Awesome location with great staff. Any store can require their customers to wear a mask. Of you have a medical exemption you will also have the form signed by your doctor stating you have a medical exemption. It's not discrimination if you do not provide the appropriate paperwork. Then you fault the staff? Not cool. I am more than happy to shop at a store that is concerned with my health. Shame on you for making judgements based on your feelings not facts. They should simply believe you have a medical exemption with out the support document. Do you know how many people have claimed medical exemption because they were too lazy to put a mask on? I have a friend that works a very public job. She carries her exemption everywhere she goes. You have a medical exemption prove it. They are not discriminating they are asking for what they rightfully require. If you don't have a medical exemption for you are not exempt. Sorry if you don't like the law. Private store, they can set any rules they want. Asking someone to put on a mask is not discrimination. You could wear a mask for two minutes, order ahead and pick it up or even have it delivered to your door. Shame on you. Not to mention most of the one star reviews are fake, worded the exact same way from people that only have one or two reviews. Pay attention, there are many people that get upset and do inappropriate things simply because they did not get their way.

I will never support a company that will discriminate. As for your response that masks are law is 100% a lie. My 11 year old understands the difference between a law and a mandate. I can get him to explain it to you if you need help. Also that same mandate that required us to wear a mask is the same one that states medical exceptions are acceptable and that no one is required to show proof of this exception and that no one is permitted to ask about your medical exception! You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself

Great friendly staff ready to help you with any questions you possibly could have concerning your beloved cat and dog and birds , reptiles etc... Knowledgeable staff and huge selection of dry , wet or fresh meats including organics and pure beef treats. Kept in refrigeration for freshness. This store has it all , from bed pads to collars etc... Pop by and see for yourself!

Super friendly staff and clean store! We got to see two kittens up for adoption when we dropped in. The selection is really great, a bit better than the Pet Valu that’s closer to my home so I like coming to this one. The staff helping us last time really took the time to make sure our order of a bunch of canned food was correct, we appreciate it!

If being open is only doable (in their minds) under the condition of discriminating against the disabled, then you should only do curbside for everyone. It's humiliating to be frequently told because you can't wear a mask through no fault of your own, you can't set foot in the store. I'd been a customer for seven years. Never again.

Daughter and me use this store as regular pet store good fresh stock prices are average service is Aways with a smile being Indigenous its vip that they use natural products and they do I don't want cermicals my loved pets don't want them ethier and they carry wide area of natural treats etc

I like this place since it has science diet food my very particular Siamese cat! You can usually order a bigger bag if they don't have the specific one you're looking for that day/week/month. The people that work in these store are usually very friendly and pet friendly. Cheers

Friendly staff - they always offer my dog a little treat, large selection of products, and the new dog bath is an excellent upgrade. I needed to find the best protein-carb ratio in cat food for my diabetic cat, and the staff was very helpful in showing me the best options.

I've had nothing but good experiences in this store. So close to my home so that's where I buy all my pet supplies. Staff is SUPER nice and friendly. Love bringing my puppy over and they give such good advice. I really recommend this store :)

Stomach was hurting while I was shopping for my cats at this location. Asked if I could use the washroom and was refused as “no it’s not a public washroom”, Very unfriendly. Although I did bought something here, but I won’t come back again.

Descriminates against customers. Medical mask exemptions are a real thing and denying access to someone who has one is a $35,000 human rights fine if I wanted to pursue it. Get educated and smarten up. Or next time I won't be so gracious.

If you think your pet deserves more than the standard food lumps found at your local grocery store or Wal mart, this place has what you're looking for. Above standard foods at a fair price, as well as the fancy stuff

Weird vibe today… the girl working was being super rude to her male coworker and outwardly complaining about the work and how she wants to quit. Awkward for the customers. The guy was super nice and helpful though!

The store is quite neat and tidy. The staff are polite and are always willing to help. Never have had a problem with this location no matter what manager has been there running the place.

This is our go-to location with all the supplies we need and friendly helpful staff. They've move to a new, larger location, almost next door but its still the same friendly vibe.
