12 no time to get lunch
A Favourite place to come, iften. Love coming to the movies here ( Palace Cinemas have a good selection of popular and art house movies). Enjoy visiting the surrounding cafes, restaurants and bars
I recently visited this movie theater and had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the theater was clean and comfortable. The sound and picture quality were top-notch.
Enjoy a movie. Have a good hot chocolate or coffee. Make sure you get your parking ticket validated at the Palace. Good selection of restaurants to have a meal at either before or after a movie.
A wonderful setting for arthouse and mainstream cinema. Staff are open and friendly. Drinks and tapas are enjoyable. The seats are comfortable, and the small table between them is very helpful.
Was here for a corporate function. Not sure if the catering was provided by the Palace, but theater seats were comfortable and popcorn was good. The setting was cozy, but nothing spectacular.
A really fantastic cinema. Brilliant views of the city from the box office and always value for money. A really cozy and welcoming place to enjoy a movie. Their popcorn is quite tasty too!
Small cinema complex with poor lighting. We could hardly find the correct cinema. No signage for disability access... The lifts are at the back and around the corner on the ground floor.
If I could give less than 1 star I would seeing the Barbie move the cinema has not been cleaned since the last session. Never been in a more filthy cinema. Couldn’t t be more shocked.
Really lovely local cinema with great coffee, and wine deals. Also great value because you can join their movie club for free and get $14 tickets! Definitely coming back next week!
Great cinemas with a solid selection of films and food / drinks. I wish there was a toilet on the same level so you don’t have to go down all the steps in the middle of a movie.
Great cinema, I've had a membership since moving to Brisbane which makes it even cheaper. Also has beer and wine available. Negatives: parking rates are discounted but still $8
What a great venue. Friendly staff, more refined and less hectic than some of the major cinema chains. They have a wide selection of drinks and nibbles, comfy seating, etc etc
I absolutely adore this cinema! Always a buzzing atmosphere with a wonderful range of blockbuster and film festival screenings. Great views of the city from the foyer as well!
Easily my favourite cinema. Great staff, great prices. Alcoholic drinks are reasonably priced, and the location is great. Don’t forget to validate your parking on the way out!
Totally love this cinema, very private space away from the mainstream commercial movies and movie goers. Central location, great prices, helpful staff and clean facilities.
Excellent cinemas. Not as cheap as Cineplex but way cheaper than event cinemas. Easy parking. Good selection of food places in complex. Good staff. Pepsi available as well.
Always love visiting the cinemas. Haven't had a bad experience here. Find it comfortable and good services. Don't forget everyone, once the movie begins it's quite time.
Cinema here is brilliant. Range of films , location is easy to get too with adequate parking . Don’t forget to validate your parking ticket in the cinema. …
Love this theatre. Their choctops are the best we have found anywhere. They also show a fabulous range of movies - particularly art and foreign language movies.
Nice cinema, not too crowded. They play movie soundtracks in the foyer. Good value with members card. Wish 2 hour free parking was extended for cinema patrons.
$18.50 for an uncleaned cinema and a movie in one of the dirtiest cinemas I've ever been it. Only one staff member to clean briefly. Disappointing experience.
love this place, great prices, intimate cinemas that aren’t too small but aren’t too big and free parking. also such a stunning view and great staff :)
Love it here. The view is honestly worth it alone. Great staff. Comfortable waiting area. Parking is a breeze, and free with movie ticket. I love it.
Excellent facilities, customer service. The rooms are small for people who don't want to be crowded in. Brilliant place for the family and friends.
Nice place to visit, especially since the addition of new restaurants. The only issue is with the limited parking times with validation.
