My appointment was at 1:30PM, I arrived 15 minutes early and dropped off my pup. I was told the whole process took 3-4 hours depending on what they would be able to get accomplished because it was my pups first trip to the groomer. At about 5PM I called and was put on hold for a call to come through on the other line from PetSmart. They said that my puppy was ready but they only could give him a bath as he became stressed. What exactly took so long? When I picked him up he looked petrified. We plan to go to a more experienced groomers next go around for our puppy’s overall well-being because he seemed very afraid when we picked him up. So if your pet is accustomed to the groomers already then I would recommend going to PetSmart but if they are new to grooming, I wouldn’t recommend going to PetSmart, at least not this location. The groomer that I had did not seem very confident which I believe made my puppy anxious. She told me to schedule with the manager next time. All of the groomers should be experienced that are part of the Grooming team, not just the manager. So my experience was very “meh”.

I came to this Petsmart this morning to get a bag of dog food. The store said it was open online and on the door. I saw a couple of people walking out of the store with food and other items purchased. However, when trying to walk in I found that the doors were locked. I saw customers inside walking around with their shopping cart who got a worker to come to the door. He said we could not come in because the general manager could not get to their shift on time. Even though there were multiple people purchasing items inside. It’s ridiculous that I couldn’t grab a bag of food that would’ve taken one minute after I explained my situation to the employee that I could not simply drive to another store because I had to get to work on time.

They have self service dog wash service here for $10. This is great because washing the dogs st home is a challenge and it's messy. At Petsmart you wash your pet and leave the mess and wi towels for someone else. They also have alot of food choices snd pet supplies.

Went here to get my dogs nails trimmed and I will definitely be going back didn’t have to set an appointment or nothing and took less than five minutes, and I didn’t know grooming prices where this good I will be going back also got my Boy Craig a nice shirt

Great supply stores for pets. The attendant at the aquarium section is far more well informed and more helpful at this location than other Petsmart locations I've been to so far. Unfortunately, I forgot his name. Will update next time I go in there.

This review only reflects my experience with the grooming department. I scheduled with Brandi and she butchered my poor goldendoodle's cut. We asked for the teddy bear cut and this is what he looked like when we picked him up

Stopped in to grab our fur baby a new toy or two. Saw some beautiful dogs with their owners. Friendly staff and customers. Our fur baby loves her new toys. I like I can earn points towards something else for our baby

Well the 2 male gentlemen walk right by me like I was invisible. I had to speak to them I came in to buy a dome light for my ball python . Gone argue with me like he didn’t see and he was cleaning a tank out

I always get the best deals after a holiday whenever the holiday treats go on clearance especially if the packaging is damaged. Also they never have crickets anymore

This is a great location. It's clean, well organized and has the large bags of good koi and blood worms I need. I will be back.
