I was in this location yesterday conducting a meet and greet with a potential adopter for a non-profit dog rescue in Austin. I have been in animal rescue for over 20 years and I have conducted numerous meet and greets as well as finalized many adoptions within Petsmart stores all over Texas. I was under the impression that Petsmart was a partner in animal rescue. That was NOT how I was treated yesterday, and that is NOT how these potential adopters were treated-nor were our rescue dogs. My foster dog clearly had an "ADOPT ME" harness and leash on, this nice couple and I were in the cat section of the store-where there is NO dog traffic, not much traffic at all actually-we were not disturbing or bothering anyone, nor were we impeding anyone from shopping. We were also masked and appropriately socially distanced. The associate asked if we needed help with a perturbed attitude, more than twice, we explained what we were doing, she asked if I asked the manager?! I am not an employee, I am not working for a company conducting business in the store (which I have also done as a dog food demo rep before, in many a PetSmart location), and I am not a child who needs to ask permission in order to meet people in a public, supposedly dog friendly place, where I spend hundreds of dollars a month! She said we were loitering! I have never been in such a hurry to leave somewhere in my life, I felt extremely unwelcome, disrespected and absolutely appalled at how they treated us. We went to Petco and finished our rescue efforts and spent our Money there instead, I will make sure to continue doing so. In fact, I will be returning recently purchased items from Petsmart, and buying them elsewhere. I am hearing from other rescue folks that this kind of encounter is not unheard of at a Petsmart- and in fact, I have had a similar experience before at the Georgetown location. We have never had this issue at a Petco, and this explains why we hold our events at PETCO stores instead when we are not in a pandemic.

This location is a joke. I’ve been a pet smart customer for years and gone to several different locations, and never had a problem until I came to this one. My dog has been diagnosed with chronic bronchitis, and sometimes exhibits a dry cough. It happens randomly, it warrants no worry and her doctor has basically told us this will continue also due to her age. It’s never been a problem to get her groomed at any other pets mart location, our dog is not aggressive and the cough again is not anything to warrant a worry.. I scheduled an appt for this location, and when I arrived today they told me my dog could not be groomed because this location seems to have some bogus policy/discrimination against dogs with chronic bronchitis.. and I say bogus because no one at this location could pull any documentation or show me any policy online that deliberately states that they cannot groom my dog due to chronic bronchitis.. They don’t even have a policy or list of guidelines of things they allow/don’t allow at the location, no one could tell me or show me anything but claimed they have “strict guidelines” to follow for dogs health before grooming. The people at this location were very rude, and didn’t try to work with me at all, just brushed me off and made a lackluster suggestion to look for a mobile groomer although they know it’s a freaking Saturday and most places are going to already be booked. I’m really disappointed because again this has never been an issue in the past, and I feel it was handled very unprofessionally. Pet smart as a whole needs to either keep the same policies across the board for all locations, or at the very least have the documentation of these so-called policies of things they allow and do not allow readily available because the whole thing just comes off very unprofessional, shady and was a waste of my time today.

I’ve taken my little dog to this Petsmart location for the past 3 years that I’ve had her. I’m very disappointed in this last weekend I took my dog to get groomed. I booked the appointment a month prior due to Covid and having restricted about of people working at a time and social distancing. I had booked for Lauren and the day before the appointment I got a text saying it had been changed to someone else. (Lauren was always so sweet to my dog and had cut her hair since I got her) First off, they could of given me a call to double check and my little girl hadn’t gotten a cut for a while since quarantine so I just had to take her in. Once I got there her appointment was with Raven. He seemed pretty nice and everything was fine. Once I picked up my little girl I realized that some of her hair isn’t cut even. I’ve never had this problem before! My little girl is always pretty still and doesn’t bite at all so I’m not sure why there wasn’t an even cut? It’s really sad because I’m sure she probably wasn’t treated so good or he wasn’t patient enough with her and just decided to give up. Next time I will book with someone else. There’s another very nice girl I’ve met at the grooming salon but I don’t remember her name. I wish they had a picture of each employee or a card for them individually so I could of taken to remember her name. UPDATE, DO NOT BOOK WITH RAVEN. I remembered when I went to pickup my dog I saw him working on another sweet puppy. He was cutting the dog’s nails and the dog moved a bit and he murmured stuff under his breath and held the dog kind of harder down. He’s not patient with any dog and doesn’t know how to do an even cut on small dogs. Literally I did a better job at cutting her hair at home than what he did. Not sure why they have people like him working there.

I consider myself an extremely easy customer and it really takes a lot from me to write a bad review. But this one doesn't feel even a bit difficult. I am just livid and extremely unsatisfied by the service my puppy had with Christina J. Upon dropping my puppy off, I had a bad feeling that it was not going to go well. Aside from not being greeted upon after standing in front of the kiosk for 5 minutes, I wasn't asked my preference on the trim and then she told me that the full puppy bath and trim service would only take 20 minutes. She was impatient when I politely talked to her about my puppy. I should have trusted my gut and canceled. When I picked up my puppy, he was extremely shaky but it looked nothing had been done. He did not look like he had been trimmed, nor washed (hair still long as before, eye discharged not cleaned off from his face). I politely asked her about it and she unwillingly agreed to trim my puppy more. After 5 minutes of trimming, she then handed my puppy to me without asking about my satisfaction or saying a thing. It was the most awkward and uncomfortable interaction I have ever had with any person. Aside from feeling extremely ripped off, I noticed that my puppy's nails were cut too short, to a point where all quicks were showing. Worrying about what really went down, I examined my puppy closer when we got home and noticed that his ears were wet and foul. I am in utter disbelief and just hoping that my puppy recovers from this traumatic experience. I trusted Petsmart's employee's professionalism and skills and am feeling betrayed by my confidence. Please think twice before booking grooming service from this location.

I would give this less than one star if possible. We dropped off our greyhound for a nail trim and bath this morning. Upon pickup we asked how he did and were told he was "a little shy but did well". When they brought him out we noticed he had a giant bruise and was freely bleeding from his inner back leg. We asked for an explanation from Janet who handled his bath and received several from a few women there including "it was a previous scab which opened up, maybe it was a hot spot, and we did not touch that area". We have a video of him lying on his back from earlier this week with not a nick to be seen. You injured our dog and were hoping we would not ask about it and clearly did not plan out a story for what would happen if we noticed and pressed the issue. Had we received a call as soon as an incident occurred (we were literally waiting in the shopping center) and a thorough explanation, we would have understood and accepted that things can happen and our shy tentative dog is 75 lbs so maybe you had difficulty positioning him and he bumped something. Instead the fact that they were not upfront about the incident and his injury made us lose any trust in anything said by this staff. I would advise everyone to avoid this "grooming service". I will also be filing a complaint with pictures of the injury to their corporate office since this level of service is unacceptable and their lack of expertise can endanger other dogs.

DO NOT GROOM HERE! I made a bath and brush appointment for my very large, very fluffy Great Pyrenees. I did the add-on package with the cute bandana & everything. I dropped him off at 11:30 and picked him up around 4:30. When I picked him up, he was still soaking wet. The groomer said it was because he "lays down too much". He did look very clean. His coat was white and shiny. But he did not appear to have been given the full brush. Even when I brush him at home there is a noticeable difference. Next, they told me he had matting (there was one spot I told them not to worry about because I was just going to cut it out after he was clean). They said that next time I need to pay to have his matts cut out which was confusing because on the bill there was an additional charge for the matting they didn't do. There was no explanation given about that. I paid the BS fee. And then went home to find his matt had been ripped out, his skin was raw and bloody, and the matted fur was left hanging there after being ripped out. He also didn't have a bandana when I picked him up, so I asked. The groomer said she "didn't know what package I got" but said she'd give me a bandana anyway. $130+ for the worst grooming experience I've ever had. From the customer service to the service itself, the experience was incredibly disappointing. I'll be taking my dog elsewhere from now on and advise everyone to do the same.

I usually go to a different Petsmart, where I trust a groomer there. However, last year I came to this Petsmart due to proximity of location and have not returned since, because the groomers and salon manager are not kind to animals there. I could see the groomer yanking on the platform leash around my dog's neck over and over again, simply because she was turning her head to look at the nail trimmer that the groomer was using. When the grooming salon manager saw me look through the window, frown at what was happening to my dog, and walk towards the door entrance to the salon, she came out instead and stopped me from entering (and told me "go pay up front, no need to wait back here"). I had to push past her to get inside and told the groomer to take my dog off the table. When the groomer asked me why, I explained that I didn't like how you were yanking on her leash, over and over again (this was not a correcting leash yank, this was over the top/not okay), the salon manager told me verbatim "that's how we do things here, if you don't like it go somewhere else." I complained to the store manager and immediately left the store. I don't know the groomer/salon manager's names or I'd write them here for your knowledge. Please be careful when taking your pets to any chain store. I learnt my lesson the hard way.

I’m very upset and unsatisfied with the service my 8 week maltipoo was given. I have used this petsmart before for grooming of my other fur babies. I took both my 6 month poodle and my 8 week maltipoo in for grooming. My poodle was fine but my 8 week maltipoo didn’t appear to be trimmed or nails cut. To add injury to insult, my 8 week maltipoo came home with hurt ears which ultimately ended up with me taking him to a veterinarian to be checked out. My fur baby had an ear infection. Before taking my fur baby to the veterinarian I called petsmart to let them know that my fur baby’s ears hurting after they groomed him. I was told there was nothing they could do, it happens a lot when they clean their ears. I was advised to take my baby to a veterinarian at my own expense. Not that I could bring him into petsmart veterinarian and they would take care of him for their mistake or mishandling. Needless to say I’m $400 out of pocket due to their mishandling of my fur baby. Not to mention the pain my poor pup is going through. We are still dealing with this situation currently and he was groomed in late January. I’m currently looking for a responsible groomer that’s going actually do their job and take c concern and care of my babies!

Service was great as usual. I took my dog in for his usual and as always Gavin did a excellent job. Fred was happy and excited and looking like a young and up coming pup. Now the reason it got 3 stars instead of 5. For the first time I decided to take my 3-4 month kittens in for a haircut and bath. The website says they offer such services, but there were 0 dates available. I called and found that you must book in person or over the phone. Turns out they don't cut, just wash... ok. That's not what your website says, but not the end of the world. Then when we go to drop them off the bath doubles in price. Even now as I write this review their website says that a cat bath is $20 see image. However upon arrival it changed to $40. Of course the lady I spoke with the day before when booking didn't mention this and the lady the day of says the site is wrong. It's been over a week since I brought this inconsistency to their attention and it's still there. The stylist I spoke with says she's already informed them (corporate I assume) , so this tells me they don't care. Sad, bait and switch is unbecoming.

Today I went into the grooming salon to schedule an appointment for my 4 month old puppy, and I'm so grateful I went in person because I know the experience has truly saved my puppy from a traumatizing one. During my visit I was able to observe another dog getting groomed. It was heartbreaking! The dog was in fear and could not stop shaking. And to make matters worse, the young lady that was grooming the dog showed no compassion whatsoever and was so aggressive towards the dog while grooming. Without a doubt she and the rest of the staff there were unqualified. They reminded me more of college students, which I would not be surprised if they were. But my point is that I beg you not to take your pet there. Please don't subject your companion to such an experience of torture and abuse, no animal should have to go through that. I recommend checking out a local grooming salon. After doing some browsing around myself, it suggests local shops actually do provide a much more satisfying experience for both the pet and the owner than Petsmart.

Appointment was for Sunday at 9am. Doors we locked. Bell was rang and no one answered. After returning to car another lady did the same and was answered so I follow suit. Staff gave the vibe of now wanting to be there on Super Bowl Sunday and were not helpful at all. Asking for their professional opinion about hair length was met with a requirement of “ you must pick a length” I just trusted and expected more from a chain establishment. When non professionals come in they may assume you know what you are doing and just want you professional advice. The difference between and nail “trim” and a nail “grind” may not be understood from non grooming professionals. Please have more patience with customers and compassion. The vibe of not wanting to be there was strong. Our concerns were brought up to customer service who simply gave us a sorry. We won’t be back.

Cashier dude with the brown hair and scorpion tattoo on his left hand had an attitude. I signed up for reward points (since he said it's simple) and gave him my phone number, name, and email. My last name has few letters and is VERY easy to spell. I spell it out slowly and he spells it wrong, adds an "A" to it. I told him he spelled it wrong and I spelled it out slowly again. He then proceeds to spell my email incorrectly, also adding a random "A" to my last name. Then I go to use a gift card, try to swipe it, then he rudely says, "you need to tell me you're using a gift card". What kind of POS system doesn't allow a gift card to be swiped? This guy did not have a brain, only air up in his head. Don't work a customer service job if you're going to give attitude over nothing. Or is PetSmart the best job you can get?

A lot of other PetSmarts have been reliable for me, this one is the opposite. I yesterday bought an African Dwarf Frog, and he was missing a foot and an arm that looked like it was ripped. So I bought him and put him in my tank, with my other dwarf frog. He was barely moving around and was very unbalanced. The next day, I go to the tank, to find him dead. I figured that he had a disease or something. Sure enough, two hours later, a guppy and a snail were dead, and now, the other frog and the other snails were not moving, even though I changed the water, replaced the filter cartridge, put in new decor and substrate. So in short, they gave us a frog that they had treated so poorly to where he had missing body parts and a serious disease that is spreading to every other frog and fish in the tank,

The hours shown online are incorrect according to one of the employee’s that would not help me check out at the register. I wish I would’ve known this after walking through the wide open door at 9:15AM on a Sunday (Store hours on line day that the store opens at 9AM) retrieving the large amount of cat and dog food and then proceeding to wait at the register. After no one showed up at the register I went to find an employee to help me. The employee I found who had also seen me walk into the store said they were not open and that she wouldn’t ring me up. This is not acceptable! I’ve worked in retail for over 13 years and this is not only terrible customer service but poor store and employee management!

I had set up a grooming appt over the phone. The attendant asked me several questions. Everything seemed fine. Well, as I get there to drop my dog off, they forgot to ask if she had any heart problems. Yes she does, heart murmur. What grade? Four. Sorry, we don’t take dogs with heart murmur above 3. While talking to the attendant, I notice a lady shaving a dog. The poor dog would scream suddenly and stop. Felt sorry for the dog. Anyway, I asked to speak with the manager. Well, she was the lady grooming the poor dog. So I gave up. for handling the situation. The manager definitely doesn’t have the skills to groom nor to handle upset customers.

I would avoid scheduling for grooming services. I have made two appointments far in advance and both were canceled. First time I received a phone call the night before stating that the groomer called out, and then advised me that they are fully booked and wouldn't be able to get in for another week. A week later I arrived in store for the 2nd scheduled appointment only to be told that the groomer won't be showing up, however, they can reschedule but again they are booked up and I will have to wait a second time around. Not to mention the store associate saying "yeah, we've been having an ongoing issue with this particular groomer." Very unpredictable.

Me and my pup had a great experience here. I called beforehand to see what times they had available for nail trimming. They informed me that it’s a walk in service. Originally, I was given information to arrive between 5-7 but upon arriving at 6, they let me know that they actually stop doing services at 6 for nail trims. However, Serena still got us in and was super kind and informative. My dog originally was supposed to get her nails trimmed while at the vet but the vet said she was too anxious. Serena let me know after the trimming that my pup did great and just needed some extra affection.. definitely amazing and will be coming back!

I started coming to this location when I first got my dog at 8 weeks. From the very beginning everyone has always been very nice and respectful. My dogs vet is always on time and they have answers to any questions or concerns I may have. They also really care about my pet. My pet has always had the same vet. They even helped me when my dog was having anxiety coming to the office. They allowed me to stop by on random days I didn’t have an appointment just to get the dog familiar with the place and with his vet.I have absolutely no complaints for this pets mart. THANK YOU FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE! Please keep it up! ❤️❤️❤️

3:00pm I call and ask for an ETA. They tell me they can't guarantee a time, depends on the behavior of the dog and I should give it a couple of hours. Cool, I told them that's fine I just live out of town and wanted to know so I could figure out if it was me or my spouse picking her up. They say they'll call. 3:40 they call.... she's ready!!! Meanwhile I'm already practically home and have to turnaround and get her because no one wants to leave their dogs at a grooming salon longer than they have to. Then I see her haircut. Horrible. Looks like I did it with at home shears myself. Never going to this location again.

I took my pet in for a nail grind as our normal place was not open. We have never had a problem previously. I noticed that my dog was freaking out and hanging by her neck as the girl tried to hold her and trim her nails. I went in and told her I didn’t want to finish as my pup looked mortified and in distress. I was told I would not be charged. I got my dog home and realized that her paws were bloody, her dewclaw was shaved almost all the way down to her foot and the other was cut and bloody. I would never ever recommend Petsmart for any sort of grooming service.

I have always been a BIG fan of Pet Smart; (Great Selection & Super Good Deals). But after yesterday, I am in awe of their customer service. My little dog Emily has a leg injury that makes walking painful, so I wanted a stroller for her. The Pet Smart Store #1736 located on Barbara Jordan Blvd in Austin not only had one, but the store manager "Josh", brought out a tool box and assembled it for us right there on the spot. As a 60 year old disabled man, I was ecstatic. "God Bless You Josh & Pet Smart, I Wish You Both The Very Best Christmas Ever"...

I had bought a small aquarium heater and it turned out to be the wrong size, but by the time I realized this it was out of the anti-theft packaging and I had lost the receipt. Rather than throw it out, I wanted to return it but was dreading the process. The employees here made it super painless, gave me a refund to my card, and really won my business and changed my perception. I used to go to PetCo but now I will go out of my way to come here. If you've asked yourself how big box can survive in the Amazon age, this is how.

Highly recommend the Petsmart Training classes with Avery. We did the beginners class with our 3 year old pug. At first, he wouldn’t even come close to getting his butt to sit but after the 6 weeks course with Avery, our little Bernie Mac is a pro at taking commands. Avery was patient, his confidence and expertise as a trainer really helped us gain the confidence we needed when we’d practice at home. We really enjoyed our experience and can’t wait to sign up for the intermediate classes with Avery. 10/10 highly recommend.

This is the worst cut my dog has ever had. Every time I take him in they say he’s matted but today she didn’t say anything about his beard. This is a Shih Tzu and after I went to get him he looked nothing like a Shih Tzu. If anything he look like a Chihuahua. I will not take him back to this person ever again. Actually he will never go back to the Petsmart. Saying they’re matted is just a way of saying they’re not spending time combing them out , even though we’re paying for it!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!

I actually shop small, and shop local, as much as possible. But I go to this Petsmart because of their grooming salon... More specifically because of Gavyn Freeman. He has worked wonders with my rescue dachshund. Taking the time and care to help get her more comfortable with people, and gain confidence, while also keeping her looking cute. He's wonderful with both my pups. I also buy some of their toys and treats there too, when I need some, and if they have an appointment. Good variety.

I had an appointment to have my dog groomed today for a big event tomorrow. I used the 'add to calendar' function which put it in my calendar at 2pm. The store said the person that was supposed to groom him went home thinking it was at 1. The Petsmart team made no effort to work him in or find another option for us. We have to cancel our Therapy Dog Evaluation now that we put a ton of work into. You might want to schedule a back up if you plan to relay on this company to groom your dog.

I have a 10 lb schnauzer, he was a little matted so they charged an extra $15 on top of the $48...Fine. I specifically talked to the groomer about a schnauzer cut....When I picked him up, he had anything but. He's clean and mat free, but he still looks like he should be in a junkyard. When I called to schedule to bring him in to fix him, I was told I'd have to wait another 4 days for what shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to fix. I'll be finding a new groomer in the future.

Wide selection, low prices, and a fun place to shop. My wife in this picture lost her cat in Phoenix in 1990. We had to visit the three animal shelters every 3 days because there were so many stray pets back then that they euthanized them if no one picked them up within 3 days. Because of that problem, I started PetSmart Charities and Luv-a-Pet Adoption Centers. Looks like it works all across the USA! Rest in peace, Bianca, our cherished cat and family member.

This Petsmart location is clean, well stocked and had friendly customer service. Definitely saw the effects of inflation today with the pricing. Bag of dog food that used to be $68 is now over $80 - not specific to the location but just unfortunate to see. The fish area was really good, also really well-maintained, they have a vet on site, animal adoption program and good selection of different products to take care of lots of different animals.

Horrible. I like my vet here and that's about it. They always have long lines and one cashier. Constantly finding puddles of pee on the floor which isn't really their fault but it's still gross. Got my dogs groomed here once and they cut my puppy on her nose and her foot, tried to cover it up, lied to me, and then complained that she had an accident in her kennel. The only reason I even step foot in the store is because I like my vet there.

My grooming experience with the ladies at PetSmart was not a good one. I have a goldendoodle, they cut him much shorter than we had talked about & his head is completely lob-sided. There was also random spots (under his beard & in his private) that they left random long hairs. I called to see if they could fix it & it wouldn't be until a week out that they could fix these minor issues that could be fixed in less than 15 minutes.

Good store in the middle of the Mueller area. Staff are very friendly. Ample parking with walkable strip center and other stores adjacent. Full selection of food, treats and accessories. Seasonal items, treats and most anything you need for a variety of pets (fish, dogs, cars +). Some days they have puppy school/training. Feel free to bring your leashed pet. Sometimes it can be canine social hour in there which is fun.

My fur baby went in to get her nails trimmed this afternoon. Izzy was nervous due to the new surroundings. It was also taking way too long for her nails to be trimmed. We decided to stop the tech during the trim. We brought Izzy home and noticed she was bleeding from her paw badly. We had to bandage up her paw and she was whimpering because it hurt. I'll NEVER use PetSmart grooming ever again.

Brought my dog in for an express grooming. Christina in the grooming salon was extremely aggressive and rude. She cursed and screamed profanities at me...all over verifying a dogs rabies vaccination. If she is comfortable treating paying customers this way...I can't possibly trust her to take care of my dog and keep him safe. There is NO WAY I will ever take one of my dogs there again.

Never bring your dog to get groomed at this location. I took my goldendoodle for a bath and after 3 hours they called he was ready. He was still wet and never brushed. Im sure they used a cage dryer. They also canceled my future appointment without my consent. The grooming salon staff are very disrespectful and talked over me when I was expressing my concerns. Never will I returned.

I completed the puppy training course with the trainer Avery. My pup and I were always comfortable in the classes, and we saw big improvements over the weeks. Avery has a very good sense for dogs, and he is an easy instructor to get along with. I am definitely considering further adult training courses in the future based on my experience with the puppy course.

I feel like the picture says enough but the girl that took care of my dog was rude when I showed up. I definitely should have just canceled the appointment but I gave the girl the benefit of doubt. She wouldn’t look at me when I picked my dog up, even when she heard me say that my dog looked uneven etc. I was also not the only upset customer leave at the time.

Similar to all other PetSmart chain of stores with friendly associates and pet lovers all around. The issue in this stage however was kinda strange to digest. They didn't have bunny foods except for one and only one brand. We had to buy due to our laziness to search for it earlier before it run out. I hope they do better for cats and dogs at least.

We were gifted a goldfish without any knowledge of how to care for it and keep it alive. I met Amanda, an employee at Petsmart. She was more than helpful, she was knowledgeable and willing to work with my small budget. I left feeling like I knew how to care for this little fish, from food to his home, I learned what to expect and what to avoid.

Dropped my dog off for a light trim and i gave them full instructions on how wanted my dog.. Went to pick her and saw they did not do what i wanted. Her hair was cut to short and left her a bald spot on her stomach area.... Talk to the management and all they told me that would gave me a 10% discount ??? Thats not going to fix the problem...

Called to make an appointment to get my dog a bath. The store has all of my informations as well as my dogs, so I anticipated it not being complicated. I was wrong. After sitting on hold, I hung up and called back. The girl on the phone then said, "I'm a little busy, can you call back". Looking for a new place to take business now.

Jordan did a great job grooming my anxious pup! They let me drop her off a couple hours early and left a voicemail update on how she was doing when it was time to go pick her up. I really only chose PetSmart for grooming because it was close, but will likely make the drive to this one if I move to a different neighborhood.

I get my dog groomed here every month or so. Most of the time, they do a really good job. The online scheduling is pretty convenient. It's also comforting knowing that there's a vet right next door just in case anything was to happen. I've generally been quite pleased by the level of service I receive at this store.

Groomer claimed my mini poodle had “matting” (this is his natural fur which other groomers have not complained about). They proceeded to shave his entire body and turn him into a rat. I was shocked when I came to pick him up. Literally speechless. Looked like a 3rd grader shaved him. 0/10 would not recommend.

Took my 8 week old Doberman puppy to this store for all of her puppy needs, and the staff could not have been more helpful. My stars are for Amanda! She has been our advisor through the process of getting a new family member. She has been kind and explained how to care for our bearded dragon, offered advice and shown us products that work best for us and our pet. She's always friendly and honest! Plus she wears awesome hats!

I love how they price match their app. I usually find lower pricing at Petsmart most of the time. They have a big selection of essentials always in stock. They also have curbside but have not tried it yet. Heard thaf it is a hit or miss as far as wait time to get your products.

Came here for a pick up order. They had it ready right away, and met me at the door with a smile. I wandered around for a little bit with my dogs in the air-conditioning. It was a very clean and well organized store. Everybody I interacted with was friendly. Very nice.

Very friendly. Cashier pointed out that the bag of food I was buying had a hole in it and when I moved to go get a new bag another worker said "don't worry, I'll get it" while the cashier rang me up. It's a small thing, but it was good customer service. Kudos :)

Love bringing my pups here, they love to get treats from the employees. Helpful, friendly staff, and their grooming salon is great. My dogs come out looking clean and smelling great. A fun place to take your dog and get everything you need for all your pets.

I bring my dog to the groomers here and have always had a great experience with them! The staff is super nice-our groomer (Hayley) is AMAZING! She always does a great job and handles my long haired German shepherd with ease! Highly recommend her to anyone!

I love this store, the reptile enclosures are actually well put together and whoever is in charge of doing them is doing a great job! They also have unique reptiles compared to most Petsmart’s I have been to. It’s very clean and the staff are quite nice!

Mediocre cut on my golden retriever. Also dropped her off at 7:30am because I had a tight schedule. Was told 3-4 hours and it ended up being 5+ hours. Did not even finish their cut on my golden. Will never be retuning here again. Terrible experience.
