As far as pet stores go, this is a decent one. The self serve baths are nice too. We’ve been using them for a couple years now. But that’s not why they lost my business. Earlier today, around noon, we took our dogs here to bathe them. We have 5 (a lot, I know, but that includes foster dogs if it helps) and there was an altercation between 1 of our leashed dogs and an unleashed dog. We split up the minor scuffle while the owner of the unleashed dog did nothing other than cuss us out and didn’t even pull their dog off of my mom, who had thrown herself between the 2 dogs to break up the fight. While ultimately, no major injuries happened, the manager on duty proceeded to pander to the owner of the off leash dog and accuse us of starting the scuffle. The manager then continued to pander to this dog owner and only as an afterthought, stopped to ask if my mom was okay. When the other owner followed my mom into the parking lot, still cussing her out, the manager did nothing to intervene and stop the verbal assault that my mom received. There are other pet store in the area that have self serve baths and won’t throw people to the wolves. The complete lack of regard for my mom’s safety that this manager showed was unacceptable and I hope they enjoy the other owners’ business because they won’t be getting any more from me

So we went in to get some very specific dog food for our Husky who has highly sensitive stomach issues. We usually order our dog food on Amazon because it's so expensive at the store. We got a few cans to last until tomorrow when the cases got delivered. Brianna, a super nice and professional store associate informed us not to worry, that they would price match Amazon. Wow! Enter Micky. They didn't have enough of the same food we needed so she, in all her progessionalism, between her and Brianna, that we have never once seen at any store but maybe Chic-fil-a, came to the resuce and made it the best experience we have ever had in a retail pet store...or any store....ever. Kudos to these 2 wonderdul ladies. Difference makers and the reason we will always be a loyal customer!

I Can't BELIEVE I overlooked this store on Trinity Mills . Unbelievable Sales on your Dog/ cat needs & even has baked cookie like snacks for your Appreciated Best Friend , HE too can go on in & enjoy choices ( if he's been good lol) of ALL KINDS of tasty stuff & toys, too. Me however, I have Tobey & He's a BIG OL' HEAVY CAT, well he's been displaying ( behavior) Boredom actions. So, again Unbelievable prices For Temptations Treats $1.87 something like that I got 2 cat littlers like 29lb & a 12lbs under $20 & it was like Xmas anyhow take a look- go inside this friendly atmosphere bring your 4 legged baby & check it out your sure go be in an awe like state you'll probably make this a weekly visit & they have a Reward Program so you'll save. Took my puppy here for his vaccines and the vets available were awesome, they were so committed to what they do and were doing it in the summer heat! It took about 5 mins to register him and get his shots done. After his shots I took him in to get his nails trimmed and the clerks were very nice as well, were very patient and gave him some treats. Definitely will follow up with his next round of shots here. Please avoid petsmart as they don't really care. I called them prior to see if I can set something up and the guy said nothing was available because the vet was too busy then he said there is a wait time of four hours while my puppy waits in a kennel to be seen then I could pick him up. No way I was going to do that. Glad I found Pet Supplies!!

Low prices & awesome rewards program, great customer service with staff, clean, and easy to locate what I'm looking for. I came to Pet Supplies Plus after I had just adopted a kitten from Operation Kindness, which is conveniently located nearby. The lady who help me adopt the kitten shared with me that Pet Supplies Plus offers a promotion where my first purchase for the many new pet-owner supplies, would be discounted 25%. Not only do I appreciate that they promote goodwill with a local shelter, but the biggest win here in my book had to be the gentleman who helped recommend EXACTLY what I would need for my new furry friend. These guys are a big win and are worth the drive.

Not a review on the store itself, but instead the atmosphere of people. My dear friend is an employee here, who is 30 weeks pregnant. The managers feel the need to be nasty to her and make fun of the way she walks and how big she is. How distasteful and unprofessional! I wouldn't suggest anyone work in such a hostile environment! I work at Petco and we would never ever treat our employees this way! She is trying to build a good life for her unborn son, not come to work and be made to feel bad for being pregnant!! She works her buns off and gets treated so awfully in return! I wouldn't even want to shop at a store that treats their employees like dirt!

The service here is unmatched! We use them for everything. The offer a do it yourself bathing station which always is clean and super awesome. They have an awesome selection of dog food much wider than any other pet store around. Also, their employees are always very nice, observant, and helpful. They know when to approach and don’t overwhelm you when in store. One of the managers, Kenzel, helped us out tremendously when looking for a good food for our German Shepard with a very sensitive stomach. I recommend this store to anyone, and we don’t go anywhere else when looking for food, treats, toys, and any other pet related item. They win.

I usually really love this store, the staff is typically very very friendly. But the shift manager or shift leader (not sure) named Marilyn? Marolyn? I’m not sure how to spell her name but she was incredibly hostile to her employee who was a young girl, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. The young girl (Amaia according to my receipt) was very sweet and doing a great job and I felt like that leader was so unkind to her and I didn’t like it one bit. If she treats her employees like that in front of customers, I can’t imagine how she treats them in private. Amaia was lovely though, and usually everyone in the store is super kind

The employees at this location are always awesome and helpful. Today I was picking up an online order that wasn't ready and they couldn't apologize enough that it hadn't been "picked" yet because they evidently should have done so hours earlier. They immediately fetched my items and helped me to my car, all the while apologizing. I think their computer just messed up and I know what it is to be at the mercy of my machine so i felt bad that they felt bad. But every time I go in, they are nice and offering to help, even telling me if something i am purchasing has a counterpart on the sale table. Definitely go to this location

I called before going to the store asking for specific item they say they have it, I drove over there, nobody knows anything, everybody act like they don't know anything like they don't care, the manager asked me "who answer the phone?" I said I don't know, and sounds like I'm lying or joking but she said "I just want to be sure that the person who answered the phone works here", looks like anyone can answer the phone in that location, I asked for a discount because I was getting different kind of dog food, she laughed, that's when I lost my hope to be reasonable to these people.

I feel like the manager is rude towards Hispanics . He always talks to me mean . One time I washed my dog and I was letting her shake not even 1 minute and some other person was trying to come in but went to tell him the bath thing was dirty and I understand he has to clean it but I ask him to give me a minute to get my dog on leash and he was like Rushing me could of cause trouble between dogs .. like I just told him give me a second to get my dog on leash but it was like he couldn’t even wait a minute . Like rude and could of cause danger between dogs

This is the best pet store I've ever visited. I just started visiting this store frequently because my puppy is having intestinal issues. Each time I've gone Kenzel has greeted me and helped me along with my selection. I came in there around their closing time and I never felt any pressure to hurry up with my selection. He even offered to show me more of his personal favorites for dog food. I was the one that mentioned that they were closed! Based on the service and selection this store is easily five stars. Ten if Google had the option!

They have always been a good place to buy my pet supplies. Mostly food dog/cat, cat litter, toys and other necessities. The staff is helpful so if you have a mission to get something specific just let them know. There is a self wash service that I have used long ago for dogs. They have everything you need for that but like any self service place the hardest part is getting the dogs dry. I saw it is still operational during this pandemic times but I don't know if they have occupancy restrictions there.

The best customer service I’ve received at any pet store I’ve been to! An employee by the name of Ryan initiated the conversation with me regarding what I was looking for. He was so personable & expressed interest in solving my issue I’ve been having with my dog & directed me to the product needed for my dog! There was one thing he was unsure about & he even went out of his way to ask another employee for suggestions! The best & caring employees I’ve ran into! I appreciate places like this!

This store has the best employees working for it. One main thing that sets this place apart is that the employees don't just seem to be working there as a job, but have a real professional knowledge on dog breeds, their diet and great insight on their products. I feel more educated every time I go in there. Couple of the employees there even know my dogs by their name as ask me about them every time I walk in. It's those little things that keep me from going anywhere else.

This is the best place for a self-serve bath in town. It has either hot water and a powerful blow drier. You have three options of shampoo available (one of them with conditioner). Unlike other places, there are no slicker brushes or combs available, so make sure you bring your own from home. Each wash booth has a screen bottom, which helps A LOT the water draining and also to avoid that your dog's fur gets tangled if they like to be seated while taking a good bath.

The staff is amazing and friendly! The store is clean, well stocked, and a great selection. I didn't get the manager's name, but she was so helpful and nice. UPDATE: I've since learned the manager's name it's Brittney! I had a puppy with me who ended up getting sick in my car. Brittney was such an angel she helped me find the items I needed and then helped me put them in my car. She also gave me some wipes to clean up the mess! What an awesome lady!!

I frequent Pet Supply Plus on Wycliff and since this is close to work, so shop two or three times per month. So very recently I walked in placed my regular 20 pound bag of Stella & Chewy dry dog food, place my coupon $3 off sent to me via Stella & Chewy. And cashier would not honor it. No reason. They didn't know why but said they couldn't. Thanks for treating a faithful consistent customer that way. Left without the food. No manager available.

I just love this store. It is well stocked, the employees are super friendly and loving toward their canine and human guests, and they are so gracious when they host my greyhound group. I look forward to coming to this meet-and-greet because they have the snacks and treats that my dogs love. I always walk out with a big bag of supplies. But it's not just dogs. They service the needs of all kinds of animals there. Highly recommend the store!

I come here to get crickets almost every week. They have the lowest price for them out of ALL the pet stores in my area (Carrollton). I love the staff, too! They are always friendly and, know exactly what I want when I come in. They're very knowledgeable about what your pet needs or what items would be good to purchase for your pet. I noticed they always have lots of dog and cat food on sale as well. Good place to come for your pet needs!

This particular facility has pet baths, which is a huge plus! The only thing that keeps this from being 5 stars is that some of the cashiers insist on asking for the phone number associated with your Pet Supplies Plus discount card (get the free card, the discounts are worth it) instead of just scanning the card. Feels a little intrusive. Other than that, this is a great location with an excellent variety of pet products.

Friendly, helpful staff, easy returns and a self sevice grooming area make shopping here enjoyable. It's a smaller environment but plenty of product selection. I love bringing my dog. He likes to pick out his own bone (conveniently located at his level, lol) and bring it up to the register. It's easy to get to and plenty of parking. I have been several times and each time has been a pleasant experience.,

Overall good place. I wish they would keep the dog bathing room cooler and create a device or add hooks to hold your other dog you bring. I usually bring 2 or 3 of my dogs at a time to get a bath but there's no hooks or anything to hold another dog, so I wish they would add that and keep the bathing room cooler so that you don't leave sweating; but besides that, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was looking for a pet carrier for my new puppy so I stopped in to see what this place has. I was surprised to find a lot of inventory here. Everything I could need for my dog. I purchased a pet carrier for less than what Amazon had and I didn't have to wait for it. Service was nice and the girls were knowledgeable about what I needed. I'll definitely be back... and I'll bring my puppy too :)

I walked into Pet Supply with my new puppy and the staff was very friendly and welcoming! Especially Karina who went above and beyond with helping me get rid of my puppie's flees. She was genuinely interested in helping take care of my puppy that she gave me tons of information needed to take care of it. I am definitely making it my pet store and I would recommend it to anyone!

Been my pet supply place for a few years now. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Love the bath area, which is helpful if you live in an apartment. Not sure why people think a pet supply store has to also sell pets; that has never been an issue to me as I already have a pet. I love being able to get her shots done there. They also have great prices and coupons.

Returns take a crazy amount of time. I bought a collar, went out to the car and found that it didnt fit my dog. Came rigjt back in to exchange the collar and was given rude remarks from the staff who then took their sweet time making the exchange. The store is clean and has a wide variety so this review is more about the staff as opposed to the store itself.

I absolutely love this store! I've been to just about every other major "pet stores" anyone could think of but none even come close to comparing to PSP, most especially this location. I've only had my cat for one year and this is the only store I will shop for her needs at. The staff are all extremely polite, helpful, and even recognize me upon arrival.

Always a good experience. I usually just need dog food. With 5 dogs to feed, i always get the Purina Pro Plan big 47# bag. There's always someone to help get the bag as I have a bad hip and can't pick it up, and they always carry it out for me. It's always quick and easy. And the store always seems well staffed. Never have to look for anyone to help.

Friendly and helpful staff. I love that they have a huge bathing area for me to wash my dog. They even have aprons to wear while you're doing it! Very professional looking. Everything is always very clean when I walk in there. There is also a guy that cuts my old and scared dog's nails after the bath. He's good. This place is A ok in my book!

Friendly staff Brett was very knowledge about turtles and took the time to explain and answer questions if you got pets or want to get into exotic pets stop there for questions. The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable and have many selections with food brands and products. They also have vet clinics on Saturdays to get you fur babies vaccinated and online perscription after your visits. I haven't had the chance to try the bath station but when I walked by it was a good size area with I believe 4 bath station.

I appreciate the seemingly "small" things and really appreciate the cleanliness of the store and sweet staff. Went there to purchase a reindeer suit for my dog so we can have some Doing The Most Good Fun while ringing the bell for Salvation Army. The Mostest nice lady working there stepped up and took care of all my needs. Hope Santa does her justice this year and Blesses her with her needs. The only place I go to for ALL of my boy's stuff. Food, toys, supplies! You name it, they have it! The people here truly care about your pet too, that's the best part! Seeing them help people to their car, how they maintain their store and provide above and beyond customer service make me wanna almost apply to work there, lol!

one of the things I really like about this place is that the minute I walk in the door someone is greeting me and asking me if they can help. And they always are able to help me and walk me to what I need and carry it back to the counter etc. It's nice to get that kind of service and I hope that their business stays good!

I've shopped here for a long time, but I bought somethings online yesterday to pick up, but it would not take my accumulated points amounting to $30 -- only took $5, and after the transaction went through I lost all points. I contacted store management, but they didn't know why so I sent corporate an e-mail.

Their self serve baths are my favorite. I bring all my foster pups here before taking them home. It is so convenient to have everything there to use and clipping them in so they’re safe is perfect for us. Pet food and treats are super reasonable too—staff is always available to help and answer questions.

Best staff and services ever! They walk you and your purchases out to your car (valet service!). They actually listen to their customers! I commented on a couple of things we get at Petsmart because PSP didn't have them. A week later I find those items in the store! This is my favorite store!

Knowledgeable staff who are very friendly and are willing to help however possible. Only complaint would be that the sales do not include everything. For example some Kong toys are included but only of certain sizes and colors. A minor complaint but enough to move them from a 5 to a 4 star.

If you shop anywhere else, you're wasting money! Between the emailed coupons and the savings that come in the mail it just doesn't make sense to shop anywhere else. All their people are very knowledgeable about their products and they will always offer to carry out your heavy things

They have a few things I need for each animal category I shop in but not everything. And the things they do have are usually a couple dollars more expensive than most other places I could get them. I usually only come here for a specific item or when I have a coupon for something.

The dog wash is a great place to take your pet for a wash. Can't beat their price, or setup. Only issue I have is the price on dog food. They are even higher than Kogers or Petsmart. They no longer offer coupons for $10 off dog food so im back to using petsmart and now krogers.

Great staff, very polite and knowledgeable, store was clean and plenty of pet food choices. I did not find the dog brush I had in mind but a temporary fix was located on the shelf. I would shop there again but definitely would look for items on sale or look for a coupon.

We normally come here our litter trays but they always have friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was able to find what I wanted for less than I could buy it on Amazon for and had the satisfaction of ealking out of the store with exactly what I needed.

This was my first time going into Pet Supplies Plus I just got my baby Wynn and she needed to get her shots. The vets were extremely helpful and nice and patient with her. Christal, Marilyn and Kenny were EXTREMELY helpful and also caring.

Pet Supplies Plus has great prices for members so watch the flyers and in store specials. Their in store flyer also had a coupon to use as well for a Fancy Feast product. Good customer service as well if you need help finding anything.

This place is stocked to the gills! Prices are a little bit higher than other places. Was hopeful they had chicken supplies but they don't. Was able to get an ID tag engraved for my dog and that's what I went in there for so I'm happy.

We LOVE this pet shop. They are not a massive chain. They offer great quality products as reasonable prices. The staff are always helpful amd knowledgeable. We haven't used it, but they have a pretty sweet dog wash setup in the back.

We are regulars here. The staff is sincerely friendly and always helpful. I love the dog bath here - shampoo and towels are provided and the blower dryers always work well.
