I placed an order for cat food and got no confirmation about it. I tried to call and text them on the WhatsApp number provided but no one replied. After around a week a person finally answered and said that the item was out of stock and that's why there was no confirmation. That's a horrible sales process. If an item is out of stock, especially food, ideally it should say so on the website. And someone should have called or emailed me to inform me. So my experience was not only unsatisfactory but also caused me days of worrying. I will never be trying their service again.
