Recently got a Himalayan kitten from them. Very cooperative staff, the kittens and other pets they have are in good health and kept in a clean environment. The pets they have are fed a good diet and litter/hygiene is well taken care of. They regularly update their instagram profile with new pets and pet products which is helpful. I did not need their nation-wide delivery service but it is a good option they have along with other services such as in-house vet, grooming/boarding/day-care services.

This was my 1st visit to Pet Tree after a very wholesome and supportive talk with their team. I was told to reach their office by a certain time and the cat was already there and vetted. Upon request they again checked the cat to my satisfaction and gave me a complete guide since this is going to be my first pet! I’m glad to have chosen Pet Tree and would recommend anyone in Lahore or even outside Lahore to go to these guys. They give really good advise and support!

I got a Husky 12 days ago. They even gave me a concession so that I could have her. My Husky is a first pet that I ever had. She is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Thanks to all of them for giving her to me. The price of her vaccine was 1500 when I got her and when I got there to get her vaccinated, they charged me with 2000. But it doesn't hurt as long as my husky is well treated and cared for. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Recently started visiting the store for my cat n I found them very professional n knowledgeable. The pet food and accessories are very economical as compared to rest of the city. Their claims that these are healthy and litter trained kittens is FALSE, they are selling SICK UNHEALTHY kittens that are not even litter trained . All their kittens have diarhea and they lie when dealing with customers. They sell expensive kitten food by calling it imported food and make the animals sick. Pathetic service liars

Ordered a Persian Cat all the way from Karachi, their service is fast and they deliver the exact pet which is shown in pictures. Sahal’s communication was on point, and he knows what he’s doing. Overall, I would recommend Pet Tree if you are looking to get an authentic, healthy and active pet for yourself.

Awful experience. They sold us sick kittens and we confronted them, the staff was super unprofessional and pathetic. They claimed that we made the kittens sick in just a day?!?! How is that possible. Anyway, I would not recommend this pet shop to anyone. Horrible experience.
