I like the sales. When they have sales it's always a good idea to stack up. This PETSMART has friendly employees who are always willing to assit you should you have any questions. My experience has always been positive.I believe PETSMART has better prices on dog food than other similar stores.

Good selection of products. Like most businesses now, they are understaffed. 1 register with 7 people waiting to check out. I do like their service though. Away from the terminal I was asked if we needed help locating anything.
Staff was extremely helpful when I called to check inventory of a new food my dog is eating. Drove 15 mins to this location and was also told I could have placed it on hold. Will come back when his food runs out!

Better prices than Petco, and customer service is astronomically better. Not a huge variety of items or live animals, but they seem to be good for the essentials.
