I ordered a white flower casket spray for my loved one’s service on 12-30-22. It arrived on time and was filled with the prettiest assortment of white flowers with a little greenery as requested. All the flowers were beautiful, especially the large white roses. You out did yourself as I received a lot of comments on how beautiful the spray looked. I appreciate the time you took to listen to what I wanted and discuss the flowers that could be included. This was a hard task to do but that extra time you spent with me helped reduce my anxiety during a sad stressful time. I will definitely recommend your flower shop. I called these folks on a whim one evening, with a panicked need for flowers to be delivered the next morning, just as tropical storm Beta was moving through the area. Not only did they accommodate me on this, they created a bouquet that far surpassed the quality seen even on their website. Their designs are top notch, and the recipient of the flowers was left speechless in all of the best ways. These folks are warm and personable, and clearly the best at what they do. Petal and Plants is amazing! I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to a friend on a Friday not realizing she was out of town. Petal and Plants tried to contact me and when they couldn't get a hold of me they contracted my friend to make delivery arrangements the following Tuesday. They made a new arrangement so my friend wouldn't have wilted flowers. I was very appreciative as they didn't have to do that as a result of my mistake. They are also priced very well. I will use them for all of my Houston flower purchases.

Far and away the best florist in Houston. I cannot say enough about this shop! Sara went above and beyond to create a wonderful birthday experience for my daughter who is away at college in Houston. The flower arrangement was absolutely stunning, beautiful and with such detail. Sara even helped me to locate a gluten free bakery - and DELIVERED the cake along with the flowers. Everything was delivered as promised, first thing in the morning. Sara and Petal and Plants are the absolute best.
